Very nice spot and great value for the price. The room was clean but the pull out couch looked like it hadn’t been touched/checked/cleaned in a while, some garbage, an orange peel and fakes nail there was also no sheets or pillows in the room for the pull out, most hotels have a set in the closet.

The bathroom door wouldn’t shut and it leaked. Room service took my clean laundry bag and now I lost almost all my undergarments and laundry. Body wash open and tampered with. Had to basically call everyday for coffee and towels, uphill battle to get either.

Recommend rooms to be more soundproof as we couldn't sleep on NY's Eve due to people partying in upper floors late night and their noise was reverberating all over our room. The positive was that within minutes of us letting the front desk know of our situation the noises stopped.

The hotel was very average. It provided all the basic amenities such as a lobby, front desk, breakfast area, 24-hour coffee, and vending machines. Parking is limited and costs $30 per night. However, if you arrive late, you may not find a spot, and there is no off-site parking available.
Our 1-bedroom room was average and showed signs of wear and tear. The coffee maker was not working; when we requested assistance, a staff member quickly came and discovered the outlet was not functioning. Another issue was the bathroom faucet. it was so close to the mirror that whenever we turned on the hot water, the handle hit the mirror. We were lucky it didn’t break during our stay, but it seems likely that it will eventually.
Additionally, I woke up in the middle of the night due to loud noise from the unit above us! it sounded like a party with people jumping around. The walls and ceilings were clearly not soundproof. Overall, the staff was helpful whenever we needed assistance. However, the property has some functional issues that may feel inconvenient or odd.

It would be nice to know I'm paying 30 dollars a night to park when I'm already paying for the room and amenities, and charged after I leave and when I call to find out why I was charged the front desk worker tells me I should have read the signs. I apologized and pointed out that it might be a good idea to let people know prior to checking in that there credit card is being charged for parking.

Overall, the stay wasnt horrible. But there were some issues to address.

Check-in.
No greeting when we walked in, as both members of staff were on their personal phones. During the actual check in, I was just asked to insert my card without any explanation as to what i was paying for, until i inquired about them. (Incidentals and parking). After doing so, i wasnt given any information about the location itself. Nothing said about when the continental breakfast occurred, nor if or when the bar area was open.

King bed Suite. Overall, the room size itself was nice. Everything was seperated and was surprised by having a tv in the living area and one in the bedroom. It was fairly comfy. The nit picks i do have are based on a few things. While the kitchen area did have 3 pots and 1 pan, there were no actual cooking utensils provided, just regular utensils for eating and 2 knives for cutting on a glass board.

Bathroom:
The main issue here was the shower. The handle itself pulled away from the wall. The water temperature itself took awhile to adjust, so it went from fine to extremely warm eventually (this includes showers at all times of the day).

Bedroom:
Again, for the most part it was fine. The nitpick is, the curtains didnt actually cover the windows. Yes, there were 2 layers of pulldown drapes, but the gaps they didnt cover would let the sun in immediately once it started to rise.

Overall, decent, but i wouldnt stay again.

The hotel is very clean and kept up nicely. The lication is about about a $25 uber ride to the airport. And about a $18 ride to the North End of Boston. We requested an upper floor, facing the back andxaway from the elevators and the room was quiet. The mattress was hard and the pillows were way to soft. My head flattened it begore i even fell asleep so i was waking theoughout the night with neck pain as the pillows offered no support. The air conditioner/ heater in the bedroom runs

Front desk at check in was great. However the bathroom in our room had hair everywhere, it was disgusting. I wiped it up myself and the paper towelnwas filthy which tells me the did notvwas the floor. They did not vacuum either. We asked the following day to have our room cleaned and they forgot. So that evening Ibasked front desk for fresh towels and they brought them up. They had hair all over them ,sovI returned them and third time was a charm. Asked them to clean our room on the third day of our stay and again no vacuuming was done. Just odd.

First when I booked the hotel it said there was a pool. Well it doesn't have one. Second the noise from the window AC was bad when it was running.
Last the maid stated they only clean every other day
Had to ask for toilet paper twice when she should have noticed no extra roll was available.

All good except filthy sofa bed

Check in was great, quick, easy and staff was friendly. Parking was easy and safe. Asked for extra bedding for the pull out sofa bed ad there was none in the room, it was delivered efficiently. Room appeared in good condition, was quiet except a small bit of road noise. The breakfast was good breakfast area was comfortable.

Unfortunately when we pulled out the sofa bed later in the evening the bedding on it was stained with a few different body fluids and toe nails sitting on it. When front desk was informed and shown photos they sent up clean bedding but and the staff person took the soiled linens from the bed. No offer to switch rooms, re make the bed, or reimburse any credit for the inconvenience.

My only complaint is the room design regarding which staff obviously has no say. When I think of a suite I I expect a door to close off the beds from the living area and kitchenette and there was not one. Had I been staying for more than one night that would have been a real issue. Perhaps other rooms have that feature?

Clean, nice breakfast, & spacious rooms. However, the beds were horrible unless you like sleeping on boards. Our mattress at home is pretty firm but for the cost of staying here they should have better quality of mattresses.

Awesome property. A hidden gem. It is literally 10 seconds off of the highway. Good combination of local and chain restaurants right around it. Less than 10 minute drive to downtown Boston parking. The rooms were huge. A two queen room have a whole separate sitting area with its own tv. Full size refrigerator, microwave, bowls and glasses. Half the price of a simple 200 ft room in Boston itself. A whole lot easier to park here. Stay here, pay the $24 for 24 hours parking underground underneath Boston Commons and your set for a day on the freedom trail.

Short walk to train and bus station to get into downtown. Also close to freeway for a quick road trip up to Salem. Breakfast was great and they made sure to keep it stocked all morning for breakfast time.
