Staff were courteous and helpful and an okay price for a decent location for our needs. Secure parking available, as per their advert but with an additional charge but it's not an unreasonable rate for London. BUT the family studio room needs some work! Plaster missing from ceiling above bed, aircon/heating not working (windows were open when we got there with an unpleasant smell in the room) and the heating was not working so pretty cold! TV not working. Shower head needs replacing. The room generally needs quite a bit of attention and redecoration.

Room smelled off burning insect or smoke al night felt sick the following morning had to leave the window open all night to air the room out, all my clothes stinks of a burning smell had to wash everything. Complain to the guy on the desk but told it was the only room available which was strange because you are rooms available on the website. Definitely avoid for your own safety and well being

The room looked NOTHING like the picture - dirty walls with fingerprints all over, a single bed was added to the room which wasn’t requested, glassware was dirty, the bathroom was very unpleasant, the bed was uncomfortable (2 single mattresses put together) Additionally the staff was not helpful at all and wasn’t willing to cooperate in any way. A massive scam. Incorrect misleading marketing - very dirty hotel I wouldn’t recommend to anyone to stay there even for one night.

The room was very dusty. And the hallways and elevator smelled like marijuana and smoke. There was a fan in our room with no knob and the sink would not stop dripping. Went to use the restroom in the middle of the night and the floor was flooded so they moved us to another room that had a lot of dust and the sink dripped in that one as well. There is no cover on the bottom mattress and it was dirty. We did not stay as long as we were supposed to

The room was okay. But lots of issues. Lights flickering constantly in the bathroom. There is no extractor fan. The tap in the kitchen wobbles like crazy. The worst bit was the bed- had sunken holes in it and was very uncomfortable. The shower was great though and the staff were nice but this was not good value for money. And would not stay again.
We were a party of two rooms. The other room had to be changed as there were stains on the bed and the toilet was broken. It’s a bit of a shambles! We also messages them well in advance to ask for rooms on the same floor which were ignored. They’re so not monitor messages or reply to customers - so don’t rely on that.

I had a curtain missing due to being damaged, mould round the window's, a TV that didn't work, a shower that drenched the floor, missing lampshades next to the bed and an underground car garage under my room with a very noisy automatic door every time a vehicle entered or left the garage.

Staff were friendly, price was reasonable and location was good.
The room was unclean, the shower door was completely broken and off the hinges. The window didn’t shut properly and the heating didn’t work so I was absolutely freezing! Half of the plug sockets were also not working and the sink in the bathroom was leaking onto the floor.
Luckily I was only staying for one night after attending an event but I wouldn’t book again.

Check in was friendly and easy. The room was not up to par with what’s advertised – wonky light fixtures, chipped furniture, masks all over the walls, a broken toilet handle. Aesthetically this made the stay not as luxe as it seemed to be.

The room was meant to have some kitchen facilities - the only thing it had was a microwave and a toaster and a fridge. Had to ask for a kettle and some bowls. Was expecting a 2 burner hot plate and sink and some cooking utensils. Because of this I had to buy food out instead of using the food that I bought to save money. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean and so were the beds but very disappointed with the lack of facilities. I particularly booked this room for those extras. Won't be going again

I hate to complain, but my room was terrible. There was no windows, no aircon, and it was very hot outside. It was so hot a stuffy I hardly slept. The walls had marks and stains, the bed base was filthy, I saw a pube in the shower. Very bad nights sleep, I felt very uncomfortable in there. Avoid.

First of all would I recommend this hotel? Absolutely! If you’re on budget but want something not far from downtown London, this is your spot. Extremely friendly staff. The room is dated, dusty even but the bathroom is clean. Quiet neighborhood, bus 344 and 44 stops right in front. Food stores nearby. They use physical key, don’t expect fancy card system. We used it for sleeping only and for that the price I paid worth it.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The bathroom has a 5-6 inch hole in the ceiling. The sink did not have a drain stop and would over fill and smell if the water ran more than a trickle. Our room was not properly cleaned. Trash was left behind. We asked to change to another room but was told there were not others.

The hotel was awful. Was originally booked for 2 nights but did not stay fully. Had to book the second night elsewhere. The bathroom sink was not fitted properly. Towel rail was broken with no other hooks. The rooms did not feel welcoming and the door only had a latch with no door handles. The door was unlocked when we arrived to our room. The photos on the hotel was completely different to the room. We felt misold.

This hotel is very noisy. We stayed for 3 nights in a room facing the street. The club/restaurant across the street is very loud with people and music until after midnight every night. The street is also loud with cars. There was a lot of screaming on our floor one night then on the street, as well as alarms going off in the room.
We left exhausted.
The taps in our shower were so hard to turn that you were scorched with hot water.
There is no safe in your rooms.
There are no great restaurants or English hotels close by as not a great area except for power station and park.

Our stay was nice and comfortable. My grandma used a wheelchair and they places us in the first floor close to the entrance. I would say that the location is a little bit far from popular landmarks. We like to take the bus to see more of the streets so it was okay for us and also there are couple of dining options which I feel like the prices were pretty good. Overall the stay was fine!

My room looked nothing like the pictures. Completely understand that this is a very cheap room but the photographs online are extremely misleading. The room felt old and tired, paint and plaster falling off the walls. The kitchen area was dirty, cutlery hadn’t been cleaned properly in so long that we had to seriously scrub to get them suitable for eating with. Whilst using the shower, the water didn’t drain as the plug needed unclogging. The rooms are also ridiculously hot, there was a fan in the room but it hadn’t been dusted in so long that there was just debris being blown everywhere. When the guest in the room next door leaves or comes into their room it sounds like they are coming into yours, the doors are extremely noisy which was quite unsettling. We were woken up twice by the fire alarm during the night and early morning. When you come into reception to check in, it feels very clean and smells fresh but sadly this is not the case for the rooms.

This property was not what was advertised. It may have been a 4 Star hotel at one point, but I would rate it as a 2 Star. It was filthy, rundown, smelled like urine and had terrible cancelation and refund policys. The staff were nice and the bed was soft, but not what was advertised. I wish we could have stayed elsewhere. If I had changed my room I wouldn't have recieved a refund. It was far away from central London, but easily accessible. Not worth the money I spent. I don't know what the standards are for individuals in London, but this property was falsely advertised.

Reservation was cancelled by hotel for no reason. No satisfactory explanation was given as to why this occurred. Had to get Expedia involved. Desk agent took a phone pic of cancellation but didn’t print it out. They wanted me to pay the hotel directly for the room. Nothing added up. After calling Expedia we were able to check in again but this really made the whole stay feel awkward. It also didn’t help that the room we were given was in the basement and had no windows. The pictures on Expedia were not at all accurate.

The Axiom Park Hotel is excellent value for money. It is extremely affordable for an aparthotel and the quality of the rooms is as nice as much more expensive aparthotels. I stayed in the executive suite and the room was clean and comfortable, the amenities were new, and I was supplied with a kettle, fridge, microwave and dishes. The only thing not supplied that I could have wanted was a stovetop, but the microwave was fine. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the location was great with a bus stop just outside the door and the train station an easy 15 minute walk away. There is a Budgens just across the road and a Tesco Express a 5 minute walk away. I very much enjoyed my stay.

We booked a room with a long bed and we're only given a room with a double not to mention the heating in that room was broken so it was freezing.
We managed to change our room to the correct room with working heating thanks to the very helpful clerk at the counter.
Both rooms were very clean with the beds made nicely but the decor etc wasn't the greater, with holes in the walls behind door and some of the paint looking worse for ware.
There are a few parking spaces under the hotel charges at £15 a night which I found to be pretty decent.
Overall our stay was very nice and pleasant thanks to the very helpful staff on shift.

- The silicon around the bathtub and sink were full of mould.

I lived in the area but didn;t know this hotel existed. Excellent value for the location (though not near a tube). The room was spacious and clean, with climate control and the shower not cramped. Bed was fine too.
Only negatives are the towels (a bit rough!) and the TV didn;t work as it is wi-fi and wouldn;t connect. Also no coffee available in the reception lounge workspace.

Not great. The room I was in was not in a good shape. The door was open when I arrived which made me uneasy, the walls are dirty, quite scuffed and in desperate need of a coat of paint, there was blood on the wall in the bathroom and the skirting boards are starting to turn mouldy. The lights flickered and it had no windows. and the bathroom smelled really bad like bad drains. The bed was clean and comfyish, but I did not sleep very well as there was so much noise in the hallway of people shouting and coughing and falling over which I could hear through the gap under the door. Final nail in the coffin was the fire alarm going off at 3 am ish (I am aware this is not the hotels fault, but still annoying). The staff were very pleasant and helpful however.

Oh the lies.

No running water. They said they had a leak and had to turn it off which they knew at check in but had me figure it out on my own when I went to shower. No internet like advertised. And to top it all of the elevator was turned off and I was on the second floor with load of heavy bags. Oh wait, one more thing, he wanted to charge me for my room, “ you have a remaining balance” he attempted in conning me. I showed him my receipt to which his response was oh okay nevermind.

How many of you out there have paid a fake remaining balance?

Hotel is very run down in areas. The rooms have lots of paint scrapped off of the walls, flies in the room, walls paper thin, kids running up and down the corridor until late night, then after midnight.

When i arrived at 3.20pm they said inwould have to wait 30 mins for the room to be cleaned!! But they can out me in a single downgraded room right then, i felt like they were trying it on, in fact they were to free up the more expensive room.
Also and something personally i cannot understand and led me to having less sleep, was they only had a net curtain, so the room was lit all all night from the street and in the morning bright sunshine, not what i wanted after a heavy night. So a very poor nights stay.

Nice room marred by poor upkeep

Nice large room with clean modern bathroom. Having a kitchenette was a great feature and it was very well stocked with everything you could want. However the window did not close properly and the road outside was very noisy. The air conditioning did not work and the room was 28 degrees all night, in October. There was a fan but it didn't make much difference. No mattress protector used and bedding was quite tatty. Also bathroom lights were on a very short timer and kept going off while showering. Also meant you couldn't stop lights coming on if you went into the bathroom at night. Location was great for Battersea park, and very easy bus ride into Victoria. But I'm glad I only stayed one night.

Stated to be soundproofed rooms, avoid ground level G4 no sound proof door (removed long ago), right by reception and public toilet so got a little noisey. Inside room is a false wall covering the drains for rooms above so intermittent water pipe noises. Okay with ear plugs. Reasonable price for a place close to Battersea attractions.

Arrived at hotel, no means to get in to car park, had to call several times on the intercom which ended up being a resident, not the front desk! Got into car park eventually and then couldn’t get in to the hotel. Had to then call the front desk who came and opened up the door to get in.
Got to our room, the room was battered and bruised, needs a drastic paint job and shabby furniture, loo seat was badly loose.
Had to get some more items from the car, only to find that the room key won’t open the door to the garages, have to call to open the door again! Thankfully the front desk came and kept the door open whilst we got some extra stuff from the car.
Check out, handed key in, was told to get out of garage, to call when we get to the gate, all very well if someone would answer the phone! Called 6-7 times, voicemail! If it wasn’t for a resident coming in, we would still be there waiting now! Never returning to the hotel, awful place. Avoid!

I was in a basement room - no window, which wasn't in the description. The TV didn't work - and even when mentioned was not sorted. The double bed was against the wall on one side, with neither side having a bedside table. The wall above the bed had some dubious handprints ... The double bed was supplied with two pillows which were very thin - was promised more when mentioned but again never materialised. Whilst reception is clean and tidy - the part we were in was scruffy. On arrival ID was required, fine, but I was not impressed at my drivers license being photo copied, on asking for the copy on leaving it had \"gone missing\". One of the worst stays I've has when going through Expedia.

We checked out 10 minutes after checking in it was that bad.

You have to stop in the street to go to reception and ask about parking because they refuse to tell you how to use the car park over the phone. Parking is not free which is not clearly stated.

We were then left waiting in the basement car park for 10 minutes listening to people flush the toilet.

The way into the hotel from the car park is via the fire exit and through where they keep all the supplies.

Everything is filthy, broken, scratched, falling apart. Carpet, bed, linens, doors, handles, literally everything is either broken, heavily worn or dirty. The room numbers are just small pieces of printed paper stuck on doors, most torn or falling down.

Nothing like the pictures at all.

It must be common for people to ask to check out straight away after seeing how bad it is given the reception staff was not surprised at all that we wanted to leave.

Best bang for your buck

Honestly, for the price we are paying this is a great service. The room was clean and nice. It wasn’t top standard but but for the price it’s more than good and the top of that the staff is really really friendly. Specially Reception Wi-Fi was always available and fast clean bedsheets always changed Towels changed I would recommend this for anybody who was on a budget and needs a good hotel

I am a Dad with 2 kids and a wife of course. Visting London from Boston, US of A.I would stay here again if I come to London, Bcos
1) Best front desk support
2) responds to email
3) Bus stop in 10 Ft
4) Groceries opposite
5) Liquor store 2 min walk
6) Bangaladeshi food calls indian not that delicious. Ok
Overall good location, safe for sure. Hope this helps.

We stayed here for 5 nights - great location, friendly staff and our room was clean. Unfortunately the rooms were not well maintained however - and a general maintenance schedule seems to be lacking. Our room didn't have airconditioning, a pedestal fan was going full blast in the room so it was obvious it wasnt working. A cupboard was hanging off the wall over the kitchenette which didnt look particularly safe. When I asked if I could change rooms, the receptionist said just open the window (which we couldnt) and they could look at a different room in the morning.
Room 2 - had air conditioning that worked but wasn't particularly effective. The room was in better condition than the last, however the curtains were missing hooks and therefore were not hanging on the railing properly at the window. The sheets felt strange - they were clean but when we looked closer the mattress was very pilled, making the sheets feel rough to sleep on. The mattress needed to be replaced. Both rooms were in need of a paint.
With some love, this place would be great to stay at.

Handy location, rooms very clean and cleaned every day , fridge sink microwave in the room very handy and reception good bloomers , a lot of other properties would learn a thing or to from here , will use again
