The only two disappointments were the room was extremely hot possibly a fault with the air conditioning and it was too late to do anything we were very tired but shouldn’t really have to put up with it. It was also my daughters 16th of which i did mention and it would of been nice to get a little treat of some kind

Positives were - good location, nice surroundings by the harbour, bar and restaurant space were nice. Negatives - I booked a family room with cot and asked for a cot on the booking. I also called two days prior and requested confirmation of the cot. Arrived at the hotel to no cot and queried it at reception. Had not arrived by babies bedtime so asked for it the next morning before her nap. Did not arrive for the second night again. Partner who had just done the London marathon slept on the uneven sofa bed. Broken toilet that was not flushing was to be fixed by maintenance - again did not arrive. Dated in areas such as the access to the spa and those facilities. Poorly maintained - broken lift, no alternative directions given. No water for the sauna and no staff around to support - I used four cups to get to 60 degrees. One shower out of order, another cold water. Two water dispensers in the changing area - neither had water. Overall disappointed with the services and finish of the property.

Beautiful hotel one room was ready early, had a little wait for the 2nd room, we upgraded to the balcony suite rooms, it’s cheaper to do this via Expedia than direct with the hotel, which we did not realise
Rooms are top notch, bar and restaurant are lovely, we had lunch and a couple of drinks before getting our room key, not realising you receive a 20% discount on food!! Lunch menu was very good plenty of choices and huge plates. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, would definitely stay here again

Although the hotel was nice, the staff were shocking, i parked my car at the hotel for £85 per night, on arrival they took £170 out of my account for 2 nights parking, and also extra for a romantic package i bought, the second day another £170 went out of my account, when questioned they said it was £100 a night they placed as holding on my card, but that worked out at £200 not £170. I quiestioned 2 members of reception who both gave different reasons as to why the payment went out, with one of them trying to cover up what had happenend and the other openly saying they shouldn't have taken the payment twice, it was a mistake, and it wouldn't go back on my account for 3 days. I asked to speak to management and the receptionsist spoke to the manager on the phone, who then told the receptionsist to tell me they were too busy to see me!! I wont be staying here again, much better staff at other hotels in this area.

We had an excellent stay and would definitely return. The night and day staff were incredibly helpful and kind throughout, and really made us feel welcome. Our room was lovely, and the facilities were great.
We especially enjoyed the views over the harbour. The team also went above and beyond to make our visit even more comfortable, which we really appreciated.
A wonderful experience overall, and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

The room was amazing, though the bathroom had a horrible bad drain smell? The staff were absolutely outstanding and really couldn’t do enough for you! The bar and food were great! The breakfast wasn’t huge, but had a selection of most things, and we did see people had somehow ordered special eggs, not sure how? But that’s clearly doable. All round we would 100% visit again.

The whole team were great but special commendation to the lady who served evening dinner she was charming and helpful and also to Aseel on reception (who I think is still training although you wouldn't think so) who dealt with our queries and checkout with great efficiency and follow up - both a credit to your organisation

This is a nice modern hotel with lovely facilities, but badly let down by the technology not working (at least for the suite I was given). Despite turning the air on to the coldest possible setting in both rooms, the suite was incredibly hot. Not possible to open windows as they were locked shut. I got hardly any sleep as a result. The electronically-controlled shower was also hard to keep at any consistent temperature. The suite was huge and lovely but the main thing I really needed was a comfortable sleep

However found the pool area to be dirty and this really let the hotel and staff down. We went 2 days in a row, early morning, and nothing had improved on the 2nd visit.

Restaurant dinner was excellent, we had a seafood sharing platter and surf and turf sharer both a real treat. Nicely presented and cooked. Waitress (sorry I didn’t take name to mention, 7pm table of 4 Friday 10/4) was brilliant, really attentive and excellent with our kids (daughter 9 and son 13.) thank you!

Spa was disappointing, dirty floor and toilets, broken lockers. really not what you expect to see in a nice hotel. No jacuzzi either. Spa lift to rooms was out of order so we had to get back into the hotel room from outside and through lobby.

Our stay with our 2 kids was compromised because the fold out bed they used was very poor. It was unevan and bumpy. Even after asking the staff to take a look where they suggested adding an additional mattres, they never actually put an extra mattress in. Our stay was too short to make a further complaint. The lockers in the male changing rooms also didnt work and the sauna and steam room are separate for male and female guests so makes it difficult if you want to use the facilities as a family or even as a couple.

Absolutely wonderful stay, the porter was so helpful as were the check in staff, I think his name was Mohit? He engaged with my children as well as me, making us smile while giving us all the information we needed.
Clean, friendly staff, great location, we got the Uber boat up the Thames to the London eye, made a change to travel by boat instead of underground, great way to see London.

Great stay. First time in this hotel but likely won’t be my last. On check in, was presented with a drinks voucher for two which was a lovely touch and much appreciated. We also had a complimentary upgrade to a balcony room. This is an all suite hotel so there’s lots of room. It’s fairly basic in the room but had everything we needed. It’s a little way from the West End but there is an overland 5 mins away at Imperial Wharf and it’s 25 mins to Piccadilly Circus. Bar area was clean and well stocked. Staff very helpful and friendly. Don’t really have anything negative to say at all. Enjoyed our stay and I imagine we will be back.

I stayed for two nights. The room was very spacious and comfortable.The reception and concierge team were friendly. I ordered room service for all my meals and the food was consistently great.

Unfortunately, the spa experience, which was a key reason I chose the hotel, was a major disappointment. The spa reception team were friendly and recommended a hot stone massage, but I was instead given what seemed to be a standard full body massage. It felt more like a body rub than a proper treatment. I wasn’t asked about my preferred pressure, any areas of concern, or even asked to complete a consultation form beforehand. The therapist seemed inexperienced, and overall the treatment felt very unprofessional.

The spa facilities themselves were also underwhelming. The changing rooms and showers were not particularly clean or well maintained, which further detracted from the experience.

I raised my concerns with the main reception team, but unfortunately they did not appear to take the issue seriously and offered no real effort to resolve the situation.

Overall, while the room, reception staff, and food were very good, the spa experience let the whole trip down, especially given that it was a key part of why I booked the hotel. In my opinion, the hotel feels closer to a 4-star experience at best. If you’re staying in the area, I would recommend booking the Hilton.

READ BEFORE BOOKING
The location or hotel itself was nice, wish we’d booked a river view room though as the view from balcony/room wasn’t great.
Had a few issues:
- Had to call reception 3 times and go down twice to ask for luggage to be brought up post-check in - took an hour just for this and we needed to get ready!
- Staff came to try and decorate room for Valentine’s Day AFTER we checked in which was super awkward and a shame
- TV in room kept turning off randomly
- burning hot water only from one point on Saturday from bathroom taps/showers which took HOURS for the hotel to sort and we ended up missing our Valentine’s Day dinner reservation
- PARKING: please note it’s £85 per night for hotel (limited) parking. We were unaware of this as it’s not on Expedia page. Would have taken train if we had known
- Spa facilities: such a shame that apart from the pool there were no shared-gender spa facilities e.g. steam room/sauna
We did mention these issues/concerns to management who tried to rectify by offering complimentary breakfast - which was actually very nice!
Maybe we were just a bit unlucky.
Just a shame for the price you pay really - wouldn’t call it a 5*! Doesn’t feel luxurious at all - have been to many luxury hotels in London/globally in my lifetime!

The porter and receptionist were very friendly and helpful upon arrival.

The room felt a bit dated and there were a lack of plugpoints around the bed area to charge phones. There were no wine glasses in the room to enjoy a drink.

We tried to get a drink at 10.55pm after coming back from the football, but we were told the bar was closed, with people inside eating and drinking. There was a coldness to the night staff when we ordered drinks to our room.

Amenities: We recently stayed at your hotel for a short break in London and booked our stay via Hotels.com. When making the reservation, we specifically checked whether the hotel offered spa facilities, as spending time in a sauna is something we usually enjoy during our visits to London hotels. Unfortunately, upon arriving at the spa, we were surprised to learn that the saunas were segregated by gender. This information was not communicated at the time of booking or prior to entering the spa. As this arrangement did not meet our expectations, it resulted in a disappointing experience during our stay at The Chelsea Harbour Hotel.

This hotel was lovely. I arrived late and felt flustered, but Asif on reception handled everything calmly and upgraded my room, which made a huge difference. The food tasted excellent. Service felt warm and efficient throughout my stay. Access to the spa was a real bonus and helped me unwind. I left feeling looked after and refreshed.

Stayed here with my 3 kids, we had a wonderful time. We requested a room with lovely view and theg gave us 6th floor which boasted great view with a balcony. Dinner was lovely, breakfast was avarage jn my opinion.
We went to the spa area and the kids enjoyed a bit of swimming but my 2 younger were not able to swim because the depth was too high. Would sag swimming pool facilities not suitable for younger crowds . Shout out to Casie!! Who found my daughter phone and water bottle we left in the gym area. She was so kind and approachable. Thank you Casie

On arrival we were given no information. A curt reception and told where our room was. No times for breakfast, spa opening, bar opening etc.
The room, although large and comfortable overall, was cold. The shower water temperature was tepid...chilly .... i had to go to the spa. The spa was also disappointing...as a couple being split for sauna and steam was not expected...we were there for a romantic couples weekend! On top of this the steam room in the womens wasnt working anyway. With only 9 beds to relax on by the pool we couldnt get one as they were all taken. We really didnt enjoy our supposedly 'relaxing' and 'romantic' visit.

We have been offered the 1st floor with no view all at, the room next door was very loud, we could clearly hear what they were saying and doing with a young kid. The wallpaper came off the wall in both of our rooms, which shocked me as a five star hotel that I stayed 14 years ago, it was so nice but this time ruined all my good memories about the hotel. Very old setting in the room, sockets barely working so I couldn’t charge my phone properly. The staff talked on the phone and checked his own phone after asking me for my id. I am very disappointed about the stay and I didn’t feel I’ve been treated as your VIP.
