Absolutely wonderful stay, the porter was so helpful as were the check in staff, I think his name was Mohit? He engaged with my children as well as me, making us smile while giving us all the information we needed.
Clean, friendly staff, great location, we got the Uber boat up the Thames to the London eye, made a change to travel by boat instead of underground, great way to see London.

Great stay. First time in this hotel but likely won’t be my last. On check in, was presented with a drinks voucher for two which was a lovely touch and much appreciated. We also had a complimentary upgrade to a balcony room. This is an all suite hotel so there’s lots of room. It’s fairly basic in the room but had everything we needed. It’s a little way from the West End but there is an overland 5 mins away at Imperial Wharf and it’s 25 mins to Piccadilly Circus. Bar area was clean and well stocked. Staff very helpful and friendly. Don’t really have anything negative to say at all. Enjoyed our stay and I imagine we will be back.

I stayed for two nights. The room was very spacious and comfortable.The reception and concierge team were friendly. I ordered room service for all my meals and the food was consistently great.

Unfortunately, the spa experience, which was a key reason I chose the hotel, was a major disappointment. The spa reception team were friendly and recommended a hot stone massage, but I was instead given what seemed to be a standard full body massage. It felt more like a body rub than a proper treatment. I wasn’t asked about my preferred pressure, any areas of concern, or even asked to complete a consultation form beforehand. The therapist seemed inexperienced, and overall the treatment felt very unprofessional.

The spa facilities themselves were also underwhelming. The changing rooms and showers were not particularly clean or well maintained, which further detracted from the experience.

I raised my concerns with the main reception team, but unfortunately they did not appear to take the issue seriously and offered no real effort to resolve the situation.

Overall, while the room, reception staff, and food were very good, the spa experience let the whole trip down, especially given that it was a key part of why I booked the hotel. In my opinion, the hotel feels closer to a 4-star experience at best. If you’re staying in the area, I would recommend booking the Hilton.

READ BEFORE BOOKING
The location or hotel itself was nice, wish we’d booked a river view room though as the view from balcony/room wasn’t great.
Had a few issues:
- Had to call reception 3 times and go down twice to ask for luggage to be brought up post-check in - took an hour just for this and we needed to get ready!
- Staff came to try and decorate room for Valentine’s Day AFTER we checked in which was super awkward and a shame
- TV in room kept turning off randomly
- burning hot water only from one point on Saturday from bathroom taps/showers which took HOURS for the hotel to sort and we ended up missing our Valentine’s Day dinner reservation
- PARKING: please note it’s £85 per night for hotel (limited) parking. We were unaware of this as it’s not on Expedia page. Would have taken train if we had known
- Spa facilities: such a shame that apart from the pool there were no shared-gender spa facilities e.g. steam room/sauna
We did mention these issues/concerns to management who tried to rectify by offering complimentary breakfast - which was actually very nice!
Maybe we were just a bit unlucky.
Just a shame for the price you pay really - wouldn’t call it a 5*! Doesn’t feel luxurious at all - have been to many luxury hotels in London/globally in my lifetime!

The porter and receptionist were very friendly and helpful upon arrival.

The room felt a bit dated and there were a lack of plugpoints around the bed area to charge phones. There were no wine glasses in the room to enjoy a drink.

We tried to get a drink at 10.55pm after coming back from the football, but we were told the bar was closed, with people inside eating and drinking. There was a coldness to the night staff when we ordered drinks to our room.

Amenities: We recently stayed at your hotel for a short break in London and booked our stay via Hotels.com. When making the reservation, we specifically checked whether the hotel offered spa facilities, as spending time in a sauna is something we usually enjoy during our visits to London hotels. Unfortunately, upon arriving at the spa, we were surprised to learn that the saunas were segregated by gender. This information was not communicated at the time of booking or prior to entering the spa. As this arrangement did not meet our expectations, it resulted in a disappointing experience during our stay at The Chelsea Harbour Hotel.

This hotel was lovely. I arrived late and felt flustered, but Asif on reception handled everything calmly and upgraded my room, which made a huge difference. The food tasted excellent. Service felt warm and efficient throughout my stay. Access to the spa was a real bonus and helped me unwind. I left feeling looked after and refreshed.

Stayed here with my 3 kids, we had a wonderful time. We requested a room with lovely view and theg gave us 6th floor which boasted great view with a balcony. Dinner was lovely, breakfast was avarage jn my opinion.
We went to the spa area and the kids enjoyed a bit of swimming but my 2 younger were not able to swim because the depth was too high. Would sag swimming pool facilities not suitable for younger crowds . Shout out to Casie!! Who found my daughter phone and water bottle we left in the gym area. She was so kind and approachable. Thank you Casie

On arrival we were given no information. A curt reception and told where our room was. No times for breakfast, spa opening, bar opening etc.
The room, although large and comfortable overall, was cold. The shower water temperature was tepid...chilly .... i had to go to the spa. The spa was also disappointing...as a couple being split for sauna and steam was not expected...we were there for a romantic couples weekend! On top of this the steam room in the womens wasnt working anyway. With only 9 beds to relax on by the pool we couldnt get one as they were all taken. We really didnt enjoy our supposedly 'relaxing' and 'romantic' visit.

We have been offered the 1st floor with no view all at, the room next door was very loud, we could clearly hear what they were saying and doing with a young kid. The wallpaper came off the wall in both of our rooms, which shocked me as a five star hotel that I stayed 14 years ago, it was so nice but this time ruined all my good memories about the hotel. Very old setting in the room, sockets barely working so I couldn’t charge my phone properly. The staff talked on the phone and checked his own phone after asking me for my id. I am very disappointed about the stay and I didn’t feel I’ve been treated as your VIP.

I stayed in room 606 on 12/13. I was really looking forward to good night's sleep since I hadn't had one in a week. Unfortunately I was met with a stuffy room even after turning the air down. I slept with the sliding door open to help cool the room down, but was met with lots of outside noises. Then if I turned on one tv, both came on, and then they wouldn't stay off. I tried to turn one off, but it would come back on and the volume turned up. So I left it on with the volumne turned all the way down. Then the tv in the bedroom would turn off, but come back on after about 20 mins and the volume would be turned up and scare me. So I had to sleep with both tv's on and their volumes all the way down just so they wouldn't scare me coming on.
Then the next morning I went to go shower and saw hair all in the bath tub, hair on the shower wall, a wad of hair stuck in my \"clean\" towel, and then found a band-aid stuck on the bathroom wall. Kinda made me feel ick even after showering.
The staff were nice and the hotel seemed lovely, but I just feel the cleanliness of my room was lacking and maybe instructions for the tv because I could not figure out why the tv was off and then come on by itself.

This is a really nice hotel. Staff are friendly and courtious and it smells very nice. Our room was very spacious with a comfy bed.
There were bits that were a bit tired. The door lock on the patio was almost hanging off.

We checked in at 15.45, we were left waiting for 20 mins as our room wasn’t ready which then left us rushing abit as we had a reservation to go too.

I msged the company on here to ask if breakfast was included in my booking as I couldn’t see it anywhere in the receipt and no one has replied to me which is poor customer service.
When I asked at reception they said there was no breakfast on my booking ,
I’ve since found on my check out on hotels.com that it did include it .

Pool are was ok and clean. (Say a door I. The men’s had a massive gap so lost a lot of heat ( which was disappointing) but over all as ok.

The hotel is great if you are looking for a space and I do believe it was top noch 10 years ago but it has not received any investment for a long time.
No smart features whatsover and you arent even able to charge your phone next to your bed. Room amenities are are so so, you do have nespresso machine (which is a standart in almost most 3*hotels) but there is no minibar bit just empty slightly broken fridge.Staff is a bit clueless as one doesnt know what the other is doing.
In short, it feels like going to
