Very friendly staff, room was clean and in good condition, the only relevant downside to call out is that we booked a family room for two adults and two children, but the sofa bed for the children was very small (narrow) - we just about managed one night, but it is certainly not of the same size as, e.g., an equivalent sofa bed in a Premier Inn. Otherwise all good.

Janet, the lady on the front desk was very helpful as she kept my son’s package of cheese which he was taking back to the USA in the hotel fridge. We had stayed at 3 Holiday Inn Express properties during our recent trip to Ireland Scotland and England. This was not clean at all, they also use some type of aerosol product to cover up odours which takes your breath away. On a positive note staff were friendly and moved us to another room which was a little better but not to the Holiday Inn standards we were used to.

The employees were very nice and helpful. We were able to store our luggage before check-in while we went sightseeing. The breakfast was great! Only complaint was that the ice machine was out of order, but they were able to give us ice from the bar, so it was ok.
