From the moment I checked in until I left everything was smooth, rooms are great and personal unlike the branded hotel, clean and spacious rooms, no noise at all from the pub downstairs! A special shoutout to Silvi, the lady who checked me in and took me to my room, she was so friendly and welcoming and explained everything to me, I am defo booking again when I’m in the area thank you!

Honestly felt more like a hostel than a hotel. Two/three flights of narrow stairs, no lift, shared bathroom and shower. My first night the maid almost walked in as I was changing and asked why I hadn’t checked out, even though I had one more day. The worst part about it was the noise. I stay in a lot of hotels for work and this was the noisiest stay. Even late at night, cars are going by and drunk people walking down the street. Then in the morning garbage collection. It truly was my least favorite stay. I thought it would be more charming but it was not. Basic room, basic amenities. The location was not as close to the train station as I would have liked and the pub closes early. So overall, not great. The one shining light was that Fulham seems like a cute little residential area and so I felt very safe.

This hotel was so cute and perfect for the two of us. It’s also a restaurant. Pretty good tapas and vibes. There are buses close by or you can walk 20 mins to the nearest tube station. The staff were super friendly. Our check in wasn’t until 3 pm, but we got there a little early and they let us check in at 1 pm. Definitely an affordable options! Highly recommend.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. We ate in the restaurant a couple of times, and the food was excellent. The only issue we had was that it was very hot during the time we were there. Apparently, the holding tank for the water supply to the shower was exposed to the direct sun. As a result, even using only cold water, the temperature of the shower was scalding, and we were not able to take showers until morning. I hope they find a solution to the issue. If that were to be resolved, I definitely would stay there again.

My early flight meant I needed to stay in London and be able to walk to the Underground. It's a 15 minute walk. Both of my wheeled suitcases had an easy roll for the most part. The room was up some narrow stairs but it was large and newly redone and had a clean bathroom and shower. As a bonus, I had a delicious salmon dinner and a couple glasses of good wine at the associated Captain Cook Restaurant.

The room was above the Captain Cook pub, which was very convenient. The restaurant had great food and drink, and the service/personality of the staff was fantastic. The atmosphere was kinda special, with it being mostly locals and regulars. Everyone was very friendly. There were a couple of Underground stations near by, which made it accessible to many of London's attractions.

The Captain Cook is clean and in a quiet area. You escape the tourist crowds and the rates are a real bargain, too. The pub below the rooms served great food and the buses to downtown London and the tube were very convenient. Plus, the Mil Kitchen around the corner served a great breakfast. The Captain Cook is a great place to stay. Rooms are comfortable, clean, and have everything you need. The staff are lovely. We arrived a little early, but they accommodated us and got us into our room early so we could go back into central London and join in with the SAFC party in Trafalgar Square. A little out of the way but within walking distance of the tube, and buses are passing by regularly. I would definitely stay again.

Decent room for a 1 or 2 night stay. We stayed for a night. Room was reasonable in size. Slightly Larger than the average room I've generally stayed in budget rooms..The shower room door did not close. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The window did not have a curtain but that wasn't too much of a problem 20.min walk from the Hammersmith Railway station. Has a couple of Pubs around. There's a Bus stop close by that can take you the station or other locations near by.. nothing much around the property. Staff was polite . The pub downstairs itself is good.
