We had a lovely time but it was a trip of two halves. The first night, we arrived back from dinner to an awful smell of cannabis on the 10th floor. This then lingered into our room and we had to endure the unpleasant smell for the night. We Informed reception who sent security to investigate. The second night was much more promising and what you would expect. Our room was brilliant, the pool and spa facilities were very enjoyable and we certainly made the most of it. It was a big shame the first night was ruined by someone smoking cannabis, especially where we had paid almost £150 per night! Otherwise lovely and we would return.

Lovely check in - v friendly staff. Room very clean so great job from the hard working housekeepers.

Location wise you’ll have to map it from Battersea PS tube as there's a few twists and turns.

Everything to eat, drink and wear is on the doorstep.

Pictures didn’t really match the vibe of this hotel. It was nice but didn’t really have the “plush”, 4 star feel that was conveyed in the photos. Staff were helpful and attentive but the reception staff seemed a bit bored when we asked questions. The room was clean, spacious and had good coffee/tea facilities but the bathroom decor was tired and the shower door was faulty so almost broke off the hinges completely. The toiletries weren’t amazing either, seemed a bit knock-off.

The main reason for our booking was the spa, but we were unable to use the steam room as it was not working. This was especially disappointing as we had been looking forward to relaxing and making the most of the facilities for our anniversary.

We also ordered room service during our stay. I ordered the Portuguese-style chicken breast burger from the menu, but five minutes after placing the order, we received a call to say they had run out of chicken breast and offered a fried chicken burger instead. As we try to eat healthy, this wasn’t ideal, but we felt we had little choice at that point. To add to the frustration, the menu price was listed as £15.98, yet we were charged £25.02, which was quite concerning.

Another issue was with the lifts. Although there are three lifts in the hotel, only one was working during our stay. We were waiting 15–20 minutes each time we needed to use it, which was extremely inconvenient and frustrating.

Great location, with a paid secure car park next door. Staff were fantastic, very helpful. Lovely well decked out rooms with comfortable beds. Breakfast was fantastic to fuel a day in London. Swimming pool and spa was a great addition. Would stay here again. Lots of eating options at the power station next door.

Fantastic location. Big room with great view of the Power Station. Staff were lovely and made my friend feel very special as we were celebrating her birthday. Very good selection of food at breakfast and great that it was available until 11am. Spa was well setup and enjoyable. Great experience all round.

The hotel is fine - nothing to rave about and quite out of the way / difficult to get to on public transport. The \"spa\" was nice and we had it to ourselves - good pool and good steam and sauna, but no changing rooms. Breakfast was ok but the cooked items looked undercooked (VERY pale looking sausages and VERY pink and fatty bacon!) and not at all apetizing so I stuck to fruit and toast. The room was fine - no shower head in the bath so could not wash hair without bathing and then using the shower.

Lovely room and well looked after by the staff. Pool area in the basement really lovely and relaxed. Breakfast was amazing and set us up for the day, massive selection and £17 approx per person, well worth it. Great location for the tube and overground (Battersea Park and Battersea Power Station) both within walking distance. Would definitely come back and visit again

We checked in on 18th Jan at 4pm, the receptionist was not very welcoming, only gave us 1 card key to the hotel, and when I asked for 2 she was not very polite, and she didn't offer us our complimentary drink either. When we checked in the room was lovely, but bth bridge was not working. I don't complain as the reception was not very friendly and didn't want to start my weekend in a negative way.

It was ok. Check in was good and my room nice. The gym is really poor, no chance of a good workout in there. The pool and sauna/steam room were good.
I didn’t want to go out as had been working all day so wanted to eat there but the restaurant was closed and the bar unfriendly so ordered room service.
I ordered a steak sandwich for £21. It was pathetic for tha money. Just chips, a small piece of steak in a pitta bread. Very dissapointing. Not only that but there was a £6 tray fee and a 12.5% service charge added. Aren’t they both the same thing? Then the waiter waited at the door for a tip…..
A plus was sky sports on the tv, nice touch.
Breakfast was lovely.
It was ok but there are better options.
Oh, parking at the car park next door was £37.50 for 12 hours too

The room was tired, with damaged furniture and stained and dirty grout in the bathroom. One of the provided towels had been used by a previous guest and had not been laundered. When calling reception to ask for non-feather pillows the receptionist was rude and housekeeping was unavailable.
On the positive side, the location is great, there is parking nearby, and some of the staff are genuinely helpful.

I had a pleasant stay like previous times I've stayed at the Pestana Chelsea Bridge. Overall, it’s a comfortable and convenient place, particularly well suited for a relaxing stay and it is nice that Battersea Park is so close by for a little wander around.

Breakfast was good, with a reasonable selection on offer. The fruits and salads were fresh and enjoyable, and I especially liked the fresh ginger booster. However, the bread selection was a bit disappointing, and on one of the days the bread was stale, which detracted from the experience.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. While you can occasionally hear neighbouring doors slamming, it didn’t significantly affect my sleep, and overall the room was a great place to rest. The bathroom was also generously sized. The water pressure could have been stronger for a more enjoyable shower, but it was perfectly acceptable, and I did appreciate the rainfall shower feature.

A nice bonus was having Sky Sports available in the room, which made for a relaxing evening watching football on a day where we were low on energy. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which added to the positive experience. The bar food was fairly average, but I only ate there as a last resort, so it was fine for that purpose.

Overall, the hotel offers spacious rooms, friendly service, and good amenities, making it a solid choice for a comfortable stay in London.

Room as expected and staff were friendly. The only criticism would be that the milk was off in the room and so the tea was revolting. Also the flasks of hot water to make tea at breakfast wasn’t hot and so the staff had to bring out my own hot water and coffee at breakfast wasn’t good. But the staff were helpful. Sadly we were woken earlier than expected by loud cleaning staff right outside our door.

Lovely modern functional hot ideal for Evolurion Battersea Park and the former power station now made into an ideal shopping centre. The surrounding areas are attractively planted with trees and shrubs.

Pleasantly decorated room with the ensuite current trend windowed into the corners unfortunately the room designer forgot to tractor in the television so it sits ungainly on the dressing table. Major boy error. Aircon was pretty quiet mattress comfortable and good sound proofing and b lack out
