We did not pay extra for the breakfast so cannot rate that. The team was very helpful especially since all London was freaking out over the heat wave and we did appreciate the ac. Beds were not the greatest but were ok. The bathroom was very small and not well designed. They had a soap/shampoo combo and no conditioner. The property is close by Victoria so that is a plus. Overall 8/10.

Greeted by very helpful front desk staff. In view of my walking with a stick we were given a room very near to the lift….but you could not hear the lift 😊. Information useful for our stay readily given.
The Aircon was good but the real bonus was an opening window.
Breakfast was a very good continental spread with something for everyone and continuously replenished. Complimentary coffee was available in the lobby all day as well as a nice selection in the room.
It was in a very central position just a couple of minutes walk from Victoria Rail and Coach Stations, providing easy bus access too. The front desk staff were also very helpful re directions and about getting a taxi.
Would definitely recommend and also stay again ourselves.. well done!!

The staff at this hotel was so helpful and friendly. They gave directions, hailed a cab for us, gave us information about different restaurants, sight-seeing activities and they were able to provide tickets! This hotel is in a great location close to the bus and train station, shopping and restaurants. We had a room for 3 of us and it was small with not much extra room for our luggage. In addition, we arrived 3 hours before check-in time and they accommodated us. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot for this hotel, we could walk to Cadogan Hall where we were going to see a show and the next morning we walked to Buckingham palace. Beds were comfy, air con was good, the only slight issue was the tube noise, to be honest it didn’t bother us much, we slept really well.

Ideal location close to Victoria tube station and easy access to the ground buses if using. Not a lot of shopping near by but there were grocery stores available for water etc
There are two buildings that are part of the hotel. The main building has the front desk and breakfast. You will need to cross the street to get to the second building.
Please be aware that these two buildings are NEXT TO THE TRAIN TRACKS. Although this did not bother us much, those who need a quiet night are not going to get it here.
Our room had everything we needed (double pillows for my husband and we were able to borrow a UK adapter for our c paps).
The staff are wonderfully helpful! When we needed directions to touring attractions and tube service to Heathrow.
We would stay at this location again if we return to London.

I ended up in a tiny 4th floor room that was perfect in every way for a solo traveler. There is a little humming from the trains outside that I found helped me sleep! Staff was very courteous, amenities were all modern and excellent. Location near Victoria Station is ideal.

That was our third time staying in Best Western Hotels in different countries. Again, we are extremely happy with cleaning. Everything was great. The only negative aspect of the room was the fact that it was really close to the trains and our nights were a little noisy :)

Friendly and helpful staff, but smelly, noisy room. My room was on the lower ground and the trains ars almost on top of the room. They can’t relocate the hotel, so nothing to do here. The rooms are on dire need of refurbishment, carpet shows sign of water damage and AC looked moldy. This might be a Best Western, but I would not recommend.

We had a family room ,4 ladies and thank goodness were changed to single beds !
There were free drinks available.
The room was clean beds comfy ,shower working very well.

We stayed in the annex across the road and not in the main hotel building, room was spotless and heard little noise so despite being next to the bus & train station. Perfect base for anyone wanting to get out and about to see the sights and handy for other transportation links.

24 hours trains go right outside the property and you shake in your bed. I am a light sleeper, could not sleep at all.

When we arrived the people at reception were so helpful, courteous and kind. They carried our very heavy bags up to the room for us. The room was clean and tidy. It was made up while we were out which is unusual these days unless you ask for it. It felt like they went out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable stay.

Room was clean and bathroom was newly renovated and unexpectedly spacious for London hotel size. Staff are all welcoming and friendly. Close to metro and Coach station. Breakfast was good and staff in the lounge was very polite and friendly. The only draw back wss the noise level, you could hear the trains running by.

The hotel is in a great location. It’s walking distance to Buckingham palace and other sites. It’s very close to Victoria Coach station where many tours originate. You can also walk down to the Thames and catch the Uber boat at Battersea. However, it’s also directly next to the train tracks so you hear the trains 24 hours a day. As expected, it’s an older property so the rooms are quite small and the bathroom is very tight. The windows don’t seal shut properly so you do hear a lot of street and train noise. Bring earplugs is you’re a light sleeper. The morning breakfast had a good selection.

Stayed 3 nights so it’s ok for a short trip. But don’t recommend for longer stays.

Pros: close to Victoria Station and Hop on/Hop off Tours. Breakfast was £11 but fairly good with plenty of options. Clean room.

Cons: Hard beds, hard pillows, windows are drafty and outside noise is very loud. Trains were so loud and even rumbled the bed at times. Rooms are quite small and no bathroom toiletries or even a wash cloth provided. Too many homeless around low to no lighting makes the area feel unsafe at night.

Excellent location for exploring London on foot, in a safe neighborhood. There’s a great pub around the corner. Very close to train and bus stations and main tourist attractions and good restaurants. The air conditioning worked well. We had a great check-in experience. My wife and I were given an early check in after a bad day of travel and the man at the front desk even carried a heavy suitcase up a steep flight of stairs for us. That said, we had a tiny, though clean and comfortable room. Barely enough room for our suitcases. And as mentioned above, no elevator to the second floor.

This was the perfect location if you want to be close to Victoria Coach Station. The hotel is only a few minutes walk away. There are a lot of food options within 5 to 10 minutes including restaurants at the Victoria tube station. We needed 1 room with 2 single beds. This hotel was the perfect location and great value for money.

The staff are hostile, prejudice and mean. Thwy will not clean my trash, nor clean mu room. They do not have good breakfast. And asked me to use the water from the bathroom to prepare my tea. They claim I didn't pay for my stay before I got there, meanwhile i did already before i left the states. So, I had to pay $310 in cash when I got there in addition to what I already paid with my credit card. So, I will now have to call my credit card company to dispute it if my card got charged.

I’m Japanese female solo traveler. I stayed for 6 nights. The location was so good. It might not good if you are sensitive for noise because the hotel is close to the Victoria station. So many good restaurants and you could walk to Chelsea area and V & A museum. Breakfast was good! All the stuff was nice, polite and kind.

Staff were great. Room was fine, but there was an odd odour to the room which was unpleasant. Breakfast was very mediocre at best. Coffee was awful, sausage roll was nasty. Scrambled eggs were out of a carton, croissants were reheated out of a packet. Won’t bother next time, if there is a next time.
