The staff are hostile, prejudice and mean. Thwy will not clean my trash, nor clean mu room. They do not have good breakfast. And asked me to use the water from the bathroom to prepare my tea. They claim I didn't pay for my stay before I got there, meanwhile i did already before i left the states. So, I had to pay $310 in cash when I got there in addition to what I already paid with my credit card. So, I will now have to call my credit card company to dispute it if my card got charged.

I’m Japanese female solo traveler. I stayed for 6 nights. The location was so good. It might not good if you are sensitive for noise because the hotel is close to the Victoria station. So many good restaurants and you could walk to Chelsea area and V & A museum. Breakfast was good! All the stuff was nice, polite and kind.

The hotel is almost next door to the Victoria Coach (bus) and Train stations. It's very easy to get the bus, subway and train. It's around a 20 minute walk to Buckingham Palace, Beg Ben, and Parliament. It's convenient to many of the tourist sites. My room, the least expensive, was very small. Just enough space to open up my suitcase. I'm a Solo traveler. Small private Bathroom. Breakfast is extra cost. I didn't pay for that. Staff were friendly and helpful.

However if you are thinking of booking here please be aware it is very close to Victoria Railway Station with trains running quite late into the night and beginning early the next morning.
