Rooms, like most in London were on the smaller side but worked well. Our room had a frosted window between the bathroom and bedroom which meant we woke up whenever one person used the bathroom. Breakfast is excellent. Check in, baggage storage and check out was very good. We arrived from overseas early in the morning and they gave access to one room by 9.30am. Near lots of local restaurants including a very good Indian restaurant.

The hotel is really lovely and is in a great location, just a 2 minute walk from Victoria. All areas of the hotel were spotlessly clean and decorated nicely. The bed was really comfy. Our only issue was the room had a separate WC with no sink and then a shower room with a sink. Hygienically not very good idea. Breakfast was exceptional. So much nicer than the usual standard breakfast. Shame they only use the lovely restaurant for breakfast though.
Overall a fantastic stay and would recommend.

This hotel was perfect for all the site seeing we wanted to do by foot. Close walk to Victoria Station. They had an amazing breakfast with very hot coffee and a variety of food for every palate. The room was clean and well stocked with a frig, iron, hair dryer & toiletries. Even a twin bed room was comfortable.

I recently stayed at Hotel Riu Plaza London Victoria for a birthday trip and unfortunately had a mixed experience.

On the positive side, the location is excellent. It’s in a very convenient area with easy access to transport, restaurants, and major attractions, which made exploring London simple and enjoyable.

However, the service and room experience were disappointing. At check-in, the staff member did not go over any key information such as breakfast times, check-out procedures, or hotel amenities. We were left to figure everything out ourselves, which didn’t feel very welcoming — especially given that this stay was noted as a birthday trip when I made the booking.

Our room was located in the basement, which raised a few concerns. Guests staying on upper floors had to scan their keycard in the lift to access their level, providing an added sense of security. However, because we were in the basement, there was no restricted access required, meaning anyone could potentially come and go freely in that area. This did not feel particularly secure.

Additionally, the room had no windows at all. Personally, I found this concerning from a safety standpoint in the event of a fire or emergency. The lack of natural light and proper ventilation also made the room feel quite enclosed.

A very pleasant stay and perfectly licated for theatreland and central London attractions. Very attentive and friendly staff, quick and easy check-in and able to leave bags early so we could go explore. Room was very clean and comfortable with incredible views. Room was very clean. Staff were excellent, very polite and understanding. There were no queues. The breakfast buffet was superb. I was disappointed with no toothbrushes or slippers in the room, which I am used to in Japan. Also by mistake arrange a room with no window in the basement which I now regret, and I also was surprised there was no bath in the room, only a shower, because I enjoy baths. I didn't notice the no-bath mentioned on the website but maybe it was.

Room was nice and clean, the hotel is beautiful. Close to Big Ben and Buckingham palace, also the Victoria palace theater where we went to see Hamilton. I loved the view from my 10th floor room! The room looks even better in person. The king bed was comfortable. Also, great staff.

I usually don’t like to leave a bed review anywhere i go.Me and my husband were exited to go to Paria and stay in nice place.I googled and read a lot of reviews to choose this hotel and even paid extra $40 for breakfast buffet!
Next morning around 10 o’clock we went down stairs and everything was closed.I asked the front desk and he opened rhe kitchen.And brought for us what they jad leftovers.Only bread, cheese,small 2 croissants.
Because it was our first time in Paris I didn’t know my phone charger won’t work here so i asked again from front desk thinking they should provide it because a lot of tourists comes from different countries.,he couldn’t find any.Room was really cold too
So we couldn’t stay for an another night and just checked out.Really disappointed 😞

When we booked it was for two beds. When we got there we were in a tiny room one bed. Even though when we checked we were asked what we preferred and we said we had asked for two beds. We arrived at 9:30 am and had to wait all day to get our room. Once we were taken to our room it had one bed and looked like a broom closet. We were told there were no rooms with two beds unless we wanted to pay an additional £40 per night. We opted for the additional charge as we wanted the two beds. The original room they had us in you could barely move around as well. Not impressed.

Great location for transportation and visiting the theater and many restaurants/pubs nearby.
Room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. We would have liked more pillows on the bed and fluffier ones.
Breakfast variety was excellent, the buffet was HUGE and staff were constantly refreshing items. The breakfast room was noisy and a bit chaotic because there were a lot of guests, but we were seated immediately each time we visited. Staff were very friendly and efficient!
Overall a very comfortable stay.

staff are super friendly, attentive and happy to help, we had asked for more pillows then realised we had to run for a show so we couldn’t wait in the room for them, staff were able to leave them on the bed for us which was nice, we also got a “welcome back” every time we came back in for the day and a “good morning, enjoy your day” when we left which felt very nice.
location is amazing, very close to the tube station and a shopping mall with a food court, and also the apollo victoria theatre is right next door so great if you’re seeing a show there which we did.
breakfast buffet is to die for, so much choice and open for a good 7-10:30 and tells you how busy it will be for certain times with signs in the lifts.
rooms are spacious and good soundproofing, the normal shower in our room had slightly bad water pressure but there was a rain shower so was able to use that instead, there was body wash, shampoo, and conditioner available so handy if you forgot yours.

all in all this hotel is amazing value for money, deserves every good thing said about it. will definitely stay here again if/when we come back to london.
