Front desk staff were helpful and assisted us with self check in. We sent suitcases ahead and they were waiting for us in our assigned room. Room was clean and shower was hot. It’s the only hotel of our trip that did not have a smart tv with Netflix, Prime nor You Tube. Bed and pillow were quite firm and the comfort double room was spacious with separate desk, bench, side table & chair. You can bring an airport luggage cart to your room to load up suitcases and roll directly to departures at Terminal 3. Self check out was quick. Desk staff will hold bags after check out if you have a late flight and want to explore Haneda Garden. We would consider staying here again.

After staying in multiple hotels in Japan. I would have to say this one was our least favorite. Although it was convenient being right at the airport. The cleanliness we experienced in the other hotels wasn't present. The room smelled of old dirty socks, and the bathroom was not the cleanest either, which we overlooked since we were only there for one night. However I expected more since all our other experiences in Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka were near perfect. The pros for this hotel would be that it's at the airport, self check in/out, the great staff at the entrance, and we also got vouchers for breakfast which was a bonus. Otherwise, I would say this is an average hotel. It's not the worst you can get, but for the price you pay, I would have expected more.

Very comfortable and convenient for overnight connections. Rooms are compact but not cramped, and the self check in/check out is fast and easy. Ideally your luggage will be checked through to its final destination since there isn't a lot of storage room.
There's an entrance on the air side so you don't need to go through immigration, but I don't know if they're identical rooms and they're only available for periods of 6 or 12 hours (and cost more). I just went through customs because my stay was longer than 12 hours and I wasn't pressed for time.
To get to the hotel, go up the departures level and look for column N at the far end. The entrance is just behind there.

My flight from Detroit was delayed until late in the evening which meant I was going to have to spend a night at the airport (no more public transportation after midnight), which is why I booked this hotel.
