The tv was broken, bed was uncomfortable, the bathroom was filthy the sink, shower etc. the staff were lovely and friendly but I wouldn’t stay again not worth the money.

Black mould in the room. A lot of dust on surfaces and a damp and musty smell throughout. On the plus side the bathroom was spotless and the bed comfortable. Wouldn't have wanted to stay more than one night as I suspect the mould isn't conducive to respiratory health.

Good location, 10 minutes walk from Pimlico station. On entry, the room was cold & despite being double glazed, there was a constant draught from the window. Radiator was put on so it got warm later. Small room (13), basic facilities. Dated decor but bed was clean & comfortable. Mouldy grouting round the shower. Rang the bell on entry as couldnt see the staff, but the girl was sitting down and on her phone & I didn't see her, she stood up eventually. Nice guy on reception in the morning when we left, but didn't enjoy it enough to go back.

Staked in a lower ground room (no. 8) which was beside the lift but we didn't hear any noise from it. The room itself was a decent size for the price, well lit and clean. Staff were all friendly and interested - every one of them asked about our day and if the room was OK. There was some low level noise from above - we were directly beneath the reception and could hear footfall. This didn't disturb our sleep and by 10pm there was very little noticeable noise. The wifi worked well, plenty of tea / coffee sachets. Great location. Overall a superb hotel for the price which exceeded our expectations and was way better than some of the recent reviews suggested it was going to be.

They make you wait for hours until after 2 PM before letting you into your room, even though the room is ready. They see you waiting there for hours and don't even have the courtesy to let you in if the room is ready, even if it's just half an hour early. They see you've been waiting for hours, and when 2 PM arrives, they don't even tell you to come and get your room key. If you don't go to them again, they act like they don't even see you. Very bad service

Just needed a place to sleep and took one of the single bed rooms. Compared to most similar spaces in London, this room was modern, comfortable and I slept like a log.

For a one night stay, it’s not worth what I paid. Carpet was clean at a certain level. Water was leaking from kettle and dangerous to use. For a double bed, I was expecting 4 pillows, instead we had 2 pillows. And the pillows are as thin as a folded hand towel. The toilet sink takes a while for water to drain. Because our room was on the first floor, we could hear all the noise from outside.. When we arrived at reception, the person manning reception was outside smoking. He has seen us come in so had to wait for him to finish his cigarette before coming in to greet us. On a positive note, Air conditioning was really good and it is near to a lot of shops and underground station.

However we stayed in room 26 we had someone drilling at 8:15am in one of the room nearby which is not great. Also the shower tray is badly scratched also the net curtain has a almost like tobacco stain in the middle of it. Other than a couple of small things i would stay again as it is good value for money.

Room was small and dated but clean. Bed was rather lumpy. Requested room was serviced which we didn’t realise was even an option, but not done, although upon taking the dirty crockery to reception we did receive clean cups and replacement tea, milk sachets etc.
Good points were that it was a quiet area, centrally located and we could walk to many sights and get to Victoria station easily.

The hotel is honestly overall ok. Although, not very family friendly, more suited for couples or singles just staying a night or two. The room was actually pretty small, way smaller than expected, and even if they had given us a crib (which they didn’t, even though we asked for it when booking), there wouldn’t have been space to put it anyway. Cleanliness was just okay, the carpet felt dirty and there was dust in the bathroom. Overall not terrible, but definitely not the best choice for traveling with kids.

We loved this property. Our room was very comfortable, they let us check in early and the room was very quiet. The shower had excellent pressure and temperature. However: the pillows are too flat. They are so flat, they almost did not exist. I would recommend this hotel to anyone but just know, you might need to use your sweater as a pillow.

Our room was in the basement, we had to navigate sacks of laundry to get to it. The room resembled a college dorm room, there was plumbing noises in the night, a couple of insects flying around, crooked light fixtures, weird wall decor. Absolutely not what I expected for the cost.

The only time other guests were seen was when we had to evacuate the hotel and congregate on the pavement following a fire alarm in the evening, possibly triggered by a bathroom door not being closed when using the shower!

This was an awesome place to stay in London. The hotel staff was very helpful in meeting our needs, both in the hotel and in finding our way around London. The location was in a quiet neighborhood, and 2 minutes from Pimlico Tube Station, one Tube stop from Victoria Station, and a bus stop almost across the street. Good restaurants and a grocery store within 2-5 minutes, which was important at the end of the day!

Decent location although there are pickpocketed in the neighborhood. Beware. We reserved for a room with two twin beds and instead were given a very small double bed in the basement with no windows. Just enough room to walk around the bed to get to a small shower room. The sheets on the bed were dirty (looked like someone had an accident) and they only clean rooms every two days unless you pay extra.

Appalling. I checked in only to find that my bed's linens had yellow stains on them. I sent a photo to the WhatsApp number provided, and a few minutes later got a text that they would come up and look.
An hour later, no one had come up. I spent that time discovering that the 'chair' (stool) in the room was also stained, and that there was some wear and dirt in the bathroom - though in the case of the bathroom, I am not sure it was any worse than any other budget hotel.
Anyway, I grabbed my luggage and went downstairs, since it was clear no one was coming. The woman at the front desk offered to switch me to a different room, but why would you want to stay in a place with such low standards and poor service?

Most things were clean, bedding bathroom etc though everything was worn. The mattress was dipped, everything could do with a paint, there was multiple moths too so keep your cases/bags closed. It was strange they aren't huge rooms to have so many.

There were multiple issues in regards to cleanliness, my first room had hairs that were not mine on the bedsheets, hairs and dirt all over the floors as if they hadn’t been vacuumed in years, and the 2nd room I got moved to was breaking down (bathroom handle broke off upon grabbing it, window floors have been used and abused, and towels are fairly dirty.
The staff were nice and helpful however they adhered to they’re non refund policy even when the condition of the room is not as advertised which should be a typical refund policy.

In general it was a good stay at the hotel, well located hotel, clean and comfortable room, things to improve, the reception is very cold and uncooperative, they have a terrace that only the hotel staff can use and lastly, when checking out and one has to wait for someone to pick you up to go to the airport, the hotel does not have toilet service for passengers who are in transit.

When we arrived the shower and sink were not draining, initially the staff didn't appear to appreciate the importance of the issue but it was actually resolved within a few hours. I think it was just a communication gap that caused me some unnecessary frustration. This was quickly resolved and all else was good.
