The mattress was so old and tired, the springs were poking through and also it was permanently sinking where people lay on it. It was so bad, I had to trying sleep on the floor. It was also not clean. We could not stay there the second night. However, they did refund us the 2nd night. The cups and glasses were dirty and required cleaning prior to drinking out of them. Staff were pleasant.

Staff were great. Continental breakfast (incl. pancakes, cut fruit, yoghurt etc) was nice. Bathroom was very spacious and I enjoyed the aroma of the shampoo/conditioner/body wash. The room itself was spacious also, and a generous king bed. The courtyard was pleasant and gives it a tranquil feel.

We enjoyed our short stay . Just a couple of issues . We weee given a room that was right next to the construction they were working on at the hotel . I went and complained at the reception and was given another room . Which was great . But that first room shouldn’t have been given to anyone with that loud jack hammering sound . 2nd complaint was that when we were given the other room we couldn’t sleep with the the window open because we could hear the music from the pool side speakers all night. Otherwise everything else was fine ☺️

Wonderfully spacious and relaxing resort. The gym and exercise equipment was limited and some weights or additional machines would be required to call this a gym. Enjoyable pool area and easily accessible restaurants.

I was greeted warmly at reception, the check in process was smooth and quick. Our room was ready an hour early and it smelt lovely and was very clean. Bed comfortable. Hotel facilities eg pool, games room, are lovely and again, clean. Hotel is very close to Leura Mall. It's my 3rd visit and I will be back again.

We checked in the hotel late (around mid-night) so I coud not give you a complete picture of the resort. Our room was on the second floor. The two sets of stairs were challenging not only to my 80 year old mom, but also the rest of my family carrying luggages. The room was spacious with adequate supplies but strangely enough all the door knobs were higher than normal--I do not believe it is an \"Australia\" thing because we lived 3-4 other hotels throughout this trip. But the rod that hung the towels in the bathroom was unusually low. I wondered whether there was a giant or a dwarf who used to live here or both. Anyway, it is just odd to see higher door knobs with lower towel rods in the same unit. I did take a short walk to the garden across from my building at the entrance of the resort the second morning before we headed to the blue mountain. It was a beautiful garden with a nice picnic area. I bet people enjoy the view of that garden at the bar when it is open.

I figure you need a vending that operates 24/7 and sticks snacks,milk, and maybe sandwiches! We stayed two nights and ran out of milk! It was raining cats and dogs, Leura has closed for the evening! It was just seven pm and I had to drive inthe rain to find a service station just to get milk and a snack! Please put ina vending machine.

I am 6ft 2inches and the bed was too small for me ..its length was 192mm less then the Australian Standard of over 200mm .... most upset ...eventually they moved me to a bigger bed but still refused to accept the beds were not up to King Size length

Overpriced for what it is. I stayed in the single bedroom apartment. The bed was so uncomfortable. It was a cheap springy mattress and the frame kept moving. I put the stoppers under the wheels and even that didn’t stop it from moving. I’m saying that, it’s not your guests task to put the stoppers under the bed. What service are you providing? The walls are so thin that you can hear everything happening outside the room. The shower is tiny. Just a below average place.

First stayed here in 1974 being near new it was great. Came back in 2012-13 when it was waldorf apartments, it was great. This time around i would say that 3.5 stars is very generous, the staff were friendly and helpful, after playing musical rooms to find an air conditioner that worked we settled in.
The room was fine though showing its age, the bed was acceptable, a toaster would be great, i realise this would conflict with your breakfast offering, though $50 for 2 for toast and cereal and lousy coffee is a bit rude.now to the shower which in a word was GROTTY shower recesses should be spotless, photos included, i dont believe we will be back

Breakfast was very good, too, with all we needed to fuel us for our days’ walks. The staff there and in reception were lovely and very friendly and welcoming. 5 minute drive into Leura town centre. The grounds are very pretty and the resort is situated away from the shopping area, so it was quiet. The driveway was a little small for the amount of rooms so parking was tight.
