Myself and husband stayed for 1 night. The property is very easy to find and parking is readily available. The property itself is magnificent, incredibly inviting, peaceful and spotlessly clean. We stayed in the \"Yengo\" room and were so impressed. The room is beautiful, filled with so much character and warmth. We found the bed comfortable and it was so quiet at night. There's an execellent and thoughtful variety of toiletries available and the shower was powerful with lovely hot water. The views from the bedroom windows are gorgeous.

Silvermere is a beautiful historic property that still provides modern comforts. The heritage gardens are well maintained, and the view of the gardens and the outlook to the north and east is quite incredible- you can easily see at least buildings and mountains 80km away. Our stay was lovely, Cath and Lew were great hosts, giving us great recommendations and directions for local attractions. A Little Gem in the Mountains
What a great place to stay. Lew was very welcoming and we had a a very relaxing and enjoyable time. The breakfasts were magnificent. We also had dinner at Silks on Saturday night. Our table was set up in the guest lounge. It was very private and special. Lew ensured the fire in the guest lounge was always well stoked. A wonderful weekend away!

We had a wonderful 4 day getaway at Silvermere. Our host Peter was fantastic! Our accommodation was clean and super comfortable, and the spa bath was just what the doctor ordered after long days out and about. The heritage house is set amongst lush gardens with views right across to Mt Wilson, just the best spot for the second cup of coffee after breakfast . Silks Brasserie on site was top notch fine dining. We will return.

What I liked was the beauty of the location and of the guest house itself. I also valued the attention to detail in every element of my stay. Here, I refer to the beauty of the garden as well as all the objects in the various spaces, the comfort of the furniture and attitude to ensuring I had a comfortable stay. I was the only guest in the entire guesthoue on the night I stayed, and Cathy let me choose my room, and suggested I might like the one with a spa bath, after my long day for driving. The facilities and amenities were all excellent, the grounds were immaculate, and it couldn't have been quieter.

We stayed at the Silvermere for our honeymoon in july (2019) and we can say for sure we couldnt have chosen a better place to stay in. Lou and his wife are more than attentive. Their service is outstanding! On the other hand, the hotel has a lovely interior design, even in the bathroom they have an amazing piece of art. The room we choose had a cozy but elegant vibe and the breakfast was very good too. If we are ever comming back to blue mountains, we know will be heading up straight to the Silvermere. No doubt :)

Fantastic property and wonderful hosts. Our family of 4 stayed in the Maids Quarters and it was perfect for us. The rooms were warm, the beds comfy and the living and kitchenette space were great. The view from the property is beautiful, the breakfast delicious, and the grounds were not only beautifully kept but also a great space for our kids to run around in the Blue Mountains sunshine. Highly recommend and we will be back.
