I was under massive duress and had a family emergency and scheduled a hotel room in the wrong city for layover flight returning home…terrible to work with. Upon noticing the error, not five hours later, I called to try and cancel the booking, they would not provide me any form of a refund. I will never this travel company starting with and E ending with an a (they won’t publish if I name them) or this hotel brand again.

I have stayed in this hotel quite a few times now and always had the same great experience. The rooms are clean and quiet and the staff is professional and friendly. You can’t beat the two minute walk to the terminal at any time of the day when catching a flight home or to anywhere else.

Getting there was a challenge as the hotel does not have parking but our ride managed to find a space in airport parking after waiting a while. The location is great - walk across the drop-off zone to the terminal. Our room was reasonably spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

The rooms are Ok for an airport hotel, but checkin was horrible, it took a lot of time (I clocked that each person was taking about 10 minutes to check in and it was a big queue). At the time of my check in the person in the checkin desk started to explain that they were overbooked and that they had no rooms with big beds as we have booked. I complained and said it was not my problem and he finally gave the room I booked! but at the end of the check in process he looked at me and said \"I hope we do not have problems with you in the future\" with a menance attitude and bad manner. In summary not staying here again, the hotel is overpriced and with such attitude of the hotel personel I will not return. They can not abuse like thiis because they are the only hotel in the airport. Its a pitty because I could see that Radisson has made a big investment in renewing the rooms, now they should train their people or hire proper ones.

Stay at the Blu.

Great hotel for convenience to the airport. The reception staff is top notch and offer early check in with a reasonable fee. The hotel is modern with special artwork, the bed and bathroom are spacious and comfortable. Locations of the bar and restaurant are right on the reception floor, the drinks and food were very good.

We only stayed one night. We arrived from Milan to Hamburg and we couldn't be more happier to know that the hotel is a 5 minute walk from the airport. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and new. The rooms are spacious, have coffee (machine) and iron board! We had a great stay because it is so convenient.

The AC was so high that even after turning it off, the room was an absolutely uncomfortable ICEBOX. I decided to go down to the sauna while awaiting (in vain) for the room temperature to normalise, only to discover that the sauna, for the SECOND time I have stayed here, was not open. Nor was staff around to offer assistance. Such is life. I could at least watch the news… Or, so I thought. CNN International was actually just a blank screen… I expect far more for a 4-Star hotel. Still, the feather pillows were a highlight…

Das Zimmer war hervorragend und das Reinigungspersonal für das Zimmer sehr freundlich und rücksichtsvoll, insbesondere weil wir unser frischgeborenes Kind dabei hatten. Das Personal an der Reception war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und kompetent. Das es trotzdem nur 3 Sterne gibt hängt mit dem Personal des Restaurants und auch der Qualität des Essens zusammen. Das männlich Personal im Restaurant strotzte nur so von Arroganz und männlicher Überheblichkeit gepaart mit mit einer Frauenfeindlichkeit wie ich sie noch nicht in dieser Art erlebt habe. Das Essen ist qualitativ unterirdisch und den Preis in keiner Art und Weise wert. Müsste nur das Restaurant bewertet werden wären das dann minus 5 Sterne!

Udtrækssengen (sove sofaen) var virkelig ringe. Man kunne mærke samtlige fjedre, så det blev desværre ikke en god nats søvn. Værelset og hotellet i sin helhed var flot og lækker morgenmad. Men vi bookede hovedsageligt for at være udvilet til en lang flytur, det lykkedes ikke.

Generally a nice hotel, however the hotel was full of dogs which unfortunately had a negative effect on the experience. Essentially cleaning was challenging as it was impossible for the cleaning staff to keep up with cleaning after the many dogs, hence dog excrements could be seen on carpets and floors. My wife even threw up after breakfast because of that. Furthermore no room service was available and only 1 elevator was working which meant significant queuing and waiting time. We stayed New Year’s Eve after a long overseas flight.
We cannot recommend staying at this hotel on New Year’s Eve, unless you need a hotel room for your dog.
On the positive side the hotel room was silent and the breakfast was good. We were also well received at the reception on check inn.
