Booked this hotel as no alternative accommodation available. At £170 per night the value for money was appalling. Advertised as having a restaurant but upon arrival was informed the restaurant closed 2 years ago!!! No air conditioning except a stand up fan. No waste bin. Bottle of water in room but seal was broken and cap open so didn’t use.

That was terrible experience stay at this hotel. The staff unfriendly at all. Hotel entrance door closes at 11pm. Inside the room broken shower, TV not working, properly dirty. In 5 days no one clean my room and not changed towels.

All staff very friendly, but they do not clean the rooms daily or even restock amenities. Only after you leave the hotel. That's a really negative point.

Morning staff was particularly friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was small in selection but well presented, fresh, good. Very good hot chocolate, not too much sugar in the mix. Room was clean but Spartan: no extra decor, etc.

Staff didn't know about their own services much (one new staff, one older one). Also their English proficiency wasn't something you'd except in a hotel.
My showers temperature knob was not functioning, went only hotter.
Breakfast was quite simple. Coffee came from a machine, some fruits and yogurt. There was only one warm food available, and even that was cool.

The Hotel is quite new, in fact none of the three taxi drivers that we used during our stay, had ever heard of it. Very close to the airport but we were not disturbed by aircraft noise. Friendly and helpful staff and the breakfast was adequate.
The only issue we had was with the shower, it was quite difficult to select the heat and it did partially soak the floor outside the shower screen.
If we were to visit again, we would use this hotel again.

The hotel is close to the airport. Good value and good for a place to stay for access to the airport. It's only minutes to hotel from airport. Staff were helpful, check in was quick and room was adequate . There was a charge for parking which I always dislike but overall I was happy as it served the purpose of the trip.

Verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Sauberkeit im Zimmer betraf hauptsächlich den Zustand des Badezimmers und der Teppiche überall im Hotel.Frühstück in der Woche von 6-9 Uhr- um 08:20 ausreichend über. Auswahl war: 3 Käse Sorten, Salami, hart gekochte Eier, Joghurt, Müsli, verschiedene Marmeladen, Honig, Nutella,Gurken, 2 Säfte, Kaffeemaschine. Also man kann gut überleben wenn es nicht längere Zeit ist ;)

Vi fik tildelt et værelse til at starte med som i deres system var spærret da det ikke kunne udlånes til gæster. Vi ankom på værelset og oplevet at der nok var en grund til det ikke var tip top stand så vi gik ned til receptionen og vidste lidt billeder af rummet og blev straks opgraderet til et andet og større værelse og det var luksus og virkelig en held andet oplevelse. 😊

Insgesamt für ein 3 Sterne Hotel eher mäßiger Durchschnitt. Das Zimmer selbst machte einen sauberen Eindruck und die Matratze war fest genug. Im Bad wacklige Armaturen und ein verschlissener Duschkopf. Bis weit nach Mitternacht und ebenso wieder früh morgens permanente Stimmen (Fernseher? nicht jugendfreie Filme?). Recht große Auswahl an Aufschnitt beim Frühstück.

Hon placerade oss längst bort längst ner i källaren. Trots att det var lite gäster. När vi kom fram till rummet luktade det som en gammal mögelskadad bastu och vi upptäckte att det var vatten i den gamla heltäckningsmattan och även utanför vid entrén. Måste ha pågått under en längre tid. När vi sa till så spelade hon jätte överraskad. Vi fick ett annat rum. Sen ville jag ha en extra kudde men det gick tydligen inte för att hon som har nycklar till extrakudde rummet hade gått för dagen. ”Det fanns ju kuddar både i vagnarna i korridorerna och i mitt första rum” rekommenderar definitivt inte detta så kallade hotell. Dags för renovering av både hotell och personal ☹️

Erst mal der Weg zum Zimmer dunkel , im Zimmer Teppichboden ,alt und verschlissen ,( Foto) die Betten alt und extrem niedrig , wir beide hatten Probleme mit dem Aufstehen. Das Bad sehr lieblos, die Handtuch Ablage schief montiert , genau wie der Vergrößerungsspiegel. Das Licht viel zu dunkel im sich zu schminken. Die Dusch Umrandung total versifft, daneben die Tapete aufgeqollen und ebenfalls vergammelt.

Das Frühstück war echt super, Brötchen, Süßes, Herzhaftes, Obst und Rührei. Erreichbarkeit gut und ausreichend große Parkplätze. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Hamburg jederzeit wieder.

空港のターミナルからは思いの外距離があり、小さいスーツケースを転がしながら、約20分歩きます。
スーパーが近所にあるので食材の買い出しには困りませんが部屋に冷蔵庫がありませんでした。
ホテルサイト経由の予約あるあるなのですが、男性２名ダブルベッドでひと晩明かすことになりました（笑）
朝食はとても美味しかったです。シャワーの圧もしっかりありました。

La donna in servizio alla reception molto maleducata. Ho chiesto se fosse possibile una wake up call e mi ha detto di no. Quando le dissi che la cosa mi sorprese abbastanza perché è un servizio che fanno tutti gli hotel del mondo, ha iniziato a dirmi che non è cosi, e che se lo avesse fatto è solo per aiutarmi!! Le ho detto che ho pagato 100 euro per una notte per avere un minimo.di servizio..e la signora ha iniziato a dirmi che erano solo 96 euro e ha iniziato ad insultarmi! Personalet var ubehøvlet, det var umuligt at bede om en kvittering. Skufferne på værelset var ved at falde ud. Der lugtede og det føltes ikke som om at der var gjort rent længe. Jeg ville have fundet et andet værelse hvis det ikke havde været så sent om aftenen.

Check-In war eine Katastrophe. Wäre kein anderer Gast zufällig gekommen, hätten wir die Nacht im Regen vor der Tür verbracht. Die Frau am Telefon konnte weder Deutsch noch Englisch und hat nach ein paar Minuten einfach aufgelegt, anstatt zu helfen. Wer solch ein Personal einstellt, sollte seinen Job überdenken, ernsthaft!

- Room quality was quite poor. Old carpet in the entire room with a lot of stains on it, probably not changed the last decade.
- Long check-in time (around 30 minutes due to problem with their booking system).
- Electricity outlets only worked on one side of the bed (rest were broken).
Neutral:
- Ok breakfast. Don’t expect a full buffet. But if you’re pleased with some bread and ham/cheese, coffee, juice and some basic fruits you should be okay. Not a lot of warm options.
- Sound isolation was decent. If people were talking in the hallway you could hear them clearly but it was mostly quiet.
Summary: If you’re only staying 1 night and want to prioritize the close location to the airport this is a decent option if you get a good price. If there are other options offering a better or similar price I would consider alternatives.

Leider sehr unempatischer Manager. Musste meine Reise stornieren wegen ausfall pflegekraft bei meiner Mutter. Es wäre sofort wieder vergeben gewesen wegen konzert und teichlich Events in Hamburg. Ich wusste es wurde noch gesucht weil alles ausgebucht war. Der Manager hat die Kohle kassiert und fertig. Keine Kulanz. Ich bin Krankenschwester und Pflegeberaterin und sehr enttäusch. Keine Empfehlung zum Service.

Aufgrund der Corona-Krise und dem Ausfall des Reisegrundes, wollten wir das Zimmer stornieren. Es gab kein Entgegenkommen des Hotels, wir würden lediglich 20% Rabatt bei einer erneuten Buchung bekommen. Wir haben das dann doch freundlich abgelehnt. Unsere Empfehlung, Finger weg von dem Hotel.

Hotel soll noch keine 2 Jahre offen sein, aber sie Wände sind überall beschädigt/abgewohnt, das Bett knarrt bei jeder Bewegung und die Matratze ist in der Mitte durchgelegen. Im Bad wurde mehr schlecht als recht eine große Fliese mit Bauschaum neu \"verklebt\", der Schminkspiegel hängt nur aus physikalischen Gründen noch (1x anfassen und man hat ihn komplett in der Hand).
Das Beste ist aber beim Frühstück: um 10Uhr wird einfach das Licht im Raum ausgeschaltet als Hinweis dass das Frühstück nun beendet ist!
