We had a lovely stay at this hotel. First things first the staff was great! Very friendly and personable.
The lobby is beautiful. The room is well equipped with all essentials. The twin beds are a bit narrow but were comfortable for us.
The drive to downtown is very doable.

The only thing we didn't like was the shower area: it is half open and the floor of the whole bathroom area gets easily wet, like soaking wet to the point you have to use two of your towels to dry the floor out - kinda a bad design idea

There is minimal service (no room-cleaning at all during the entire stay) which is a legacy measure that was ascribed to have been introduced as part of COVID restrictions. These COVID restrictions have however been lifted in general yet the hotel has kept them in place at the same room rate!

Hotel was close to the airport and very modern. Had a late check in and there was a receptionist on which was good. Would have liked to have a drink on arrival it the roofbar was closed until further notice there was no drink facilities in the room and no place in the hotel to get a warm drink so we had to settle for something cold from a fridge in the cafe on the ground floor which had a limited selection. The next morning we found the same problem and there is nowhere in walking distance to get a drink from

Not much around the hotel, there is a bus stop opposite but it only comes twice an hour. You’re better off walking to the other bus stop which is about. A 10mins walk although it feels a bit deserted at night. I wanted to book a massage but was told they don’t offer massage facilities (although their website said otherwise) also, apparently there were robes provided for the sauna but I couldn’t see any. - was hard to navigate. The beds are very comfortable and good value for money

Well there was literally only one staff member that we saw. The hotel was almost completely empty. The room was nice and comfortable but a bit dusty I would assume barely used because of the pandemic. The place was a ghost town, we still had to pay 16 euros for parking for an empty hotel

I loved the hotel, very new, clean and beautiful. Amazing sound isolation, very quiet in the rooms. I would definitely stay again. The only two things that could be improved - 1) breakfast could have more variety and definitely better coffee, 2) rooms have very beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows, however it makes it impossible to air the room and the AC was not strong enough to “renew” the air. But overall great hotel and service, thank you!

Upon arrival noticed that they want you to pay to park in their parking lot, there was no one at the reception desk so had to wait over 10 min for him to show (unprofessional), someone used my toilet (in my room) and didn't flush, the room has barely any lighting, my hair dryer was broken.

We picked this place because we had an early morning flight out of Hamburg and they had a free shuttle to airport. The hotel is out of the way with no services or restaurants nearby. For everything you have to go to take the shuttle to airport. The hotel is basically like a three star motel is US/Canada. Rooms are basic. Our air condition was not working and a technician had to come fix it. They did not give us the twin/double room we requested.

This hotel is 5 minutes shuttle ride from the airport. The hotel is very quiet, you don’t hear the planes. The shuttle to the airport goes every 20 minutes. We got a free upgrade and the free drink coupon, who can beat that? The staff upfront was very nice, helpful and spoke perfect English. Will definitely stay there again.

I was utterly shocked at how clean and nicely decorated the room was. Beautiful view out my window. Different colored lighting was available along the one wall at the headboard of the bed. I went up to the bar on the 9th floor and it had a more fantastic view. Once again loved the design and cleanliness. Easy exit next morning and shuttle to the airport was complimentary.

A location near the airport and reliable shuttle service were a real plus. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very modern, with nice amenities. The only negative would be the restaurant. The meals were overpriced, our waitress was rude, and the food rather unimpressive. Unfortunately, there are no other options in the area near the hotel. Needed a stay close to the airport and this hotel is brand new so I decided to try it out. Spacious rooms with the best bed I have ever slept in in a hotel!

Very friendly staff, cool sky-bar overlooking one of the runways, restaurant with top class food. Only worrying thing is the breakfast arrangement with table service. A busy day when all guests need to leave at a certain time to catch their flights this will be a bottleneck.

The hotel was very nice and comfortable, we ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel and enjoyed the food. the service at dinner was not what it should have been we didn't get are drinks until dinner was almost finished. when we finally got back to are room for the night the light above the headboard of the bed would not turn off so we called the front desk and they sent someone to the room, when they could not fix the problem they told us to put towels over the lights and there was nothing else they could do to solve the problem, we slept very little during the night and they didn't seem to concerned about it when we checked out.

Shuttle bus driver was courteous, hotel staff very interested to please, and provided excellent alternatives for evening dining. Room was extremely comfortable with all amenities provided. I would definitely plan to return on my next trip.

Hotel was still in late construction phase so surroundings were expected. Rooms very comfortable, spacious, bathrooms very nice. Dining was very good, breakfast, lunch, and dinner... delicious. Service was exceptional. Will return here on next business trip.

Obwohl noch nicht so alt sind die Zimmer im kleinen Nebengebäude schon abgewohnt … Holzdecken mit sichtbaren Zuschnitten und lösenden Laminierungen im Bad sind kein Qualitätsnachweis - was im innenliegenden Feuchtraum eher für Planungsfehler oder an der falschen Stelle sparen (bauherrenseitig) spricht … das Bett war weich und sehr gemütlich (dafür 5*!!)
Das Wifi war teilweise instabil u musste oft neu gestartet werden
1* gibts für Restaurant Service - abgrundtief schlecht… überhaupt nicht Gästen zugewandt, Teller wurden quasi auf den Tisch geschmissen und kein Blickkontakt zum Gast und allg. Körpersprache war: „sprich mich bloß nicht an…“ das Essen war nicht ok … Metro Saucen und vermutlich einfach nur aufgewärmt statt frisch zubereitet! Keine Empfehlung!
