t was a great stay over the New Year holiday. I needed to spend a few days in Hamburg and chose this hotel because of reviews. I am happy that I did. The check in was very swift; I received an email few days prior to my trip, asking to check in online and provide my documents. I complied and got a confirmation. When I have arrived to the hotel, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, they were able to check me in before the usual time and I di not have to wait. My room was really good, nice view from the window, everything was working a very comfortable bed, a well equipped bathroom, 2 free bottles of water.
The breakfast was a great choice of cold and hot food, everything was fresh. It is buffet style, so you won't be hungry. The maid service was great, my room was cleaned properly, towels changed and even got more water bottles. The hotel has a sauna and a small gym. The location of the hotel is very convenient, it is very close to the metro station ( U1 line) and a local bus station. There are a few supermarkets, including cafes and restaurants. Also the hotel is right in the park, so no noise from the traffic.

The hotel was very clean and visually appealing. Within a few minutes walking distance to the U Bahn and grocery stores. My room had a nice rainfall shower, a tee/coffee station and a small fridge.
Check in was easy and staff were friendly, but at the time of my stay there was a hiccup when I was told it was \"2G+\", meaning I needed to have a corona test in addition to being vaccinated. My previous research told me that being vaccinated was enough. These rules seem to change often and I should have called before my stay.
It's cool that the hotel has an online platform where you can check in/out digitally but it didn't really work for me and the hotel sent me about 5 email reminders with a link to pay for my room, which I already had. Staff told me it was just automated and to ignore it, but if I wasn't mindful, I would have paid for my room twice.

It was about 35-40 minutes drive to downtown Hamburg but hotel parking was free. The train station into Hamburg was only a 3 minute walk from the hotel but we decided to drive and found lots of city parking lots for a reasonable rate.

Der Check-in lief ohne Probleme. Das Zimmer war sehr groß. Leider waren an mehreren Stellen Spinnweben. Auch im Badezimmer war es nicht sauber. Am Spiegel waren noch Zahnpastaspuren vom Vorgänger.

Siisteys oli oikein hyvä. Ainoa pieni miinus oli: aikaisemmin aamulla juoksutin useampia minuutteja vettä suihkussa eikä lämmintä vettä kumminkaan tullut. Mutta ei haitannut, kaikenlaiseen tottunut elon aikana. Aamiaisen jälkeen sitä tuli normaaliin tapaan, kuten edellisenä iltana.
Ehkä kumminkin hiljainen päivä ja vähä asiakkaita ja lämpimän kestää tulla putkistossa. Hyvä valikoima aamiaisella. Hiljaista.

Pænt og rent værelse med god plads og fin seng. Desværre gik røgen fra en stor gruppe gæsters cigaretter lige ind ad vores vinduer, og det betød at der lugtede ubehageligt på vores værelse hele aftenen. Virkelig imødekommende personale og der blev fyldt flittigt op i deres morgenbuffet. Dejligt med lune rundstykker og croissanter.

Vi bodde på hotellet ifm at vi deltok på Laola fotballcup. Hotellet var helt ok. Alt for store puter,- så ta gjerne med egen. Hotellet ligger sentralt i Norderstedt med kort vei til T-bane som bruker ca 45 min inn til Hamburg sentrum. (5 stykk kan reise i 9 timer på gruppebillett til Hamburg for ca 14€) Det var ca 2,3 km til Hamburg HSV fotballbane/treningsfelt der cupen var. Norderstedt har mange innbyggere, men et veeeeldig lite sentrum. Det er mer et lite tettsted. Det var kort reisevei til Hamburg flyplass med bane. Det koster 6€ pr døgn å parkere ved hotellet. I byen bør man ha urskive i frontruta når man parkerer. Jeg testet ikke treningsrommet da vi var der. OBS-det er ikke aircondition på rommet. Vi åpnet vinduet for luft, og fikk en eim av cannabis-lukt inn på rommet da.. I parken på baksiden av hotellet satt det flere og røyket hasj på ulike steder, også ved siden av barnehager og idrettsanlegg som lå der. Vi hadde ikke frokost da vi var der.

Opdateret og fint værelse og bad men rengøring ikke så god. Gulv snavset. Senge nye men meget bløde. Meget tykke og faste hovedpuder. Det ellers meget store og nye LED TV havde dårlig pixileret kanalmodtagelse. Vi boede på et tre sengs værelse, hvor elevatoren stoppede en etage under. Så kufferten skal løftes den sidste etage via trapper. Tidslomme morgenbuffet rum. Ok morgenmad, men den findes typisk bedre til det niveau hotel. Vi måtte betale morgenmad for vores “voksne” søn på 15 år på trods af, at vi kunne dokumentere allerede at have betalt. God parkeringskælder, men man skal ind i receptionen og have et kort for at komme derned. Venligt personale. Der var stille og roligt om natten.
