Room was renovated. Very clean and beds were comfy. Room was very spacious, which is a rarity these days. Staff were very helpful and nice. We only stayed a night as we were just passing through but definitely recommend.

Disappointing Stay, Not as website photos

The photos on the site are misleading, the room i was given 'standard queen' was tiny and nothing like the photos shown for that room grade, even tho the room was booked as a single person I would have thought the room would have been provided with a double quilt, instead I was greeted with a single pillow and a single quilt placed on top of the bed.

Think dust found on top and behind the TV, also HDMI connections didn't work so was unable to use the TV as a screen for my laptop.
There is only one English speaking channel, showing only stocks and shares 24/7 so be warned international channels doesn't cover British/USA channels.

The bathroom is so small you are unable to enter the bathroom and close the door to use the bathroom without having to enter the shower.

I was only staying 2 nights so didn't see the point in complaining.

Don't be fooled by the photos of the sauna, it doesn't exist in the hotel anymore.

Pictures must have been taken a while ago, the hotel seems tired, in need of a revamp, plaster fallen off the wall in places,

Food was ok for the breakfast tho again doesn't look as good as the photos implied.

one night stay. Reasonable condition but not so cheap and €7 to park car is a bit expensive. Also, parking lane is VERY tight and barrier failed to lift at top of steep slope. This made things difficult!

Very Far From hamburg

I didn't notice when I booked this hotel, but it is about three towns away from Hamburg, so you'll have to take a bus to the Metro station and ride that for 40 min to get to Hamburg, which wasn't ideal, but the neighborhood was a residential area and i had no issues with walking around at night or day looking around, which was a nice thing. Overall, the hotel was great and the staff was very helpful in getting me sorted out on any issues I had.

Not recommended

There was no warm water at all. This can happen because of some problems but the major thing is that the service was very bad about it. We got sent to another room where there still was no warm water at all and when we complained about it we got told that we shouldn´t complain. When we checked out and made a complain about it they made us wait for one hour and after that we was told that we will not get any compensation for it because taking a shower and clean your self in warm water is just a small thing. The reason why we do not recommend it is more because of the bad service and treatment not beause we had no warm water.

Für eine Zwischenübernachtung auf dem Weg in den Urlaub ist das Hotel insgesamt okay. Im Erdgeschoss die Zimmer vor dem Restaurant sind nicht für einen ruhigen Schlaf geeignet, da andere Gäste bis tief in die Nacht hinein laut sprechend den Weg vom ins Restaurant nutzen. Ansonsten sauber, freundlich.

Selv om hotellet ligger litt utenfor sentrale områder, er det veldig fint. God a'la'carte på restauranten og gid frokost! Bierstube stenger kanskje litt tidlig klokken 22:30.

...nicht verstehen, da heisst es unsauber, kann ich gar nicht bestätigen, das Hotel ist in einem guten Zustand, die Zimmer vollkommen okay und sauber. Die Mitarbeiter sind zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Das Frühstück war gut und alles da was man braucht oder auch nicht.

Alles in allem, absolut empfehlenswert. Wenn es passt kommeich wieder.

Das Zimmer war gut, Frühstück war super.

Leider wirbt das Hotel mit seiner Sauna , diese befindet sich aber im Umbau. Das war der Grund für meine Buchung. Echt schlecht für den Preis . Es gab auch kein Entgegenkommen. Ich hatte leider schon bezahlt. Also es liegt im Gewerbegebiet aber ruhig ohne Sauna 😭

Das Hotel liegt in einem Gewerbegebiet. Die Zimmer sind ok, aber es riecht wie im Altenheim. Die Garage war ständig defekt und man konnte nur mit Hilfe des Personals aus der Garage. Ab 23 Uhr ist das Hotel nicht mehr besetzt und man muss über einen Seiteneingang ins Hotel. Wenn man dann ein Problem mit der Garage hat, so muss man bis zum nächsten Tag warten. Die Einrichtung ist schon in die Jahre gekommen, die Reinigung der Zimmer erfolgt nur alle zwei Tage und das wird mit der Ausrede mit Schutz der Umwelt begründet. In meinem Zimmer war auch der Duschschlauch defekt und das Wasser spritzte in alle Richtungen. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung und es gab auch nichts zu beanstanden. Das Restaurant (früh der Frühstücksraum) ist nicht zu empfehlen. Schnitzel war zäh und fettig, der Kellner hatte von nichts einen Plan, Tischdecken und Servietten waren noch voller Kaffeeflecken vom Frühstück! Insgesamt sind die Preise (150€/Nacht und Zimmer) zu hoch für den Zustand des Hotels und den Service. Fazit: Wir werden nicht nochmal als Gäste kommen!

Erittäin mukava yöpyminen automatkalla. Valitsimme hotellin, joka ei ole kaukana moottoritiestä. Illallinen hotellinen ravintolassa oli herkullinen, sekä palvelu erittäin ammattimaista ja ystävällistä, huomioiden ylimääräiset pyynnöt ja lapset. Huone oli siisti ja sängyt oikein mukavat. Aamiainen oli loistava; hyvä valikoima koko perheelle. Voin suositella.
