Great hotel. Close to shopping which is great. There is a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave and kettle. Far enough from the busy streets of Hamburg but closed enough to get to easily.. great amenities. Would stay at again if in the area.

Under bed space was not cleaned.Coffee sachets only for one time.In the gym a German lady pushed me from the equipment as she said that it is her turn,Germany is her country and tourists should go back.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very helpful. We had a kitchenette with a cooktop, mini-fridge, sink, cabinet space with some pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. Each floor has a washing room. The is a bus station near by, 3 grocery stores, a bakery. Not far from the airport either.

I thought that the inside temperature on the room floors was a little high. Overall quite nice would stay there again. however my son who is quite large found the sofa bed a little uncomfortable. The breakfast buffet was very European. I liked the selections very much.

Rather regrettably I was informed upon arrival that my room was no longer available (despite booking confirmation) and I had to move to another hotel in their network that was 45 minutes away by taxi. They offered financial compensation for the inconvenience, but it was very late at night and I was not in the mood to travel further after a long day. The new room was acceptable, but had a difficult process to gain entry as everything was closed and there was no one at the hotel to help.

Very clean and serviceable hotel, walking distance to the soccer stadium and some restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is fine, but it is the staff that really make it shine. Incredibly polite, and helpful beyond just good customer service. It’s a great team over there !

Felling welcome IS important!

The staff is super friendly, check in is easy and quick and all areas of the hotel are cosy, comfy and clean.
We had a great stay. There is a indoor playground near by. There is a supermarket complex right down the street, which is awesome since you have a fully functional kitchen in your room.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The bus stop was directly outside with direct routes to and from Hamburg Airport and to the main city centre.

The staff were friendly and always happy to help.
There is a nice little bar on the ground floor with comfy sofas. The room was clean and set up ready for us to check in on time. There is a few shops like a Rewe and Aldi just a 5 minute walk away.

Great place to stay. Rooms were clean. Staff was professional. Breakfast was excellent. My only complaint is that the Wi-Fi was not very good. It was spotty reception through the building and I had to continually log back in every 15 minutes or so. Quite annoying.

Very hot in summer, no AC

The rooms are small but alright. The kitchen lacks a stove, but most people probably don't need that. I was very disappointed that a) I received a ground floor room despite requesting one on another level and that b) it was very hot, the windows could not be opened and I had to ask three times and wait for over an hour until a receptionist came and unlocked the windows.

Weekend stay at SYLC

We arrived on Saturday for an overnight stay to Sunday. Courteous professional service and clean functional accommodation. Decent location, No restaurant or food service available over weekend. Local choices quite limited - but ALDI is nearby. Over 30 minute bus/train journey to city centre. Bus from airport easy to find but be prepared for a 1 hour journey. All in all city is easy to get around, bus and other transport tickets easy to use and cheap. Special group tickets per day for up to 5 people.

This is a great hotel; really clean and stylish. The little kitchens are well equipped and the room in general is finished to a good standard. The building is on a flight path but I can’t say it disturbed our stay. The bar has excellent drinks too. Would highly recommend.

Great place to stay with family

The hotels was conveniently located to where we needed to be. We stayed in a 1 Bedroom Master room with a family of 4. There was plenty of space, the bed and sofabed were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The room was very clean and quiet, never heard any other guests. The internet was very fast, there were 2 TV's, one in the bedroom, one in the living room. The front desk staff was friendly. We were very satisfied with our stay and would stay again if we went on another trip to Hamburg.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich, und auch das Zimmer als solches war wirklich toll.
Leider gingen die Heizungen nicht. Im Bad konnte der Techniker das Problem beheben im Zimmer selber jedoch nicht, und es war eiskalt. Und auch der kleine Radiator, den ich bekommen habe, konnte dem keine Abhilfe schaffen.
Das hat mir die Freude an dem Aufenthalt leider sehr vermiest.

Jeg havde et helt igennem dejligt ophold på sylc. Fra jeg trådte ind ad døren, følte jeg mig velkommen. Personalet var utroligt venlige, hjælpsomme og professionelle – altid smilende og klar til at hjælpe.

Værelset var lyst, rent og moderne indrettet med en rigtig behagelig seng. Rengøringen var i top, og der var små fine detaljer som opvaskemaskine køleskab/fryser og kaffe maskine. Badeværelset var rummeligt og veludstyret med gode produkter.

Alles super. Leider funktioniert die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel über die Hotels.com App nicht was dann zu Diskussionen am Check-In führte. Im Anschluss wuede aber alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit geregelt. Zimmer mit Verbindungstür waren für uns als Familie sehr prektisch.

Solides Hotel, gutes Konzept. Leider etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt. Aber mit Öffis und Auto alles gut erreichbar. Gut für einen Konzertbesuch in der Nähe geeignet. Besonders gut ist, dass die Zimmer eine Mikrowelle, Geschirr und Besteck haben. In der Lobby gibt es außerdem einen kleinen Supermarkt mit fairen Preisen.

Virkelig fine værelse - dog en del larm

Flot værelser, gode senge og fine forhold. Dog rigtig meget støj da vi boede over køkkenet og ud til gården med affald hvor lastbiler kom og tømte tidligt om morgenen. Personalet røg udenfor hvilket gjorde der ofte lugtede af røg hos os. Ligger super praktisk i forhold til lufthavn og HSV stadion. Der er indkøb meget tæt på. Hotellets personale var meget imødekommende

Good for the Short stay, clean, quiet

This place deserves strong 8/10. We enjoyed our stay for 2 nights and used garage parking, breakfast, lunch & shop opportunities.
Positive: various breakfast, always places for parking in the garage, good powerful hairdryer, spacious shower and fridge.

Neutral: cold feelings from the reception (no one smiles), despite I spent some time for online check in, I spent the same time at the reception - pointless online time waste. Lunch time : limited menu but fair price. WiFi is good but be careful, it's blocking some county sites and apps.

Negative: only 2 things. Sorry for that, but need to be mentioned.
TV is only in German, no Netflix, no other options than local channels.
And 2nd thing - broken coffee machine. Next morning after check in, I reported the problem to the reception. And they promised to send me the \"guy\". Same day in the late afternoon I repeated my concerns about coffee machine and this time no one promised anything. We checked out - machine was still out of service. Question is not about the machine but about not kept promise to fix it or some other solution offer was missing.

Opholdet og værelset er fint. Der er rent og stille og sengen er god og man kan åbne vinduer direkte til park.
Personalet gør hvad de skal, men ikke en millimeter mere, og da vi eksempelvis spørger om vi kan få en ny pose til vores skraldespand, så kan det ikke lade sig gøre.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, Zimmer sind super sauber und gemütlich, es hat nichts gefehlt. Was auch toll ist, das unten sone arte Tante Emma Laden ist, wo man echt so Kleinigkeiten kaufen kann.
Das Personal ist super zuvorkommend!!!! Frühstück war mega, es war alles ausreichend vorhanden, dazu war alles schön frisch.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut geeignet, wenn man eine saubere, gut erhaltene Schlafmöglichkeit sucht. Preis-/Leistung stimmt. Es gibt einen 24h Kiosk, der gut ist, da die nächsten Einkaufmöglichkeiten/Restaurants mind. 10min zu Fuß entfernt sind.
Wahrscheinlich kein allgemeines Problem, aber die Heizung war für das Zimmer unterdimensioniert und selbst auf Stufe 5 wurde das Zimmer nicht mehr als ~19/20 Grad. Als Feedback, lässt sich sicherlich lösen :)

Ich kann die Unterkunft nur jedem empfehlen. Besonders gut fand ich die eigene kleine Küche und die Lobby n der man 24 Std. kleine Dinge wie z.B. Snacks einkaufen kann. Das Personal ist super nett, die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, alles super.

Das Parken im Parkhaus ist übertrieben teuer (15€ pro Tag) , die Heizung im Bad funktionierte nicht, der Fernseher hatte auch sein eigenleben ( ging mitten in den Nächten immer wieder an, selbst wenn man nicht im Zimmer wahr lief er sobald man es betrat )

Over all a really great hotel

A fine hotel, the room was a nice size and the toilet was bigger then expected.
Everything looked very clean and neat.
The room has cabinets for your items, a safe, and some dishes to use with a kettle and a coffee machine.
The hotel has a little shop, with a great soda brand and some great snacks and food items.
The morning buffet was great, but be sure to get to it before 10-11 as it will have less and less items to choose from - the food served was great!
We stayed at the hotel for a concert held close by, it was an easy to navigate and nice walk through the area, we also walked to the nearby zoo, that we cal also recommend going to.

This is not the last time we will be staying at this hotel :)

Grundsätzlich eine nette Unterkunft. Apartments sind ausreichend groß……aber: es ist sehr heiß in den Zimmern. Fenster öffnen ist möglich…aber nur wenn einen die sehr niedrig überfliegenden Flugzeuge noch stören. Grundsauberkeit des Zimmers war ok…..allerdings die Fenster waren extrem schmutzig. Was auch noch sehr negativ war…..das Fenster im Bad hatte nur im unteren Bereich eine Sichtschutzfolie…und diese hatte auch noch klare Stellen, so dass man quasi im Freien steht. Ein Vorhang oder Jalousie fehlt mir da an dieser Stelle.
Verkehrsanbindung ist gut.
