This hotel is good location which nearby Stellingen train station and take only 7 stop to reach at Jungfernstieg station. This area is shopping and good restaurant near the river.

Very basic with everything I needed. Security was great and parking was also protected. It’s location next to the S3 train was just 4 stops from the center of Hamburg.

Very basic hotel that charges for parking dispite showing under ebookers ‘free parking’ filter. Perhaps not the hotels fault. Had to queue for a long time to check-in and there is nowhere outside suitable for leaving your car while you wait to check-in and pay for the parking. Only real positive for me was the proximity to the subway station, it is right outside. I would seriously consider other hotel options before staying here again.

Only stayed for one night, but the hotel was clean and I slept quite comfortably.

No one in reception office
Due to delay with the airline, hotel was locked, fortunately a local person helped , tell telling me l coulsld still gat in by using a terminal outside of the hotel, entering my name and paying the terminal gave me a key and room number, I was then able to get in. All the time I was there , no one was in the reception office. No info on the booking in after hours was given on the web site. If the local had not shown me about the terminal, l would have been out side all night.. so be warned.

I was told on the phone that an evening check-in would be fine because they had a 24-hour check-in booth.
What that means is that there is an automatic check-in machine, which didn't work (apparently there was an IT error).
Of course I couldn't contact any hotel staff by phone until morning so I was stuck outside in the rain for hours until I finally found somewhere I could get inside (not that I was meant to be there but desperate times desperate measures).
One of the hotel staff finally answered the phone in the morning and drove out to let me in and gave a 30 euro discount on the remainder of my stay, pitiful really.
The room was fine, but after that experience I would never stay there again.

Don't believe what you read about this place. There is no elevator, and our room was on the 5th level. There are 20 stairs between each floor. The front desk said it had been inoperative for \"few weeks\" but the real truth came from the cleaning staff who said it had not worked \"for many months\" and that there was no assurance from management there were any plans for repairs. Hauling heavy bags up and down soured our stay in Hamburg. We would never have stayed if their advertising had been honest.

Einzig zu bemängeln wäre der nicht funktionierende Fön (oder ich habe den Trick nicht beherrscht ihn einzuschalten) und dass das äußere Fenster nicht gekippt werden konnte. Das innere Fenster dem äußeren so wenig Platz ließ, dass nur wenig Frischluft einströmen konnte.

Jeg overnattede 1 nat. Efter kl 22 opdager jeg, at der ikke er noget varmt vand i værelset. Jeg prøvede at lade vandet rinde fra hanen i lang tid, men der er stadig kun koldt vand.
Desværre da jeg finder ud af dette efter kl 22, er receptionen lukket og emergency telefon nummeret er lukket.
Næste dag tjekker jeg ud kl 7, hvor der stadig ikke er reception.
Udover dette var det et fint hotel, placeret tæt på toget, hjælpsom personale.

Überaus freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption. Das Zimmer einwandfrei. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ich würde hier wieder buchen.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist Top. An sich das Zimmer ist auch recht süß gestaltet außer die ganzen offenen Kabel vom Fernseher. Das Bad war mittelmäßig geputzt aber frische Handtücher hingen, was auch gut war. Allerdings hat es echt stark gemüffelt als ob irgendwas süß/saures im Rohr verendet. Die Flure empfand ich auch als ziemlich stickig. Der check-in fiehl mir etwas schwer am automat und deshalb musste ich rein aber das Personal war super freundlich. Gabz klarer Pluspunkt.
Dennoch würde ich allgemein sagen ich finde den Preis pro nacht in anbetracht des gestanks echt zu hoch (kann natürlich sein dass ich mit dem Zimmer einfach pech hatte).

Nachdem der Check-In Schalter vor der Tür endlich funktionierte- telefonisch war hierfür leider niemand erreichbar und wir standen einige Zeit vor dem Schalter herum- bezogen wir unsere Zimmer. Die obere Etage ist nur durch das Treppenhaus erreichbar und lautstärkemäßig auf Höhe der Autobahn. Wir hatten unser Zimmer jedoch glücklicherweise anders als unsere Freunde im 1.OG.
Leider müffelte das Zimmer sehr nach dem Abfluss aus der Dusche und dies war auch durch Lüften nicht großartig zu ändern. Die alten Fenster sind klapprig, Kippstellung funktionierte nicht. Also ganz oder gar nicht! Bei dem Geruch liegt die Antwort wohl auf der Hand. Sauber war uns und das Personal am Abend war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Leider gibt es in der Umgebung nichts außer Autos und Busse. Für eine Nacht nach einem Konzert also ok, aber nochmal brauch ich das jetzt nicht…

Das Hotel ist an sich ganz OK, das Personal war sehr freundlich, im Zimmer findet man alles, was man braucht. Das Thema Sauberkeit - ich hätte mir etwas mehr gewünscht, aber es geht noch.

Leider hatte ich silberfische im Bad und auch die Oberflächen waren nicht sauber. Hier waren noch deutliche Tassenränder zu sehen. Der Abfluss der Dusche war verstopft, sodass beim duschen nicht nur das Bad sondern auch das ganze Zimmer überflutet wurde. Wirklich schade. Bei meinem ersten Aufenthalt vor einigen Wochen war alles in Ordnung. Bett und Handtücher waren frisch und sauber.

Checkout ist bis 11. Um 10:20 wollte die Putzfrau rein, als ich gerade frisch aus der Dusche gestiegen bin. Mein Mann konnte sie zum Glück aufhalten aber wäre ich allein gewesen, hätte ich blöd dagestanden.
Sauberkeit war auch nicht großgeschrieben. Einer der beiden Zahnputzbecher war schon benutzt und der Heizkörper, auf dem die (sauberen) Handtücher hingen, war sehr staubig.
Zimmer selbst war schlicht aber geräumig. Aufgrund der Putzfrau und der Sauberkeit, würd ich nicht nochmal dort übernachten
Sauberkeit war auch nicht großgeschrieben. Einer der beiden Zahnputzbecher war schon benutzt und der Heizkörper, auf dem die (sauberen) Handtücher hingen, war sehr staubig.
Zimmer selbst war schlicht aber geräumig. Aufgrund der Putzfrau und der Sauberkeit, würd ich nicht nochmal dort übernachten

Praktisch wenn man mal für ein paar Tage nach Hamburg möchte. Dirkte Anbindung an die S-Bahn und man kommt von dort überall hin. Nur das mit dem gebuchten Parkplatz hat leider nicht so funktioniert weil sich einer dessen Parkticket man nicht einsehen konnte auf einen falschen Platz gestellt hatte, mussten die restlichen Gäste leider auf andere Parkplätze stellen die aber, so wie meiner, reserviert waren, war etwas ärgerlich vorallem mitten in der Nacht. Aber sonst war ich sehr zufrieden mit der Wahl meines Hotels.

Dadurch das kein Personal über nach im Hotel anwesend ist, ist es dort sehr laut. Es gibt keine Nachtruhe, es kann alles und jeder dort einchecken über Nacht, die Wände sind sehr lärmdurchlässig weshalb wir nur ein paar Stunden Schlaf bekommen hatten, da dort im Zimmer über uns und im Treppenhaus die Leute nur laut waren, am umräumen und randalieren. Optisch von innen aber sehr modern, sehr sauber, super sympathisches Personal und direkt an der S-Bahn Station, man kommt also schnell von A nach B. Grundsätzlich gerne wieder, dann aber lieber ein Zimmer welches nicht direkt am Treppenhaus ist.

Wir waren eine Nacht hier. Das Einchecken war sehr easy, das Zimmer war klein und süß und absolut ausreichend. Der Duschkopf war etwas verkalkt und es gab nur einen kleinen Mini-Eimer im Bad, sonst keinen Papierkorb. Ansonsten war aber alles top! Wir hätten gedacht, dass die Wände vielleicht etwas hellhörig sein könnten, so wie man das öfters von Hotels kennt. Aber man hat niemanden gehört, auch kein Türknallen im Flur. Und obwohl man direkt neben der S-Bahn, war es dennoch sehr ruhig. Das auschecken war auch total einfach, wir mussten unsere Zimmerkarte lediglich in einen Kasten werfen, das war es schon :) Wenn wir wieder eine Nacht in Hamburg verbringen, würde ich definitiv wieder herkommen :)

Das Hotel ist top. Es war super sauber und die Bett Matraze war sehr bequem. Es hat alles was man braucht. Nur leider ist die Lage für Menschen, die es ruhiger haben wollen ungünstig. Da es direkt an nem Bahnhof liegt und in meinem Fall ein Fußballspiel mit hunderten, lauten, teilweise betrunkenen Fans war. Zudem noch ne Baustelle wo laut gebohrt wurde neben an war. Da es sehr heiß war musste ich manchmal die Fenster aufmachen und das war dann schon mit oropax sehr laut. Ich würde empfehlen im Winter hier zu Buchen, weil man dann die Fenster zu haben kann und dann gehts auch einigermaßen mit dem Lärm. Sonst alles top.

Wir waren das zweite Mal im Bedpark und es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen. Die Anbindungen an die S-Bahn ist hervorragend und man kommt ganz einfach zu allen wichtigen Punkten in Hamburg. Da die Raucher draußen Rauchen müssen wäre vielleicht eine überdachte Bank zum sitzen sinnvoll.

Meine Bekleidung und ich waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Man fühlt sich als Frau sehr sicher, weil auf jedem Stockwerk Kameras sind. Man kann jeder Zeit das Gebäude betreten und man kann sich auch ganz leicht selbst einchecken.

We used Bedpark Stellingen as a one night stop and it was very good. Everything looked brand new. It was so clean and nice you could definitely stay there more than one night. Logging into the room with the machine was also not a problem. I'm keeping this place in my phone as a go-to when I'm next in the neighborhood.
