Had to check in a few hours early.. reception staff was very friendly and helpful. helped make several prints from their printer. Rooms however, where clean and comfortable but somewhat small, austere and lacked some practical/functional features like towel bars and hooks in the bathroom.

Read positive reviews about the hotel however located in unsafe area of town. Used train and bus to reach hotel and didn’t feel comfortable at all. Room was very noisy as well and couldn’t sleep due to notice from adjourning room. Staff was very cold and uninviting.

This is basically a 5 star hotel in terms of cleanliness and staff. I guess its two star rated due to the facilities. About 15 minutes walk to underground station, or bus stop outside hotel.

I stayed one night at Motel One Hamburg while passing through Germany. Arrived late (after midnight) but check in was not a problem. The hotel crew spoke good english. Parking overnight in the garage under the hotel was cheap, just a few euros.
The room was small but very clean and nice, with up-to-date interior, flat screen TV. Small but functional with a small desk, bathroom with shower, and a bit odd - the sink not in the bathroom but just outside.
Overall the room quality was much higher than you would expect for the price, but as mentioned a bit on the small side.
I would not recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a five-star experience with room service etc, and the location is maybe not the best if you want to experience Hamburg, but for a cheap overnight stay with a nice room I don't think there are any better options.

Nettes Hotel in gutem Pflegezustand und idealer Anbindung.Bushaltestelle vor der Tür.Nette Cafes und Restaurants mit Charme sind fussläufig in Elmsbüttel zu erreichen. Je n'ai pas la première fois que je vais dans cette chaîne d'hôtel j'ai déjà dormi dans différentes villes Motel One Hamburg - Altona ma très déçu, l'isolation phonique est une catastrophe. On entend les voitures qui passent toute la nuit Chambre qui données sur la rue, sans parler des Porte qui claquent, je n'ai presque pas fermé l'œil de la nuit je retourne plus dans cet hôtel

Wir waren schon in mehreren M.One in HH. Im Motel One in Altona, Kieler Straße waren wir im Anbau, Raum Nr 70 untergebracht. Das dort das Waschbecken im Schlaf/Wohnraum untergebracht ist und nicht wie sonst im \"Badezimmer\" hat uns garnicht gefallen und wir werden so ein Zimmer auch nicht mehr nutzen.

Das Hotel ist vom Flughafen via U-Bahn und Bus 138 gut erreichbar. Frühstück ist gut, trotz vieler Personen die zum Zeitpunkt meines Aufenthaltes das Hotel gebucht hatten waren die Wartezeiten bei der Kaffeemaschine kurz.

Ich war in der Vergangenheit schon öfter im Motel One in Altona. Bisher immer sehr zufrieden. Dieses Mal bin ich mit meiner Partnerin mit dem Flugzeug von Nürnberg nach Hamburg gereist um dort ein schönes Wochenende zu verbringen. An der Rezeption wurden wir gefragt, ob wir einen Parkplatz benötigen. Daraufhin antworteten wir, dass wir mit dem Flugzeug und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln angereist seien. Die Dame an der Rezeption äusserte sich erbost darüber, wie man denn in der heutigen Zeit mit dem Flugzeug innerhalb Deutschlands verreisen könnte und warum wir nicht die DB gewählt haben. Wir mussten uns regelrecht dafür rechtfertigen, warum zwei Menschen für ein Wochenende das Flugzeug wählen und nicht ein anderes Verkehrsmittel.

Immer sauber und die Betten einzigartig. Leider war das Zimmer sehr warm und die Fenster zur Straße im geöffneten Zustand der Straßenlärm sehr laut. Das nächste Mal wieder nach hinten raus.Es würde uns nach einer Nacht ein kostenloser Wechsel angeboten den wir aber nicht in Anspruch genommen haben.
