The property was beautiful and pretty empty. They stated free transportation to the hotel but be never showed up and the we made another reservation for my brother coming home the next day and they never showed again even after calling them in the morning and reminding them and them reassuring me they would be there but didn’t show show again. Then we asked for transportation to the airport when leaving and they said they only had 9am and 12 but 9 was too early and 12 too late. We waited for a taxi at 11 and they were taking a group I asked what’s up with that and they said oh well we are going to pick someone up so we are taking them. They didnt come clean the room the last day and seamed like they didn’t care . Also they say beach front BUT ITS NOT!!!! It’s a 4 min drive and then a 5-10 min boat ride and they only take you at 10 and 2 and come back at 5 prices were great

Beautiful resort! I love that a shuttle/ferry boat takes you to the Big French Key private island! Food from Herby's was great and the gym has fully functional equipment. The only thing I wish I would've looked into was the location of the resort because I had the most trouble getting transportation from shuttle included excursions booked on Viator as they do not come out that far. It's a 30 min drive from West End. Taxi rate is high.

The room had a fair strong, strange smell.
The complimentary airport shuttle service was inadequate. When arranging a ride to the airport, the only late morning options were 0930 and 1230 departures. As a result, my 0930 was completely packed and my fold down seat was uncomfortable. With a full van, ALL of the bags were put in a second van that broke down halfway to the airport. Our driver left us wondering at airport curbside without explanation of our baggage delay. Turns out he retrieved the bags from the broken van. But no apology for the 25 minute delay.
If the hotel offered service every hour, or at least every 90 minutes (say 0730,0900,1030,1200), then the ride would not have been uncomfortable, and the bags could have accompanied the passengers. The room was very reasonably priced, but I can’t recommend this hotel as I experienced it.

Things started it out rocky with the courtesy airport shuttle showing up an hour after my scheduled pick up. The resort reception was very welcoming, and the staff provided me with two drink coupons to Herby's in an attempt to get my trip back on track. I had a gorgeous sea view from my Villa. The elevators swiftly worked. My room was very spacious and the A/C was already blowing. The fully stocked kitchen was a pleasant surprise. All the lights and electrical plugs were in good working order. There were no foul odors. Staff was always very kind and courteous.

receptionists were very helpful. only disappointment was we were supposed to get airport transfer and no one showed up. had to take a taxi. There is no gift shop on the property of any kind so could not purchase needed toiletries. there are no sidewalks to walk to store of any kind. so unless you have a car or use a taxi, no way to get to conveniences

I had a wonderful stay at Clarion Suites Roatan at Pineapple Villas in French Harbour—it’s a beautiful spot. The staff was super professional and courteous from start to finish.
William at the spa desk deserves a huge shout-out; he was so attentive and helpful, taking care of all my arrangements and making my day there perfect. Jake and John at the front desk were absolute stars—kind, courteous, and always ready to assist. The cleaning crew was amazing too, taking care of every request without hesitation.
The grounds are just spectacular, with that perfect tropical vibe, gorgeous pools, and landscaping. We loved eating at Herbie’s Sports Bar & Grill—the food was delicious and really topped off the experience. Can’t wait to come back; this place made for an unforgettable Roatan getaway!

I got too this property and the sold my room and then didn’t offer me anything for the inconvenience but a breakfast voucher the next day that you could only pick 3 dishes out of the menu. I didn’t get treated properly, they offered me vouchers for dinner only if I didn’t asked for a refund for the night I didn’t get my room. I was in foreign country and I don’t the land scape and they didn’t even offer to call another property to make sure I had a place to sleep and to make sure I was safe.

The bathroom was disgusting the shower smelt terrible. They limit the amount of shampoo and conditioner you can use. We had to take a taxi to the hotel from the airport because the shuttle neber arrived. They also provide transportation from a not so private, private island and we waited over 30 minjtes on day for the shuttle. Your located in a boring area of the island and taking a taxi to the west end is almost 100 bucks one way which is super inconvenient. There was also people screaming around the rooms at 11pm and we made complaints numerous times and nothing stopped it

Front desk staff was Amazing John in particular i dont remember the other gentlmans name when we checked in. The shuttle service the staff was amazing. The sports bar herbys and pineapple grill food was amaxing as well as service at both places.
We could not have been more pleased with this resort just outstanding and we would definitely be back.

I had a terrible view of solar panels and semi trucks. Claims 4 stars, definitely only 2. Couldn’t even get back deck door to open. Windows rattled so load at night I couldn’t sleep. Beds very uncomfortable. Offers shuttle to airport, but only goes a couple times a day, unless unless you want to spend extra hours at the airport.

This was a last minute stay for me. I had stayed a previous property for vacation and my flight was delayed by over 6 hours so I decided to rebook for the next day. This place was recommeded by the staff at American Airlines. The property was great, offered free shuttle to and from the airport, which was less than a 10 min drive. the property was beautiful, sea views. even from the 1st floor and beautiful pool The STAFF WAS AMAZING. Jake, Cody, and I can not remember the day guy yesterday, amazing !! I would stay here again.

A Great place to stay

I love the peacefulness of this hotel, the staff is very friendly and very helpful. Even though it’s not a beach front property, they do provide transportation and access to a near by private island (Big French Key). There are multiple swimming pools. They have a couple of restaurants so no worries about where to eat early in the morning or late at night as one of them is a sports bar which by the way, has live music some days of the week. There’s also a supermarket very close to it so if you stay at one of the suites, you can stock the full size fridge with goodies ;-). Thanks to Alison and Eldon at the front desk because as always they are very friendly and knowledgeable.
