This is a capsule hostel so the rooms arent very big all the rooms dont actully have roofs and the walls are paper thin so if u have a snorer next door u may not be able to get to sleep they do offer earplugs and free toothbrushes so so that a bonus

The location is excellent, a minute walk from the station. The sleep is uncomfortable because of the noise. The keys that guests use to unlock the doors are very loud as well as the doors slamming shut. This happened all night long and made it difficult to sleep.

The hostel intelligently divides guests space into very private cubicles even though it is a hostel. Spotless clean at all times, feels like a business hostel. Will be back again!

What I dislike is that the floor is not sound proof ! U could literally hear footsteps of people going in and out of their room which is rather annoying. The walls in between is thin .Any accidental knock , you can hear it all.

Great relaxing hotel with hot spring facilities. There's a nice big TV in the lobby, perfect if staying in a large group. Staff were friendly, accomodating and spoke very good English. Don't forget to take off your shoes before entering main lobby! A memorable stay and will visit again.

Clean, quiet, comfortable. The internet was slow for streaming HD content like movies or youtube, but it was stable and still worked for everything else. Everything else was great. Area is close to station, and the area is very clean and quiet.

Its just a foot bridge away from the JR station, excellent choice if you are just stay for a night to transit somewhere else. However, The city centre is around 5 stops away by tram, tram stop is just across the street, right in front of the JR station.

The hostel staff is nice and the bathroom is very neat and clean. The environment is cozy. The only thing worthy of attention is that the design of dormitory has inadequate noise insulation. The hostel reminded guests to be quiet, If you talk, even though in low voice in the corridor outside the dormitory, could disturb others. But overall it is a pleasant experience.

It was a hotel looking hostel. The room was clean and nice. Staffs were amazingly kind. I will definitely stay here again if I visit Kumamoto. Only bad thing was that since the walls are not expended to the top you can here the sounds from the other room and that sometimes bother you from falling asleep.

With just curtain as a door and not properly secure the room and the carpet was so bad, you could hear every foot step .
They allow their guest check in late night which everyone is sleeping and guest are unpacking their luggage.
Lights only dim down on the corridor and it will disturb who sleep on the upper deck and without curtain to block the light from outside.

Not a hotel. More like a shared hostel.
This was an interesting hostel type experience. But although you receive a private \"room\" it is just a bunk with fabric curtain and half walls. It is like a shared hostel. It is very loud and others lights stream in when trying to sleep. They do offer free earplugs but that didn't help me. On the upside it's very close to the station so convenient if catching an early train. Also the staff is friendly.

Perfect for a short stay in Kumamoto
If you go in with the expectations that this hostel doesn't have a ceiling between rooms, and that there are a lot of restrictions about what you can do in your room, then it's a good place for a short stay. The room and bathroom were very clean. I shared a private twin with my friend. We both wished there was a small or shelf in the room to organize more easily. The common area and shared bathroom was very nice and clean. I would stay again if transferring through Kumamoto for a night.

駅が近い為、電車移動の人には安く泊まれて良いと思うが、自分は車移動だったので総合的に考えると他の選択肢が良かったと感じた。部屋はネカフェのような天井が無い作りの為、自分及び、他人の発する音が気になってしまった。値段を考えると仕方が無いが空調も無く、快適とは言えなかった。

熊本駅からちょっとわかりにくい場所にあります。歩道橋を渡るとすぐです。コンビニは駅に行かないとないようです。

カプセルと思って利用しましたが、実際は半個室（鍵付きドア有／天井までは届いていない壁）で、シャワーと寝床だけあれば良い身としては十分な設備でした。
自分だけの空間がベッド以外にもあるので、ある程度荷物を広げられます。（音に注意する必要はあります）
