Nice breakfast to fuel us up for the water park, till lunch time anyway! Very close to the east entrance of Atlantis. Big room, love the partial wall to give a little separation from the sleeper sofa and the other beds. Good pool area, next to the bar area and restaurant.

The hotel stay was great for our family; we traveled with a group of 13. It was great to have access to Atlantis every day! The rooms were very spacious; the staff were so kind. Started every day off with a great good morning from the cleaning staff in the hall! Breakfast was always fully stocked and fresh! Make sure you get the wings. Soo good! We ate 2 dinners at the restaurant, the steak dinner was my go too after seeing someone else have it.

Breakfast was fresh every day; Eggs, bacon, potatoes, fresh fruits, few pastries, waffles, toast and coffee.
Dinner service on one night -- service very slow and food disappointing, and expensive. We did find 2 good restaurants (food/service) in Nassau.

PROBLEM with daily updating of ATLANTIS wristbands. Was an inconveniently long walk every day to have wristbands updated with LONG lines to wait on. IDEALLY, the Wristband Desk should be AT the Comfort Suites OR in the CORAL TOWER lobby. We 3 were 60-70+ and had not expected the LONG walk to the wristband desk and then a mile to access the Cove Beaches. Just my opinion

Front desk were friendly but did not provide the promised help to get our luggage down the stairwell….. we could not access the elevator on the 5th floor with our cases, due to the flooding and massive garbage pails in the hallway collecting water from the leaking ceiling! At 75 years old, we had to lug our cases down the stairwell!!!!!!!!

The room was clean, tidy, and very spacious. The staff were amazing—extremely friendly and welcoming. You couldn’t walk past anyone without being greeted with a warm hello or a quick conversation, which really added to the experience. The hotel is also just a short walk to Atlantis, which was incredibly convenient. We never waited more than five minutes to get our wristbands, and the breakfast was a solid 10/10.
The only minor issue we experienced was that the water pressure wasn’t always the best, but aside from that, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Getting the room was a problem waiting for 3hrs and no free coupons for the bar or nothing, breakfast need improvement staff half of them were nice the other half had arritude problem and the room needs improvement and the bathroom plumbing, i thought i was in a cruise with smell from the pipes and the shower water..

The best part about my stay at this property was the caring and friendly staff and access to the Atlantis. Otherwise, the property lacks views (my room was facing the back of the property and there was constant humm of the next property's giant AC and garbage pick up right underneath my window at 7 am each day). The breakfast was very bland with the same mix of foods for 6 mornings straight. Both spaces where the breakfast was served were very overcrowded in peak hours of 8-10 am, with not enough tables to sit every family, not enough staff to bring in more food and coffee, to monitor if there were clean plates and cutlery available, and to take away the dirty dishes that clients had no where to pile up but to leave on their tables, with line ups first to get food, then to find a clean table. My advise, if you're not there at 7 am for your breakfast, it won't be enjoyable. Dinners at the property were alright, but service was slow at times and food was often too salty. I will not be coming back to this particular spot.

Staff were all extremely friendly. Rooms were clean. We arrived very early on the day of check-in and were offered a hospitality room to change and storage for our bags. Major issue was that the hallway ceiling was leaning on 5th floor where were staying. They had garbage cans lined up to collect the drips and the hallway smelled super musty the whole stay. Repair man was fixing on our last day and seemed to be removing the pieces of the ceiling and re-mudding. Restaurant was mediocre , complimentary breakfast was satisfactory. Access to Atlantis was great.

We had three room locations. First room smelled of mold and had tiny parasites/worms that came out of the toilet when it was flushed. Second room had water leaking through the vent above our toilet when it rained. Our hallway was lined with four big garbage cans that were filled to capacity. We then relocated to our third room. Staff were understanding and tried to accommodate but the hotel was at full capacity.

Check in was not pleasant- staff greeting was EXTREMELY WELCOMING but being welcomed & smiled at while waiting 45 minutes to check in was frustrating. Many people have commented on smells- we had an odour from our bathroom but was tolerable. Staff is EXCEPTIONAL- welcoming, polite, helpful & certainly go above & beyond. Breakfast was the reason for our stay and it is definitely delivered. It’s close proximity to Atlantis is definitely worth the stay.

Comfort Suites was overall very positive. Very friendly and helpful staff, great restaurant and dining area. Breakfast was an excellent addition. The option to do laundry was also useful. Only two things to note, lineups to get daily wristbands to Atlantis were generally long (not the fault of the Comfort Suites but it was usually 25 mins) and there were some issues with inconsistent water pressure.

I arrived to early and my room was not ready. I went to the hotel restaurant to get some food, when I returned to the front desk the line was so long. I went to the counter to see if my room was ready because if was well after 3:00 pm .. they said my room wasn’t ready. I was very tired so I told them just give me a room with a king size bed. The room they put me in had filthy carpet, television wasn’t working so it had to be replaced. The bathroom toilet kept running when you flush it. Water pressure was low in the tub and at the sink while brushing my teeth. Ice machines were not working on several floors. On my last night I had to call the front desk due to children running in the hallway and other customers talking loud outside my room door. Then to top it off a large 🐜 bug not sure if it was a king size roach was crawling on my wall in my room. I had to get my shoe and kill it! This hotel is not handicap accessible! They need to close and upgrade this hotel. I will never stay here again. I paid too much for a 4 night stay $1, 423.00…. I should be refunded for everything I had to put up with! The only perks were the complimentary breakfast and free admission to Atlantis and Adventure Waterpark. I will be staying at the Warwick when I return it is an all adult resort, no noisey children running around. Hotels.com you need to refund me my money back from this hotel stay. Springbreak vacation gone wrong!!!

Location is good, right beside Atlantis. Budget hotel. Hallway carpet smells mold. Room is clean. They give a plate of fresh fruits while check in which very thoughtful. Breakfast is nice we loved it! They also give wristbands to Atlantis so you can enjoy there for free including free towels.

If you need to check in later beware that they're eager to give away your room so they can pocket the charge and mark you as a no show. I emailed and called and had them note that our travels will have us checking in late. When we arrived with my child, they refused to allow us to check in and said despite me showing them my email and us calling that it was a no show. Thank goodness we were able to join my sister at Atlantis anyway but the lack of service or attempt to help was appalling and made this property feel like a 1 star. Stay away!

Pros: Clean property in a great location. It was very easy to walk to Aquaventure at Atlantis. The hotel restaurant was very good. The pool has a very nice swim up bar. Cons: The bathroom tub faucet was leaking hot water and steaming the bathroom the entire time of our stay. We asked multiple times for the staff to look at this issue but it was not addressed. The overall experience was good and I think the included breakfast and access to aquaventure make it a good value which I would recommend.

We spent five nights at the Comfort Inn Suites March 2026
Pros: The check-in process was efficient, and the hotel was clean and well-maintained. Its location is excellent, making it convenient for our needs. The pool was inviting, and the restaurant provided enjoyable dining with quality food. The staff demonstrated friendliness and helpfulness throughout our stay. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast buffet and free access to Atlantis were valuable perks.
Cons: The hallways had a persistent musty odor, and the water pressure in the rooms was consistently poor. On three occasions, the water stopped entirely while I was showering, requiring a five-minute wait for service to resume. One morning, there was no water available to shower or brush our teeth before departing for a scheduled excursion. Although I contacted the front desk, they merely apologized and did not offer an alternative solution, such as access to another room for showering. Fortunately, we had bottled water to brush our teeth. Upon checkout, I requested to speak with a manager and received a $100 credit as compensation; however, I felt this amount did not fully address the inconvenience experienced.

It’s good value for those on a budget hoping to take advantage of access to Atlantis but after a 9 night stay, we found the process to get wristbands tedious some days where it would take over an hour of lining up to get wristbands (pro tip- go early and sign your waivers online on the day of to save time and can show a picture of your ID so you don’t need to bring it along). Some of the things in the hotel were not in working condition but were all fixed relatively quickly (the safe took about 2 days to get properly fixed, the hair dryer didn’t work but they provided a new one, the light in the bathroom went out, the washing machines on the side of the building we were staying in were out of order), required 2 requests before they brought up a microwave in our room and the service at cruesoe’s restaurant usually take 1.5-2 hours per meal so plan accordingly. That said the food at cruesoe’s is delicious and pricing is reasonable. Overall not a bad stay and excellent value. I found little things annoying but tolerable. Try to get a room in the building on the left because closer to all amenities (pool, restaurant, stairs/ ramp you’d take to get to Atlantis, working washer and dryer).

1st time in the Bahamas. Our room was clean with a nice sitting area. Water pressure in the bathroom was not great at times. Nice swim up pool bar. Free breakfast was nice. Washers and dryers located on 3rd floor was convenient, cost $1.50 per load. Very close to the Atlantis which was pur reason for staying. Which that there were balconies to ait on but not a deal breaker.

Problems from beginning to end. First 3 days we didn't have hot water. I informed the front desk each time we left the room for the day with the promise it would be fixed but wasn't until day 3. We tried the on site restaurant the first night but waited over an hour for food. Then the second to last night we had issues with the toilet not flushing and found BLOODWORMS in the toilet tank. Called down and they sent someone to clean it and fix the flushing mechanism but the next day the worms were back. I went and talked to the front desk who finally offered to move us but it getting the last night I asked for them to just clean the toilet and tank again. I was promised some sort of compensation for the issue but so far nothing. Overall a poor experience.

Hotel really needs a renovation and there was a horrible sewage smell coming from the first floor by the kitchen. Laundry service was convenient and the location to the Atlantis was good. The pool was freezing (not heated) so best to go later in March or else you won’t be able to swim. Daily breakfast was good but the resort has some serious cleanliness issues

The room itself was nice, clean. The air conditioning unit was very loud, the water temperature would fluctuate often. The toilet started leaking but that was quickly fixed. The door was difficult to close and housekeeping left it ajar 2 days in a row. The breakfast was good and the access to Atlantis was the reason we booked it.

The staff waa vwey courteous. Everyone greeted ua with a smile. My autistic daughter was welcomed by the staff. They showed such kindness towards her.

The room was cleaned daily by our amazing housekeeping attendant Sherry. The restaurant food was good but wish there was a little more variety. Drinks were superb.

Access to Atlantis and everything in Atlantis, daily, is an amazing perk.

We had a great time in the Bahamas, even though the weather was unusually chilly. The Comfort Suites had a lot of great amenities, but the one that stood out the most was the access to the Atlantis and it's property, right next door. We spent 3 days just exploring, playing, and seeing all the sights that hotel property had to offer. It had access to the beautiful beach, multiple pools, water slides, aquariums, and lots of great food and drink options throughout.

The pools everywhere were a bit chilly, but at the CS, the bar was good, the breakfast was filling each morning, and the employees were incredibly kind and helpful. The location was great - within walking distance to much of what Paradise Island had to offer. The rooms were as expected for a CS. They were clean, offered a fridge, seating area, and the property was very walkable.

Overall, if you're on a budget and don't plan to be in your room much, but still want to experience all the great luxuries of the Bahamas (Paradise Island), I'd consider the Comfort Suites for your stay.

The check in process takes a very long time so we spent lots of time waiting in line to get checked in. Check in was at 3pm and our rooms were not ready. We had to wait an additional hour to get our rooms. There is only one elevator located way at the back of the hotel so very inconvenient for strollers and luggage. Staff was friendly.

The check-in process was good. Calvin & Leverne were excellent. They both assisted our group with 5 rooms and explained all details. There was an issue with Expedia credits, however, the next day, Leverne ensured all was taken care of promptly and noted correctly.

The rooms were as pictured. Decent rooms, definitely need updating but functional. Small mini fridge with daily stocked water was a plus. We requested a microwave in the room and was received. The access to Atlantis is a huge plus.

Daily breakfast included was a huge plus, some items changed daily but was always stocked and never ran out of any items.

The grounds were kept well and the hotel rooms were always cleaned daily and re-stocked with supplies.

Huge plus was the laundry service on site as we used this to our advantage staying 6 days on this property.

The luggage storage was great help with a late flight as well.

The properly is very close to Atlantis and we had no issues using the Atlantis property with the daily wrist bands.

The dinner service at Crusoe's restaurant was good and tasted excellent. We did have an issue with the manager who oversees the restaurant entirely and complaints were made in which the operations manager took over and completely ensured we left happy by all counts. The operations manager is truly a gem and would not let us leave unhappy, she is one of the most kind, sweet lady imaginable. We truly appreciated the hospitality of the staff.

We would stay here again!

Such a great experience the food was awesome I had my four month old baby with us and they provided him a crab he slept eight hours every single night we went to the Atlantis every single night after breakfast. We had an amazing vacation would definitely recommend it to anybody.

The hotel and our room was spotless. The staff did a great job and it appeared staff worked hard to maintain the facility.

We enjoyed the breakfast. There was a good selection of hot and cold food. Staff replenished as needed. All worked hard to supply clean dishes and to pick up dirty dishes.

My husband had an upset stomach and one of the breakfast staff helped my husband with tea and honey. She later checked on him at our table. This was very much appreciated.

I am only giving 4 stars because we had a little trouble with the water pressure in our room one day, but I think it was being worked on during our stay.

The location of the hotel is a huge selling point. So convenient to walk to Atlantis and the area restaurants. Upon arrival our room was not ready on time and the staffs explanations related to the food and beverage credits seemed abbreviated and difficult to understand. The hallway on our floor had an unpleasant, stuffy odor as well as our room. The room cleaning service staff were regularly clogging the hallway pretty much every day which seemed excessive, although they were very friendly, helpful, and efficient. The restaurant where breakfast and dinner were served is in need of update; wobbly tables inside and outside and there really should be an automatic sliding glass door where the entrance is. It was ridiculous for guests to have to struggle propping open the door manually to walk through with their plate of food and beverage in hand. The one night we went to have dinner, the waitress never returned to our table to take our order nor the order of the people at the next table over. Those people had been sitting there when we arrived and told us they had to seek the waitress out to place their order after having waited for a long time. We waited for at least 15 mins for her to return and then decided to leave and eat elsewhere. The pool was nice and well maintained.

The room was spotless and cleaned daily. Very comfortable bed, crisp white linen and towels which I appreciated. Betty, the lady who cleaned our room was very nice & even arranged a microwave to be put in the room.
There are some maintenance issues such as the sliding door was difficult to open, the water pressure was low to nothing coming out the taps a couple of times, and the curtains smelled a little musty. Also, the shampoo dispenser was missing in the bathroom (but the staff did give us little bottles of shampoo). These things did not bother us much though because the important things are there (a good bed, bedding and cleanliness). Staff were lovely - so friendly and attentive.
I must also call out Darrens at reception: he is super professional, engaging, friendly, and clearly an asset to Comfort Suites - never let him go!

The staff and amenities during our stay were wonderful. Staff worked hard to keep buffet breakfast food filled and hot especially during the rush. Front desk staff as well as throughout the hotel were friendly and very helpful. Only complaint was room was dated and had an occasional mildew smell. We didn't spend much time in the room and for the price and location, it didn't impact our vacation.
