Clean room. Courteous bellhop and housekeeping. Wished there was a microwave in the room; but we did have a hot water kettle, refrigerator and instant coffee, tea bags and cups. The shower stall had a plastic mat on the shower floor. I brought shower slippers to use. Otherwise, room and linen very clean.

The staff has been excellent! We've stay here several times before and the services provided by every level of the staff are one of the main reasons for us to keep choosing Courtyard Marriott Shatin. Room is spacious and the neighborhood is quiet with lots of eaterieseateries around?

Staff was excellent, friendly and courteous. Room was clean and well kept with housekeeping. However, bathroom/shower stall needs new caulking since quite a bit of areas have embedded molds which, I understand, cannot be kept clean just by regular housekeeping cleaning.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room is clean, especially the bathroom, but the shower room door cannot fully close, so after showering, the water is all over the bathroom floor. The refrigerator is not cold; it's just a piece of furniture. Hopefully, when I come back next time, everything will be fixed.

I absolutely love this hotel,very convenient to get to the MTR and shopping a doorstep away. Now to mention the staffs they are very honest, left some jewellery in the safe. The cleaning lady found straight away she reported it. They called me as I was going to the airport… everything was sorted so quickly I will definitely stay here again in my next visit… the buffet is a defo try 😍well done courtyard 👍*6

Been staying there every 2 years for many years. This time was asked for a fixed damage deposit of 4000 HKD (= 444 HKD per night) that was not communicated in advance. PS. I paid £955 (9800 HKD) for the 9 nights stay and the damage deposit added 50% on top temporarily.

A nice new environmental friendly feature is the hot/cold water filling station available on the same floor and the automatic detection of floor level by tapping the room key in the lift.

Stay here for 3 weeks with my family, bed is comfy and room is spacious. 10 mins walk to train station, bus stop downstairs, and many restaurants nearby too. Hotel also offers free shuttle bus service to nearby shopping mall and kowloon. 24 hours gym, nice swimming pool. Staff are all friendly and efficient whenever you ask for something. It was a lovely stay.

Very happy to stay at this hotel. I have no complaints to anything.
If I need to say one negative that would be the toilet cover there doesn’t enable soft have soft closure so every time you will need more efforts to close avoid noise or broken!

The property was very clean and we always felt safe there. The staff was friendly and helpful. The maid who cleaned our room was very nice. She really works hard at her job and takes pride in it.

I know that this business is in a busy location. But I think they are terribly expensive. From the room rates to the restaurant. Too much money!

We also felt the high-quality service from all the staff of your hotel. For example, the check-in and baggage handling staff showed an excellent work attitude (friendly, attentive, etc.).

This property is pretty far out from the island so prepare for a long commute even with the new rail built. The Pool is closed from November to April which was quite upsetting since Expedia showed it was open. It was the only reason I switched hotels at the end of my trip as it was the only few that had open pools listed. It didn't help that the staff reception was instantly dismissive of my question regarding the pool. To Ms Yi or Yu whatever her name tag said with the tiniest of names, you are lucky I didn't chrip back when you loudly told me NO very loudly. The room I stayed in leaked water and smelled of mold. Everything looks new but it was just painted over. The shower leaked by the door and THROUGH THE WALL to the front door. Oozed of the brown rust on a white tile. Sorry to the towel lady for using so many towels to soak up the pools of brown water. My second room only leaked at the shower door like most glass doors do. So I had a bad luck of the draw. On a positive note, the vending machine had decently priced drinks and snacks, (cheaper than 7/11 for a can of coke.) The gym was small for such a large hotel, and there was a lot of terrace space, but no seats.
I would probably recommend the Royal Park Hotel over this hotel as it is much newer and better located to the MTR.
Also why is the escalator the only way to get in from the street level. Bringing a few suitcases to the main floor from the street was a nightmare.
