We booked the hotel for one night when our flight was delayed overnight. So, we were looking for something with reasonable price and breakfast included due to many flight cancellations that day. And this was a very good option. We booked it online through Expedia, so the process was nice and easy and when we arrived to the hotel a half an hour later and a lovely receptionist had everything ready for us. We booked a standard twin room with breakfast due to not much choice at that day. The room was small and very simple, a little bit old-dated ( not in terms of hotel theme) however everything there was nice and spotless clean. There was a spacious wardrobe with mirror, a table with two comfortable chairs and even a coffee corner with an electric kettle, cups and two water bottles. We even had a balcony there. Only the bathroom door were a little bit weird and impossible to lock. However since it was my daughter and I only, we didn't care that much.
Breakfast was very good with variety of food options and the stuff was lovely making sure we have everything we need.
The hotel is in good location, which wasn't actually important for us due to just spending one night there and heading back to the airport just after checking out, but overall impression was really good and definitely I would be looking to book a stay there if I stop in Kraków in the future, however I may chose a higher standard room next time 😉.

We were given a room on the ground floor facing a main road. The room lacked air conditioning, which made it very hot during the night. Opening the window for ventilation was not an option due to the constant traffic noise from the road. As a result, we couldn't get enough sleep. It was an unfortunate experience for our first night in Krakow.

I nice room for my partner, child and myself. The rooms were big, and bathrooms were spacious. The only downside is the TV channels are all Polish speaking, so make sure you take your own entertainment when in the room.

The hotel was clean and all the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast very good. We were even provided with a very ample breakfast take away when we had a very early excursion planned ,for which we were very great full ☺️.
The only slight drawback was the lack of plug sockets in the room to charge mobile phones etc.

This hotel was so close to the city centre, not even a 10minute walk away. It was clean and tidy and the staff were excellent. The breakfast was gorgeous and there was a really wide selection to choose from.

I enjoyed staying at the Nobilton, the hotel is just 10 minutes walking from the old town. Even though it’s on a busy street once you are in your room, windows closed, it’s very quiet. I was in a couple of different rooms during my stay, everyone of them was quiet, clean, some renovated, some looking brand new. It was just perfect. The people who work there are professional, friendly and very helpful. One thing is missing: an elevator, if you have problems going up the stairs with a suitcase this hotel is not for you.

Very clean, rooms cleaned daily. Close to main market, about 5 mins walk away. Fan in room, which was great. Only downside, busy road with lot of traffic noise at all hours of the night but that would not put me off staying again. Cheap, cheerful and great/handy for everything.

The hotel is a little tired around the edges and the rooms have no aircon so when it's +30 degrees you can imagine
Fortunately we had a fan which kept it tolerable
We both slept really well despite the heat.
The room was clean if not basic about similar to a UK travel lodge
Continental breakfast was nice and a good spread no evening Restaurant or bar but it's all of a 10 minute walk to the centre.
All things considered I would book here again not the best hotel you will find but the staff were really helpful and friendly and for the price is good value the location is great just out of the centre and has great transport links nearly outside tram 24 from krakow glowny
And if you really lucky the convent next door will be having morning choir practice while you enjoy a brew on your balcony
Oh if you walk to the hotel from the nearest tram/bus stop the hotel sign is not obvious

Kind staff cannot make up for glaring issues.

I booked 6 nights here that were nonrefundable. I say this because I would have moved of I could. First off, let me say the staff was excellent. The room was not. It was very tiny with a sibkge twin bed that was so hard it felt like concrete. I asked for something to put on it to soften it and was given a mattress cover and blanket which I used but made little mprovement. The breakfast buffet was good and camparable to other hotels i have stayed at in Krakow. The staff was very helpful and kind but during the 6 nights I never got clean sheets. The hotel is an easy walk to the city square and many museums, but I cannot recommend it based on the size of the room, the poor quality of the bed, and the sheets.

Pleasant hotel near city centre.

Had a very pleasant week at this quaint little hotel. Some rooms are due for a make over but that said ours were fine. Friendly staff throughout. Excellent buffet style breakfast. No bar at the hotel but there is a nice bar/restaurant across the street. Taxis are cheap and available so we made full use of them.

A very basic hotel in a great location.

This hotel is fine if you don't want any frills. The staff were friendly and hotel is only a few minutes walk from the Old City main square.

It was a great price but we had to pay an extra £6 each for a fairly decent breakfast. The hotel is on a busy road and the noise might disturb some. Our room was right beside the restaurant (which only did breakfast), the toilet and the main door!

Can't really complain for the price but definitely no frills. We chose this for its location. The 252 bus takes you from the airport, directly to outside the hotel - and the bus is every half hour from 4:30am to very late. Also the 304 bus (just around the corner get you to the Salt Milne directly for less than £1. Overall, I was happy enough with this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel two (2) years ago and loved it. That trip I was upstairs in an interior room overlooking courtyard. It was very nice, but no coffee/team making facilities. This time, my daughter and I were downstairs, in a street-side room. A few changes to this hotel, which now has an electric kettle in the room and provides bottled water daily. The street side rooms are a little noisy, as the hotel is right down the street from a college and the trolley goes by. But, it is a city, and these were normal city noises, not a deal breaker. The staff were lovely, very polite and helpful, and the location is perfect. Just a short walk to the Planty and Old Town, with reasonable prices. Definitely would stay there again.

I do not recommend this hotel!

For me, the hotels description was not reflecting actual conditions. Free Wi-Fi was not working at all therefore i was not able to do some work that i was planning to do! The receptionist has told me that it is Friday and nothing can be done about it. I tried to contact manager of the hotel, but it was not possible during the weekend. So i did not have free Wi-Fi that i paid, i did not receive any discount nor support. My room was also not clean - i found pills on the floor! Hotel parking was also full, event if booked it earlier and the price was higher that presented on webpage. Receptionist suggested to use parking on the street on my own!
Whole stay was very frustrating.

Very pleased with this stay

Though the room was small for four people and the double bed made from a couch/futon this hotel was in a great location and was a great jumping off point for the sites. The trains ran around the clock and rumbled the hotel a bit, but was fine for the sound sleeper. Breakfast was very nice and the quaint bar was great for having a drink and watching the Poland/Germany football match. The gated parking for a nominal daily fee provided added security as long as you don't mind leaving your keys at the desk.

I loved the hotel. I stayed at the other one 2009 and loved that too. The service is very personal and well informed. Helped us with buses etc. places to visit and food in eve was delicious polish fare. Great balcony room compete with flowers and butterflies! Location perfect for walking to all centre and old town areas.

The hotel is pleasant, quite close to the old town and the University. The WiFi was generally good.. The interior is like an MC Escher drawing, with split levels & corridors that turn back on themselves, presumably reflecting two buildings joined into one. I suspect this would make it unsuitable if you have limited mobility - but rather fun if you do not.

The hotel is very conveniently located, although on a rather busy street. No air conditioning will be an issue later in the summer, but the fan helped a lot. The breakfast is not very good with lack of fresh vegetables and fruit, but it's bearable. Mostly, I loved the staff. They arranged a cab for us from the airport, double checked the arrival times when our plane was delayed and were helpful once at the hotel. A good and affordable place to stay!

The hotel is situated close to the City Centre (within 1/2 mile), so is in a great location from the main area of the city.It also is veryy nice all/all, has a complimentary breakfast (pretty good) and free wireless access (which was extremely helpful). However, the one drawback is that the hotel anchors the corner of a major/busy thoroughfare for both cars and trains (public transportation), and the vast majority of the rooms are on the road, so plan on it being loud. We spent 2 nights there, the 1st (Friday) was very bad, trains ran until 2AM and then started again at 6AM. They were very loud, as well as countless cars going by all night. If you can sleep with noise no problem; if not, still a very nice hotel but bring your earplugs!! Also, I believe someone had posted that parking in the courtyard is free, Parking is not free, is was $20 zloty per day (roughly $7 in late 2010), which was not too bad but not free. Solid hotel, nice staff and amenities, just be prepared for some traffic noise....

Ładny,czysty hotel. Położony w spokojnej części Krakowa. Niedaleko rynku, około 10 min piechotą, blisko przystanków MPK, gdzie nie ma zbyt dużego ruchu turystów. Ma swój własny ogród/plac z bramą i parking. Pokoje czyste i duże. Śniadania urozmaicone i można siedzieć ile się chce. Obsługa hotelowa bardzo miła.

Trivsamt hotell med centralt läge.

Ett helt okej boende strax utanför Krakows gamla stad. Hotellets restaurang var Nepalesisk, och där åt vi en god middag första kvällen när vi anlände.
Trivsamt men lite trappor och hjälpsam personal.
Vi fick rum mot gatan vilket var lite störande med spårvagnarna, men så är det nog med många hotell i centrala Krakow.

Oikein kiva pieni hotelli, talbella oli lämmin ja mukava, huoneet pieniä mutta viihtyisiä.
Huomasin että ilmastointia ei ainakaan meidän huoneessa ollut joten kesällä saattaa olla aika tuskaisen kuuma paikka nukkua.
Aamupala suohteellisen kallis ja valikoima oli aika onneton, suosittelen menemään johonkin muualle syömään, saa halvemman ja paremman aamupalan melkein missä vaan.

Et billig alternativ, men gammelt og slitt. Rene håndklær hver dag, men slett renhold. Hadde toppetasje med kun overlysvinduer så dermed ingen utsikt eller utsyn. Badekar under skråtak gjorde dusjing til en ekstremsport! God frokost og meget vennlig og hyggelig betjening. Kjedelig nærområde, men forholdsvis kort vei til gamlebyen og elven. Trapper, ingen heis.

O hotel é muito bom !! Nosso quarto duplo tinha 3 cômodos, quarto maior que a média, bwc grande com banheira e um closet bem espaçoso . O café da manhã com muitas opções de frutas, pães, bolos etc o único inconveniente foi o quarto ser de frente pra rua e o barulho era constante de carros, além da claridade da rua Pqe não tem black-out, são bonitas mas não funcionais .

良い点…立地の良さ。旧市街からすぐ近くで、目の前をトラム20番が走っています。また、国立博物館やヤギェウォ大学図書館にとても近いです。

悪い点…エレベーターがない。建物が全体的に古い。掃除の人がシャンプーを補充し忘れていて、シャワーを浴びている途中でシャンプーが空になってしまった。他の部屋がどうかはわかりませんが、私の泊まった部屋はかなり手狭でした。

Personale gentile, ma la camera non aveva il telefono, la seggetta del wc era rotta, le pareti con aloni e proprio di fronte alla sala colazioni ( poco prima delle sei iniziavano a lavorare).
La posizione dell'hotel è perfetta, due minuti a piedi dal centro.

Bra Hotell, flott beliggenhet.

Topp beliggenhet, en liten spasertur fra gamlebyen, fint rom. Kunne vært kjøling på meieriproduktene til frokost.
