This hotel is located in the center of Kraków's Old Town at Zwierzyniecka 32. It is a chamber hotel, located in an old tenement house, tastefully and elegantly equipped, fully adapted to the modern requirements and needs of our guests.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our biggest problem was we booked a hotel with a lift as both of us have bad knees. When we arrived at the hotel, we found out our room was on the 4th floor and the lift only went to the 3rd. They wanted to move us to a lowet room that was so small you could barely walk around the bed. We paid extra to get a larger room on the 3rd floor. The breakfast that came with the room was not very appetizing.

Our train arrived in town at 6:30 a.m. and although we knew we wouldn't be able to check in, the front desk happily stored our luggage and told us that they'd text as soon as our room was ready. That set the tone for our stay, as everyone was helpful and kind. After walking through the town that didn't really wake up until around 9:30 on a chilly morning, we were very relieved to get a text around 10:30 that we could get into our room. MUCH earlier than we anticipated!
The room itself was spacious, clean and comfortable with a nice terrace with views of Wawel Castle in the distance. The hotel was located conveniently within walking distance to the Old Town and even beyond that, much was easily walkable.
While we didn't get breakfast with our stay, the restaurant next door worked with the hotel and it looked like their breakfast was delicious. We did stop in one evening for pizza and really enjoyed the wood-fired oven pizza.
There are tons of hotels in the area, but I feel like Hotel 32 was very convenient and in a quiet part of town. I would definitely recommend it.

The restaurant next to the hotel served good pasta/pizza. Easy bus ride from the airport & train station. Easy walk to the main area. Supermarkets near by for snacks. I recommend this hotel

Small hotel, room was spacious, well decorated and the bathroom was big and relatively new. Staff pleasant. We chose a room with a balcony. Not much of view from the back of the hotel and there’s a bike rental business below, so if we returned we probably wouldn’t take this option. Only had the breakfast once, all you can eat cooked and buffet combination was very nice. Easy access to the Old Town, Castle etc and a 25 minute walk from Glowny Main Station. Would definitely recommend.

Id like to say this was a real find but Id read the reviews and was confident this would be a great place to stay. Quiet, convenient for everything and a short walk into the old town, The hotel room was spotless, had everything we needed and the breakfast was fresh tasty and plentiful. A special mention for the staff on reception - so friendly and helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again. If you dont want the pool, spa huge restaurant this is a 5* hotel in our opinion

Hotel was amazing. Brilliant location 10/15 min walk to the old town square with many bars/cafes/restraunts on the way. The hotel was clean and genuinely just a real good vibe! Also we booked a trip through the hotel and the communication and the day was amazing! The hotel is situated right next to a shop which is open 24hrs 7 days a week which is very ideal. Towels and the room was cleaned/changed everyday. There was a smart tv in the room and tea/coffee facilities with a mini fridge. Thank you for giving the best service!

The hotel is very clean. It is located close to the main center, the river and the palace. I would recommend this hotel. The staff have limited English which I would expect as it is a foreign country. Do not take this for being unfriendly. It is merely communication issue but very manageable. The road outside is being redone so if you visit in the next couple of weeks just know you will be dropped off on the next road over. You have to cross the construction to get to the front door. It is not an issue but be aware. We were a little lost at first. There is a small green sign above the door. I would stay here again.

Although the hotel itself is clean and well located, with friendly staff - when booking, there was no indication from Expedia or the Hotel to inform us that there was massive road construction happening around the hotel - meaning excursion has to pick us up elsewhere, we were walking on broken pavement and cardboard just to get into the hotel and cars were unable to come up and down the street! So really wasn't the ideal situation for the trip so if you're looking to go anytime soon - maybe look for a hotel that's not in the middle of a construction site or book once it has been finished!

The hotel is in an AMAZING location, a short walk from the castle and the old town and a really nice stroll along the river to the Jewish Quarter. There are some great cafes on the street for breakfast (Gossip Cafe and Nap Nap Cafe) and the room was clean and comfortable. The only negative is that the rooms do not look as nice as the pictures but overall we had a good stay.

We absolutely loved our stay and thought it was more a 4 star than 3 hotel, the hotel rooms were gorgeous and staff on reception were rotated to be available 24 hours a day and each person we saw and spoke to was polite and so helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my recent stay at Hotel 32. The hotel is in a good location, around 10 minutes walk from the city centre and around a 2 minute walk from the Wisla river. The Wawel castle can be seen from the back of the hotel and is around a 5 minute walk. My room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. However if you are a light sleeper I would request a room at the back of the hotel as you may be disturbed by the trams that run past the front of the hotel, although it never bothered me. The staff are very helpful and nothing is too much bother. The hotel doesn't have a bar or restaurant but it is connected to the Sette restaurant next door. The restaurant serves an excellent buffet breakfast for those guests who have pre-booked it or you can just have it charged to your room. The restaurant also serves excellent pizzas and pasta amongst other dishes as well as having daily specials. Hotel guests also receive a 20% discount on their bill. I would certainly stay at the Hotel 32 if i visit Krakow again.

We stayed in the deluxe room on the 3rd floor. Room was really nice with 2 skylight windows, and a small window looking over the main road. The small window was a shame, as it was so small you couldn't really see out of it due to it being so low down to the floor and very small. The bathroom was excellent, very moden with a great shower. Wifi worked perfectly. As previous people have mentioned, rooms on the front, you will hear the trams. I'm a light sleeper, and i did have a few nights where the noise was pretty loud and this did stop me getting a good nights sleep.
