This is the ONLY hotel you should consider staying at in Krakow. It’s has something for everyone - bring your wife and kids. Bring your mistress when the wife and kids are at home. Bring a group of 17 for a stag do. The staff were friendly and very helpful, whether we needed help with the local culture or locating a missing person, they had it. Massive thank you to Natalya and Angelica, you were great and were both very understanding and very forgiving (huge apology about the sign)

Very disappointed with our stay. Upon arrival we found out that we won’t be able to park our car at the property. They only have 3 (THREE) parking spots available and all were already taken. The girl at the front desk seemed not to care about anything and said she didn’t think not having a place to park was a big deal.

Superb location, hotel staff can't help enough, clean and modern with superb facility's. We stayed Monday until Friday and had not 1 complaint, we honestly can't reccomend this hotel any more- if you are visiting Krakow this is a must stay hotel.

Lovely hotel nestled very close to Krakow main square (uber is approx £2.00) each way. £10 from the airport. Fantastic rooms, clean and have all the amenities. Quite frankly the best hotel breakfast for a city hotel I’ve ever had. Will come again.

We arrived late to find out our room had been overbooked , the hotel arranged another reservation to a nearby hotel but we still had to walk there

The hotel was very smart & clean. The staff always helpful. We had breakfast each morning, which is self service buffet with plenty of choice. Our stay was only 4 days, so didn't really experience the facilities to the full. But they have a bar & restaurant, a gym & pool table.

I had a 5 night stay here for work. It was very comfortable. Rooms aren’t huge, but are bigger than I’ve had in other parts of Europe. The WiFi was a little clunky at times but mostly worked. The gym was pretty well equipped and totally empty. Staff was friendly and helpful (especially the two folks working when I checked in). Was a little surprised that room service stopped early when I was trapped in my room in meetings one evening, but it’s a 5-10 minute walk to several decent options, and a 15 minute walk to the center of the old town, so easy to go find something.

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. It's in a very good location and we walked to all the visitor attractions. The hotel itself is very nice and very well looked after. Staff are pleasant and courtious but need a little training in some areas. Food is good and everything is nicely organised. Strangely a visitor cannot have a bill until its actually paid. Overall a good experience and we would stay again.

Stayed here for 6 days they had one really good receptionist called Natalia she was so helpful with maps and how you get about.
The room was nice and spacious however housekeeping is very hit and miss if they decide to clean your room.

The hotel was very clean with modern decoration. Nice patio area for drinks outside, perfect for the warm weather. Excellent service from all members of staff. Room was comfortable but not the most spacious. 1 plug did not work in the room, however there were several others so did not cause any issues. The mattress was slightly dipped on one side of the bed, however did not affect a good nights sleep. Hotel within walking distance from most attractions.
