Place is decent, good for an overnight stay if you are planning to keep driving. Only issues I had were - I made a reservation for adults, room had only one bath towel and one hand towel. The booking said kettle available bu there was no kettle available, which was a bummer because I was planning on making myself a tea in the morning. Room has a portable fan but no A/C

Hotel was clean and quiet. Very pleasant stay-only thing is that was missing was an in-room kettle & tea/coffee facilities and it would have been perfect. Also the hotel internet was a bit patchy. Didn't work on my phone (kept loading a blank page) but did work on my tablet. Also no English television channels. Overall a great stay.

We stayed here for two nights while seeing Leipzig. We chose this hotel because it was a short drive into Leipzig and it had free parking. It was a very comfortable, quiet room, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant menu was very good and reasonably priced.

This was a real treat staying in this hotel.
Right from the start, as the taxi turned into the driveway, there was a welcoming feeling. People must just like going there to eat as well (restaurant a part of the hotel). My room was spacious and well-appointed for just the night I was staying. Real work for hotel personell! The bed smelled good-mattress and pillow-! Crisp linens, LUV. Small selection of treats to tide one over if necessary. Bathroom clean and new! I came in just after sundown. The hotel is really only 10 minutes walk from the next train station but in the evening it is easy to lose bearings. The next morning I walked over to the station and took the train into the City. Very quick and efficient. I would definitely stay here again even though I have no car. Lovely location.

A average hotel set some way from anything in the central city area and entertainment.
Restaurant was pretty good, food was wholesome and delicious. Restaurant staff, the two girls, were above average, less could said for the restaurant manger who couldn't pour a beer, nor tried to remedy the situation for the rest of the night..very disappointing indeed and he sacked one of the girls in front of paying customers, that is not the done thing....Really felt sorry for the young lady as she was doing her best to keep a steady rock solid service to all guests....
Would I stay here again? Don't think so, I would prefer a more established hotel closer to the city centre.

This is a budget hotel way out in the suburbs of Leipzig. It is literally in a residential/industrial area. The hotel must have been used for some kind of housing for workers back in the 1970's or 80's. It just has a \"Soviet\" feel to it, which means concrete and bare walls. It is okay though. I have GPS and a car, and that was the only way to find it. Without it, you will probably spend a lot of time trying to find it. The tram is literally a 10 minute walk away.

We wanted- just a hotel to spend the night and that is what we got! Nothing bad, except climate controlled does not mean air conditioned which mattered during our stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms were very clean.

We were booked in as part of a group tour. Arrived to find (on an exceptionally warm day) that there is no air conditioning or fans - I guess not a problem outside of summer. Location is remote from downtown in a run-down industrial area - very near (all night) train tracks and otherwise grim scenery. 10-15 minute walk to tram that runs at 15 (or 30) min intervals. A woman alone might be uncomfortable. Pay internet access. Room very clean and breakfast good. If you only need to be in your room to sleep and want a budget hotel you could do worse.

Wir waren zu Buchmesse in Leipzig und haben uns im Astral Inn Hotel Leipzig sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war sauber und hatte eine angenehme Größe. Alles war sauber und das Frühstück für unsere Wünsche vollkommen ausreichend. Besonders hervorheben wollen wir die zuvorkommenden Mitarbeiter, die sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit waren.

Das Hotel an sich ist zum schlafen und duschen absolut in Ordnung. Wenn man mit der Bahn anreist, schreckt die Umgebung einen erstnal ab, da die Haltestelle von massig leerstehenden Ruinen umgeben ist. Die Menschen drumherum waren aber alle sehr nett und es war nicht so bengstigend wie zu erwarten. Von der Haltestelle Leutzsch Bahnhof muss man noch ca. 15 Minuten zum Hotel laufen.
Das Personal war sehr nett und wir durften bereits um 12 statt um 15 Uhr einchecken. Die Zimmer sind sehr simpel eingerichtet und waren sauber. Das einzige negative ist, dass die Lüftung im Bad sehr laut war und die Wände sehr dünn, sodass man jedes Wort der Nachbarn verstanden hat wenn man hingehört hat.
Für ein langes Wochenende, wie in unserem Fall für die Leipziger Buchmesse (ca. 30 Minuten mit einem Umstieg), ein optimales Hotel.

Unser Zimmer so quälend heiß, da half auch der bereitgestellte Ventilator nichts, keine Minibar ( hätte alles extra hinzugebucht werden müssen) ich weiß nicht ob das noch so zeitgemäß ist ? Es müsste alles mal aus dem 90ziger Jahre Märchenschlaf rausrenoviert werden Zimmer lag direkt über der Küche, also war das Lüften auch nur begrenzt möglich da wir ständig die Küchengerüche im Zimmer hatten, die ganze Nacht Techno Musik.

Nettes kleines Hotel, leider ohne Klima-Anlage. Das Gebäude ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, ich war bei über 30°C dort, das Zimmer war gut warm. Dusche war leider nicht so dolle, aber OK. Die Mitarbeiter super freundlich, das Restaurang war richtig gut mit regionaler Küche und guten Bier. Was will man nach einem langen Messetag mehr. Kurzer Weg ins warme Zimmer, nur 4km zum RB-Stadion. Für mich, für 1 Nacht, vollkommen OK. Das Frühstücksbuffet war OK.

Die Unterkunft ist auf eine kurze Beherbergung und Monteure ausgelegt. Die Betten sind wirklich ein Graus. Das Gebäude ist im Sommer extrem warm. Aber das Abendbrot im dazugehörigen Restaurant und die freundliche Bedienung hat uns auch mit der Tatsache das es nur für eine Nacht war milde gestimmt.

Hotel ricavato in un ex capannone industriale a 7 km dal centro di Lipsia. Esposto al sole e quindi caldissimo senza aria condizionata solo un piccolo ventilatore, pulizia approssimativa salvo solo le dimensioni della camera che era grande. In definitiva non consiglio l' hotel e di sicuro non ci tornerei.

Das Bett war sauber. Allerdings hatten wir sogenannte Schmetterlingsmücken im Zimmer, die sich in dreckigem Abwasser wohlfühlen. Habe ich in keinem Hotel bisher vorgefunden. Das Personal und der Service waren dagegen sehr gut. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig. Insgesamt war es OK. Die Umgebung sah nach ehemaligen Fabrikgelände aus. Nicht sehr einladend. Für 2 Nächte war es in Ordnung. Länger würde ich da nicht bleiben.
