The AC in the room was a little Shifty worked but like every 3 to 4 hours you had to turn it back on There was constant partying until 12:00 1:00 in the morning all around us, The pool is only open until 6:00 there is no hot tub it's a Whirlpool only. Very kid oriented.

Everything was great except the restaurant staff other than the amazing cook who kept checking on us the other staff made us feel like we were a burden on them if we had questions they were rude and rushing us to leave. We were still eating when they were taking plates from in front of us. We never ate at the sit down restaurant again. Make sure you have cash for washing because even though sign states go to office to get a wash card they will not help you and turn you away I was very disappointed in that. We followed what the signs said to do and were treated poorly for it. So make sure you are fully prepared and do not ask for help.

My wife and I stayed here while we were just spending a few nights in Rome we were drawn to the advertisement by the idea of having our own mini RV. It was a lot of fun the place was clean they have lots of amenities on site there's a gelato or ice cream bar by the pool there's a bar at the pool we didn't really do too much swimming at the pool because we're in offseason and is a little too cold for that it says that there's a hot tub the hot tub was not heated so not much of a hot tub personally but maybe it just wasn't turn on yet because it was off season. We enjoyed our stay we didn't get to use too much of the amenities as we were mostly just there for short-term just to look at really cool things in Rome but if you were to come out here camping like it seems like most of the locals do this is an awesome place and I highly recommend it we did have some Italian style pizza at the Pizzeria and it was good it actually was good but I don't really like Italian style pizza I prefer the American style and I know that kids going to get flock but that's the way it is we had a great time.

We loved the beautiful hills surrounding the park, the park was perfect for both kids and adults. There are several kids playgrounds, a bar, a market, gelateria, and 4 different places to eat. They are all within walking distance in the park, it’s clean, staff is friendly and the chalet we rented was clean, spacious and comfortable for our family of five. We are definitely staying there again on our visit to Rome!

The cabin was nicely equipped, clean, and comfortable. We appreciated the more out-of-town location for the quiet at the end of long days in the city. The two bedroom cabin was perfectly sized for our family of five. While only a few of the amenities on the property were open for the season, what was there (market, cafe) were great.

At first they gave us one that smelled strong like cat urine. I think I heard an animal in there. Then they changed it. They didnt offer to help with luggage. It was VERY difficult walking back and forth. Finally we got setteled and it was like home away from home. There are no shuttles and no hot tubs that are open. The main issue is it is TOO far from all the tourists spots. Take almost 2 hours by bus and the Metro and its ALOT if walking. I would rent a car if you stay here and want to see Famous landmarks.

The studio camping pod has electricity, its own bathroom and a fairly comfortable bed. The grounds are well taken care of we were there during the off season so the pool and a lot of the amenities were not open. They have a take away restaurant and a sit down restaurant both were very, a laundry on sit which is rare in Italy and a nice amenitiy. There is 24 hour security and a very helpful staff which a majority of them speak English which is a fairly rare thing in Italy. It is out of the city a bit however the bus has a stop about 50 meters away that you can get anywhere in the city it was very convenient. Overall this is a great place to stay the camping pods were very nice and simple and in the summer the resort would be fun with the pools and hot tubs.

The little studio cabins are clean with a toilet and shower. Unit is heated and air conditioned, the front porch has a small picnic table. The grounds were clean and nicely kept with a grocery store that was well stocked, a take away restaurant as well as a sit down restaurant food was good. The reception desk was very useful as they spoke pretty good English and were a big help with knowledge of the area

Realmente solo íbamos a dormir, pero tiene piscina y locales de comida que también se pueden disfrutar.
En general, teniendo en cuenta precio y calidad, está bien…
Lo único que deberían mejorar un poco la atención al cliente.

First, most important, the room and grounds were clean. The grocery store is compact but we'll stocked, meats, fresh fruit everything to cook meals and drinks. The bus to downtown Rome is couple hundred meters and pretty regular.

But, my room, the tv didn't work, the hairdryer fan didn't work it just heated up until it died, and no instructions to set the safe. Also as well stocked as the store is and as far from town, it would be nice to have at least a small microwave and kettle.

Overall nice, but amenities were not working or could be cheaply added. But I would stay again.

A nice little budget find with a good distance from Rome.

Good, spacious huts with 2 bathrooms and 5 beds, so a nice find for a larger family. A lovely, clean pool with fabulous staff engaging the children playing. Good facilities on site, absolutely charming staff in reception and over the site.

We were there off season so while slightly disappointed with the food and cocktail choices, think this was just the end of the season, so can’t complain too much. Same with the floors, which I’m sure will get deep cleaned over the winter. Lots of trees being chopped so getting woken up and getting around park a bit difficult too… but again, all problems with going off season.

Would definitely give it another go if returning in higher season, that pool would be incredible on a hot day and I’m sure the cocktails would have picked up by then!

The place was value for money. The place was far from central Rome, making it difficult to travel. I met some nice staff, yet the reception staff was difficult to communicate with. It was a beautiful place and peaceful. I did enjoy my stay, yet some services were hard to obtain.

Overall for the money paid for my stay, who can complain! Italy is a beautiful place, though the people can be highly stressed, as anywhere in the world.

Good choice in general and an amazing concept

The place is very nice. The problem is that some people do not respect the quiet hours and I don't think the personal goes around at the start to check that everything is ok. Two of my four nights, the next cabin people had really noisy parties going to 1am, the first time I had to go and scream for them to hear that it was already too late for the noise and the second time I ask security at the entrance to intervene and after 10 minutes they continue making some noise (less, but still a pain). Other than that, is a great place for locals or tourists from anywhere to spend a nice few days. My cabin in particular (as I didn't see the interior of any other) was well equipped and very clean. Very comfortable and for a good price. The personal in general is friendly but I don't think I saw anybody twice during these days (except the usual cleaning crew) and some of them looked tired and even by being friendly, some were not exactly helpful and took their time to solve anything, but again, seems reasonable as they have to work with hundreds of people in any single day. I visited also their Venice villa and that one was smaller and there everything was excellent. Is a great service and I hope I will stay again at any of their properties in the future.

They never come and check if it’s soap or no towels nothing I pay extra money $405 because they gave me a wrong house and I pay &60 taxes I don’t know why end I ask for a barbecue for one day I need to pay $10 dollars every day and I said no way end I stay 20 days very bad service and we have to pay for the laundry five euros to drive a clothes another for €50 end the machine taking your money it wasn’t working bad experience

It wasn't the cleanest but it is camping and the beds were amazing. The hot water was very limited so using the main shower building was nevessary. The restaurant charges a high table fee and the food was mediocre but walking to the local village is treacherous with no sidewalk on a busy road. It was a treck into the city so I wouldn't recommend if you're planning to visit Time each day. I was hoping to use the pool in the morning or evening but nope only open from 10 to 1800 so we missed it altogether. I'd stay here with kids for sure. Bring laundry detergent, they only had a massive bottle and in total to do 1 load was 15 Euro for soap and all.

Be ready to be eaten alive by mosquitoes.
Your linens were dirty when I arrived. Seemed to be a blood stain of some sort. Seems like you need better management and accommodation to detail. As I was showering I almost fell because the flooring was not sturdy as it should… big safety hazard. Not convenient for exploring city center. Ill say the food is good but not worth your stay. Think twice before booking.

We rented a 3 bedroom bungalow that was advertised as a 4 star complex. The bungalow was at best 1.5 star. In addition, it was not cleaned properly. We asked to be changed and they did. The next bungalow provided was a little better and we would rate it 2 star at best. Loud music playing to almost midnight did not make this a comfortable place to have a good nights sleep. We are a regular customer of Expedia and this property is falsely advertised as a 4 star and the photos do not depict reality. We would like a full refund or credit for our next trip, car rental or airline. Our 2 days at this Terrible Village was simply horrible. The pool area extremely crowded and so noisy. Front desk service could be much better. This is not a 4 star and I will never return to this place nor recommend it to anyone unless you are simply desperate.

Good choice for Rome

This place is around 1 hour from Rome downtown because of traffic. They have different kinds of rooms. Check exactly what you want. Inside the complex you can find a mini market, restaurants, ice cream places. It is safe and relaxing after a day in Rome. They have a lot of activities. Friendly staff.

這個是意大利一個像度假屋形式的村落，大約有250間獨立的木屋，居住價錢比在羅馬城市便宜，往返羅馬鬥獸場或者梵蒂岡可以乘搭巴士或火車，路程大約1小時至1小時15分鐘，由村落行出來大約10分鐘有巴士070或者079可以去到總站搭地鐵到羅馬城市，非常方便，又或者去海灘也是大約1小時，我喜歡這裏是因為我們喜歡自己煮食。

We were highly impressed by all the recreation team and all the amenities they had to offer. The kids mini club does such an amazing job with the kids. Our 2.5 year old had the best time of her life. Our accommodation was dirty and run down. Curtain pole wasnt connected fell and hit my head. Bathroom door would close. Holes in walls. Cob webs and dirt. Groups of men everywhere trying to talk to children. This happened to my daughter everyday all day. They would try and take photos with her say sexal things and do sexual things with there hand. This was happening to many young girls. They would sit around pool not getting into water just trying to talk to children. We complained but was told they couldnt do nothing as they have paid to be there and it happen s everything leaving me feeling shocked and unsafe for my daughter. My daughter didnt want to leave our accommodation and we tried to get earlier flights back fearing for her safety. The worker dpimg the computer for mudic on Saturday night also was doing the same to children including my daughter. It got worse on the weekend as more people arrived. There was no sunbeds available no room to get into pool. Theres balls being thrown around the pool all day. Including hard footballs not pool balls. I was hit in the face 5 times my partner was hit 3 times my sin was his 7 times. I also witnessed a baby get hit by a ball yet life guards allow it to continue

First impressions are lasting and our first impression of this property wasn't great. It ended up being okay but not our favorite place to stay.

Pros:
- Nice large swimming area
- The unit was roomy enough
- Not too far walk from the bus route
- Grocery store on property and the store has reasonable prices
- Each unit has it's own BBQ that can be used to cook
- There is laundry facilities on site

Cons
- Long line ups to check in (was unable to check in online because the website would not let us)
- We were put in a unit that was all the way on the other side of the property so we had to haul our luggage a long way
- They have extras but they all cost extra (like mini golf)
- The beds and pillows are hard and uncomfortable

Overall: This property is out of the way but the bus is close by. We took a tax but a taxi ride will cost about 60 euros to get here. After standing in the hot sun for about 15 minutes we were finally able to check in and then we had to walk another 15 minutes to get to our unit because it was at the other end of the property. I would recommend the property put people who did not drive at a spot closer to the front so they don't need to haul their suitecases so far on terrain the isn't so easy to travel on.

Was a great place to stay with awesome facilities. No need to go to supermarket as there is one there that has everything you need. Take away food was good especially the pizza. Loved the pools but they closed too early 7pm it should be 9pm. We had no car and a lot of luggage they put us in a far away cabin long walk with heavy luggage. Cabin was suitable but no tv and lots of ants in the room.

Had a fabulous stay here. The property has lots of amenities and is easy enough to get to. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the AC add extra comfort in the hot summer months. The pool areas have plenty of space and the bartenders were friendly. I’m only knocking one star off because the pool closes too early. Still recommend a visit to this resort!

I will make my review short here.

This place is far from anywhere, if you don't have a car, it's really not worth it.

Receptionist are unfriendly, their whatsapp don't work so basically everytime you need something, you need to walk to the reception area. The site is large and you need to walk everywhere.

Facilities are mostly good for children. Again, if you don't have children, this place is not worth it.

Cabin is very small. As international travellers we found it hard to open our luggages and move around freely in the cabin. Cabin itself is quite old and the floors are dusty.

Great dancing event for both children and adults though. I found it fun!

In conclusion, this place is worth to visit if you have small children and you're either Italian or Europeans who could bring your own car to this place. Or if you're a solo traveler looking for a place surrounded by nature, away from the city's crowds.
