It is my first camping trip. I don't like sleeping in tent and I am scared of animals and don't like bugs but this place felt like a resort more than an camping site. They had ao many food trucks, options to eat and even a market to shop and it is very close and with easy access to the main attraction to room. They called a taxi for me to take me to the airport and I was able to book turist attraction on site.

It was nice and clean and a good place to stay. The only flaw was that our front door did not lock. So we took valuables with us and just baracaded the door at night. Mostly tourists around, but you never know. Otherwise a very cute little spot to stay. Very good for the price.

NO AC in my unit. Dont recommend coming with out a car. I was placed in the 700s units and the walk back and fourth from entrance was awful. I asked if we could get help with the carts they are driving and was told they are not taxis. Bus rides to the coliseum was about 30m-1hr . Cheapest way to travel. Uber are really expensive. 15 min ride can easily by 50$ they do have a market and restaurants. Which are nice. But overall comfort wasnt great. The pool is also nice for the kids. Its budget friendly but keep those things in mind.

Interesting spot for cabin camping. There were ants in 2 of the 3 cabins we booked. The swimming pool closed at 7pm and didn't open until 10am so that was out for us. The cabins are CLOSE together and some of the neighbors were up late.

This is the worst place I have even been. We arrived after hauling our luggage to the far side of the campground at least 6 city blocks. The key worked very poorly and the door was hard to open. Inside this small camper like space was dirty and full of ants , the minute we placed our bags down they became covered by ants . There was urine on the wall behind the toilet. We left without staying even one night we were informed that we would not get a refund but it was bad enough we decided to cut our losses and leave anyway.

Well managed site. It was a great place to stay for 4 nights. Our family spent a couple of days on site and then used public transit to spend a couple of days in Rome. The glamping tent was clean and well suited for 4 people. The pools were well maintained.

We loved everything about this property! It's about 40 minutes by bus to Rome. Overall the location was great! The house we stayed in was very clean and perfect size for our family of 5 (all adults, no kids). It had all the amenities we could ask for including a market and restaurant.

We stayed for a few nights in one of the tents in May half term. Tent was well equipped with bathroom, kitchen and enough accommodation for six people.

Just be aware there is no way of securing the tent, therefore if you are staying in a tent don’t bring valuables as you will have to take them everywhere with you.

The site is about 40 euros in a taxi from Ciampino Airport, approximately 20 minutes away.

There is a bus route that runs outside to the subway about 8.5 euros per person for 24hrs use.

The location is in the middle of nowhere so would be better to have a hire vehicle but not necessary if you wish to stay at the resort.

The closest town takes about 20 minutes to walk to and there is no designated foot path. I walked to get the the pharmacy as my hayfever was bad and didn’t think of bringing antihistamines.

Overall the resort is clean and tidy and has everything on site. The pools are great, children’s club, playgrounds and kids activities.

The food offering isn’t the best as just unhealthy fried food stalls. There is an ice cream parlour, and pool bar/eatery. Plenty of sunbeds available all day long.

For check in remember to get a ticket number for the queuing system as it takes a while to be served. You can use the facilities upon arrival.

Overall the place is well orgsnised and great for kids. Great facilities and fab pools. The lodges themselves are basic but dont have a kettle or a toaster. There are also alot of ants. Great holiday though.

Overall, it was okay. However, there is no safe or secure place to store passports, money, and other valuables, so you end up carrying them with you all the time.

It was also a shame that there were no sun loungers provided with the tent, as they would have made it much more comfortable to relax outside.

The air conditioning in our tent didn’t work, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the swimming pools were excellent, and the market was very good, especially for fresh bread.

It’s definitely family-friendly, although it can be quite loud at times.

We reached earlier than the check-in time and requested for early check-in. But did not get any positive reply from the stuff on the time we can get in to our cottage. After booking I called the facility over phone and I requested them to get us a cottage closer to entry get as my wife has difficulty in walking and finally when we got the accommodation it was 20 minutes walk. The stuff denied for any closer cottage. Way to our cottage was not fully paved and carrying our heavy luggage was challenging.

As we checked in we found that the water heater does not work, the countertop stove also does not work. Eventually they fixed the heater but had to change the stove. But we lost our valuable quality time.

In our 5 night stay front office denied to provide any extra garbage bags other than the initial ones.

AC/ heater works but dose not have any duct in bed rooms. Toilet and Bath rooms are too crampy. too tight to fit a healthy adult.

Three consecutive nights we have noisy neighbour who were drinking and talking even after quiet time.

The convenience store inside the property was great but should open till 10pm.

The resort stuff insist you to wear the arm band all the time and those bands once worn needs to cut open. Those bands may cause severe safety issue if gets caught with anything.

The AC in the room was a little Shifty worked but like every 3 to 4 hours you had to turn it back on There was constant partying until 12:00 1:00 in the morning all around us, The pool is only open until 6:00 there is no hot tub it's a Whirlpool only. Very kid oriented.

Everything was great except the restaurant staff other than the amazing cook who kept checking on us the other staff made us feel like we were a burden on them if we had questions they were rude and rushing us to leave. We were still eating when they were taking plates from in front of us. We never ate at the sit down restaurant again. Make sure you have cash for washing because even though sign states go to office to get a wash card they will not help you and turn you away I was very disappointed in that. We followed what the signs said to do and were treated poorly for it. So make sure you are fully prepared and do not ask for help.

My wife and I stayed here while we were just spending a few nights in Rome we were drawn to the advertisement by the idea of having our own mini RV. It was a lot of fun the place was clean they have lots of amenities on site there's a gelato or ice cream bar by the pool there's a bar at the pool we didn't really do too much swimming at the pool because we're in offseason and is a little too cold for that it says that there's a hot tub the hot tub was not heated so not much of a hot tub personally but maybe it just wasn't turn on yet because it was off season. We enjoyed our stay we didn't get to use too much of the amenities as we were mostly just there for short-term just to look at really cool things in Rome but if you were to come out here camping like it seems like most of the locals do this is an awesome place and I highly recommend it we did have some Italian style pizza at the Pizzeria and it was good it actually was good but I don't really like Italian style pizza I prefer the American style and I know that kids going to get flock but that's the way it is we had a great time.

We loved the beautiful hills surrounding the park, the park was perfect for both kids and adults. There are several kids playgrounds, a bar, a market, gelateria, and 4 different places to eat. They are all within walking distance in the park, it’s clean, staff is friendly and the chalet we rented was clean, spacious and comfortable for our family of five. We are definitely staying there again on our visit to Rome!

The cabin was nicely equipped, clean, and comfortable. We appreciated the more out-of-town location for the quiet at the end of long days in the city. The two bedroom cabin was perfectly sized for our family of five. While only a few of the amenities on the property were open for the season, what was there (market, cafe) were great.

At first they gave us one that smelled strong like cat urine. I think I heard an animal in there. Then they changed it. They didnt offer to help with luggage. It was VERY difficult walking back and forth. Finally we got setteled and it was like home away from home. There are no shuttles and no hot tubs that are open. The main issue is it is TOO far from all the tourists spots. Take almost 2 hours by bus and the Metro and its ALOT if walking. I would rent a car if you stay here and want to see Famous landmarks.

The studio camping pod has electricity, its own bathroom and a fairly comfortable bed. The grounds are well taken care of we were there during the off season so the pool and a lot of the amenities were not open. They have a take away restaurant and a sit down restaurant both were very, a laundry on sit which is rare in Italy and a nice amenitiy. There is 24 hour security and a very helpful staff which a majority of them speak English which is a fairly rare thing in Italy. It is out of the city a bit however the bus has a stop about 50 meters away that you can get anywhere in the city it was very convenient. Overall this is a great place to stay the camping pods were very nice and simple and in the summer the resort would be fun with the pools and hot tubs.

The little studio cabins are clean with a toilet and shower. Unit is heated and air conditioned, the front porch has a small picnic table. The grounds were clean and nicely kept with a grocery store that was well stocked, a take away restaurant as well as a sit down restaurant food was good. The reception desk was very useful as they spoke pretty good English and were a big help with knowledge of the area

Nos quedamos allí en septiembre, estuvo bien, pero el aire no funcionaba y según ellos fueron a arreglarlo, pero nunca se arregló.
Realmente solo íbamos a dormir, pero tiene piscina y locales de comida que también se pueden disfrutar.
En general, teniendo en cuenta precio y calidad, está bien…
Lo único que deberían mejorar un poco la atención al cliente.

First, most important, the room and grounds were clean. The grocery store is compact but we'll stocked, meats, fresh fruit everything to cook meals and drinks. The bus to downtown Rome is couple hundred meters and pretty regular.

But, my room, the tv didn't work, the hairdryer fan didn't work it just heated up until it died, and no instructions to set the safe. Also as well stocked as the store is and as far from town, it would be nice to have at least a small microwave and kettle.

Overall nice, but amenities were not working or could be cheaply added. But I would stay again.

A nice little budget find with a good distance from Rome.

Good, spacious huts with 2 bathrooms and 5 beds, so a nice find for a larger family. A lovely, clean pool with fabulous staff engaging the children playing. Good facilities on site, absolutely charming staff in reception and over the site.

We were there off season so while slightly disappointed with the food and cocktail choices, think this was just the end of the season, so can’t complain too much. Same with the floors, which I’m sure will get deep cleaned over the winter. Lots of trees being chopped so getting woken up and getting around park a bit difficult too… but again, all problems with going off season.

Would definitely give it another go if returning in higher season, that pool would be incredible on a hot day and I’m sure the cocktails would have picked up by then!

The place was value for money. The place was far from central Rome, making it difficult to travel. I met some nice staff, yet the reception staff was difficult to communicate with. It was a beautiful place and peaceful. I did enjoy my stay, yet some services were hard to obtain.

Overall for the money paid for my stay, who can complain! Italy is a beautiful place, though the people can be highly stressed, as anywhere in the world.

Good choice in general and an amazing concept

The place is very nice. The problem is that some people do not respect the quiet hours and I don't think the personal goes around at the start to check that everything is ok. Two of my four nights, the next cabin people had really noisy parties going to 1am, the first time I had to go and scream for them to hear that it was already too late for the noise and the second time I ask security at the entrance to intervene and after 10 minutes they continue making some noise (less, but still a pain). Other than that, is a great place for locals or tourists from anywhere to spend a nice few days. My cabin in particular (as I didn't see the interior of any other) was well equipped and very clean. Very comfortable and for a good price. The personal in general is friendly but I don't think I saw anybody twice during these days (except the usual cleaning crew) and some of them looked tired and even by being friendly, some were not exactly helpful and took their time to solve anything, but again, seems reasonable as they have to work with hundreds of people in any single day. I visited also their Venice villa and that one was smaller and there everything was excellent. Is a great service and I hope I will stay again at any of their properties in the future.

They never come and check if it’s soap or no towels nothing I pay extra money $405 because they gave me a wrong house and I pay &60 taxes I don’t know why end I ask for a barbecue for one day I need to pay $10 dollars every day and I said no way end I stay 20 days very bad service and we have to pay for the laundry five euros to drive a clothes another for €50 end the machine taking your money it wasn’t working bad experience

It wasn't the cleanest but it is camping and the beds were amazing. The hot water was very limited so using the main shower building was nevessary. The restaurant charges a high table fee and the food was mediocre but walking to the local village is treacherous with no sidewalk on a busy road. It was a treck into the city so I wouldn't recommend if you're planning to visit Time each day. I was hoping to use the pool in the morning or evening but nope only open from 10 to 1800 so we missed it altogether. I'd stay here with kids for sure. Bring laundry detergent, they only had a massive bottle and in total to do 1 load was 15 Euro for soap and all.

Be ready to be eaten alive by mosquitoes.
Your linens were dirty when I arrived. Seemed to be a blood stain of some sort. Seems like you need better management and accommodation to detail. As I was showering I almost fell because the flooring was not sturdy as it should… big safety hazard. Not convenient for exploring city center. Ill say the food is good but not worth your stay. Think twice before booking.

We rented a 3 bedroom bungalow that was advertised as a 4 star complex. The bungalow was at best 1.5 star. In addition, it was not cleaned properly. We asked to be changed and they did. The next bungalow provided was a little better and we would rate it 2 star at best. Loud music playing to almost midnight did not make this a comfortable place to have a good nights sleep. We are a regular customer of Expedia and this property is falsely advertised as a 4 star and the photos do not depict reality. We would like a full refund or credit for our next trip, car rental or airline. Our 2 days at this Terrible Village was simply horrible. The pool area extremely crowded and so noisy. Front desk service could be much better. This is not a 4 star and I will never return to this place nor recommend it to anyone unless you are simply desperate.
