Spa is a community center. Didnt use it because they wanted to keep my passport. Couldnt get a refund even though I paid extra for it. The reason was for the locker and the locker is mandatory. The buffet was cheap and lacked options. The people at the restaurant located within the community center were cold, rude and unhelpful. Impression left was that they didnt want tourists. We speak Italian and they were still cold compared to the warmth and hospitality we are used to in Italy. The door between the two places was broken making it slightly difficult to commute. The distance is short. We appreciated our room being ready, but towels had an awful smell. They smelled like they were put back wet. The air conditioner is controlled by front desk. Breakfast was a tiny extra smell crossant, a apple, juice box and bottle of water. There was one small bottle of water per person in a room. We just used the room one night to wait for our flight. I booked because fhe spa gave us something to do. Instead I watched my downloaded netflix shows. Tv only has italian channels. I would not suggest this hotel for a lay over unless it is the cheapest you can find.

Hotel All Time Relais & Sport in Rome offers modern, well-appointed rooms with contemporary decor and comfortable amenities. However, the staff was not very informative and did not mention any of the amenities upon arrival. The hotel is quite far from the center of Rome, which might be inconvenient for those wanting to explore the city's main attractions. Additionally, the amenities are shared with the public and are not exclusive to hotel guests. Despite these drawbacks, the location provides good public transport connections.

The property and staff were wonderful! And I loved the gym, spa, and cafe next door! The front desk staff spoke english, and the breakfast was excellent.

Only trouble was as expected...the location...it's a bus to the metro to get to downtown, mostly 2 metro rides...so each day was a bit of a slog. Limited food within walking distance of the hotel, but it met our needs. The neighborhood looked worse to American eyes (unkept yards, graffiti) than I expect it actually was. But, that meant it was half the price or lower from city center properties

Elegant and quality breakfast

Perfect in all aspects. Parking place free im front of the Hotel, great facilities. It's not new but is still very modern and classy.
Very good breakfast, very kind staff. Easy to reach , city cebter is just 20 kins by car. I'll be back there when ill be in Rome flying from both Ciampino and Fiumicino.

The worst 4 stars hotel I’ve ever visit.
1.No coffee/tea/hot water in room
2. No iron in room ( and not in the entire hotel)
3. All SPA /pool.. facilities are outside the hotel (2-3 minutes walking)
4. The location is in middle of nowhere.
5. Excluding one nice lady , the front desk young stuff are not in the mood to give service
6.breakfast is poor, no fruits/vegetables at all ..

Do not go there, no matter what.

This property while very nice is FAR away from legit anything worth while unless you have a car. I enjoyed being countryside but felt trapped. We stayed at the hotel the entire stay besides leaving once to find cigarettes which are impossible to purchase in that area. We did love the free spa! Food at the restaurant and pool were very nice. However this was not a sound proof room so we heard everything and every guest. I would stay here again, but would definitely rent a car or simply make a day trip out to relax and then go to Rome’s city center.

Would like to start with local area, roads around this place weren’t paved for ages, if you are renting a car make sure to buy a tire coverage.
Directly across the street from the hotel you can find trash and abandoned buildings, next to the hotel you can enjoy a gas station.
Room was a little bit small, but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really good.
Pool, spa (was under renovation) and gym are actually local fitness club. Those facilities aren’t exclusively for the hotel quests.
WIFI was very slow, used hotspot from my cellphone.
During booking process selected “pay later” option offered by hotels.com (higher rate), was charged immediately 50% by the hotel, customer representative form the hotels.com explained that this is a hotel’s policy, not sure why this option even available...

Gorgeous hotel inside blending classic Italy with modern furnishings. Awesome spa and sauna. From airports need taxi, or if your arrival/departures are midday then just take terravision bus to Termini from airports, then go downstairs and buy metro subway tickets 1.5 euro each from machine to Palasport/Laurentina station. Use the same metro ticket after getting off at Palasport and take bus 708 from small shopping plaza next to the subway station to the hotel. Only downside is 708 only comes every 30 minutes some days. Better to have rental car to airports and seeing Rome, but parking onsite may be limited now due to additional renovations. Check with hotel staff.

The hotel was nice and the fitness center was great and the pool. But it is not part of the hotel. It is a complex next door to the hotel it is very nice the gym is a full fitness center and if your into working out this is the best hotel gym you will ever get. The area does not have a lot but the rail line is a 10 minute walk and it will take you to downtown Rome. It was a good location after we figured out how to get the train. Great sushi place less than a block away other than that there is not a lot of bars or stores around close by.

Helpful staff but a bus, metro trip to Rome and the over ground train to the beaches near by in all 90 plus minutes of traveling. Bring your own tennis rackets if you want to play....

Decent hotel but quite far from the centre of Rome

Not too great! Came here expecting a lot of leisure facilities, unfortunately we only had access to a small pool which was about 5ft deep. Due to maintenance work we had no lane swimming pools, sauna, jacuzzi all which were advertised in Expedia.
Hotel transportation services was non existent and the location was middle of nowhere.
It was fairly clean and the breakfast was average.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Modern, clean rooms with free Wi-Fi. Rooms are very small for North American Standards, but really good for European standards. Great selection at breakfast with fresh fruit and pastries. Would stay here again.
Not a lot to see in the neighborhood ... but the sports/recreation complex next door is great. Took advantage of the swimming pools. Again very friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant/bar is associated with the sports complex. Had a few drinks here .... they came with great snacks and were very reasonably priced.

City break to Rome

Hotel was nice but for exploring the city we had to catch a bus outside the hotel. Then a metro. Each trip was a 60 minute journey which was somewhat annoying and could have been our fault for not looking in to things. Fro the city back to the hotel ranged from 20 to 40 euros in a taxi as the metro stops running close to midnight. The area surrounding the hotel is very run down and doesn't feel overly safe.

The hotel itself was nice. Rooms nice and clean and modern although the the \"delux\" room we had felt a little small (again personal experience). The gym facilities were great (one of the main reasons for choosing the hotel). There is no where in or around the hotel to have an evening meal which was a tad irritating.

Was on business trip and since was looking for a hotel with decent gym and fitness premises. Breakfast could be better but location is quiet the place is clean.

Beds could be a bit more comfortable though, got twin beds which were a bit tiny.

The hotel is very comfortable with spacious rooms and the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The cleaning service was also excellent.

It is a fair distance from the centre of Rome but as we were staying for over a week and don't mind the odd bus ride that wasn't a problem for us. Once you've done the bus and metro trip into Rome once or twice it's actually very easy to get in and out and we never waited long for a bus.

The only thing that disappointed us about the hotel was the leisure facilities which is a big part of why we booked that hotel. The swimming pool, spa, restaurant/pizzeria and gym etc. is not actually onsite at the hotel and is in the leisure centre next door to the hotel. You do get free access to much of it but it's open to the public and the swimming pool is always busy with locals doing lengths, which takes away from the holiday atmosphere. We also didn't get to go in the outdoor pool as it wasn't opened whilst we were there, despite good weather.

Also, there are no tea or coffee facilities inside the rooms and when I went to get a cup of tea from the restaurant next door, they wouldn't let me take the tea myself but instead follwed me to my room with the tray just so that they could charge an extra 6 euros for room service!

Aside for those minor points, the hotel was brilliant. The bed was comfy and the room air conditioned and if you had the window shut it was very quiet and peaceful. Again, the staff were amazing and spoke flawless English.

We thought it would be closer to the airport as it came up in a search for 'airport hotels'. It was a 50 euro, 20 minute ride. The staff was very nice, very helpful. The hotel lobby was not bad if just a bit dated. It smelled a bit smoky but that may be a function of its age and the fact that it's in Europe where smoking is tolerated in public space. Rooms were clean and comfortable, obviously more recently updated. Free mini bar was a great touch but a mini bottle of wine would have been a nice touch, especially given that you're in Italy! The minibar included just water and a little bottle of Coke. The included breakfast was excellent. Overall, Relais served its purpose for our layover stay - it was good but not great. To the positive, the staff were excellent!

Hidden gem of a hotel

My wife and I passed a very enjoyable long (4 night) weekend here. First impressions were very good with the room appearing exactly as in the photos, the facilities were very comfortable clean and a wee could have asked for. We were coming at this from the point of view of a cheap weekend away so we're pleasantly surprised. Getting to Rome to see the sights was relatively easy. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel with a regular service to the local train station which takes about 5 mins then you are about 15mins from the centre with one change. The buffet breakfast was more than adequate and there are local shops and a very good restaurant within 10 mins walk of the hotel.

Great hotel, clean, excellent value for money

Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast and very fresh food, sheets/towels changed daily, lovely comfy mattress, cool air conditioning, local pub/restaurant Mr Kite (opposite hotel) has anazing food in the evenings after 8pm, don't be put off by the outside graffiti etc- wonderful friendly young staff too! We really appreciated the huge and well equipped gym next door and the pool !

They hadn't opened the sports part of the hotel, and it was still under construction, so that was a bit of a misnomer. Rooms were clean. But the hotel is in the absolute middle of nowhere, and you have to have a car to get anywhere. Cab fares were outrageous. Wouldn't stay here again.

Staff was very helpful, and the room was small but clean. Access to sports facility included, but not very welcoming. The hotel hallways are very noisy, and the walls are fairly thin. Considering the small size of the room, unfortunately, there was very little common space available. The common space furniture was uncomfortable and limited.

Upscale at a good price but a bit hard to find

Friendly, fast check in with knowledgeable English-speaking staff. The hotel & the room had a modern feel to it, i.e. recently remodeled bathrooms. Fairly close to the airport with a gas station right next door in case you need to fill up that rental car before returning it. (Word of warning though: fill up the night before while the station is still open! They aren't open early in the morning..).

Really quiet hotel with excellent amenities (especially indoor and outdoor pools), although some of them in renovation. The hotel is quite hard to find, and requires scooter/car to take the most of its location (between central Rome and the Sea). Big and all natural product breakfast for free.

Great hotel but far from central

This hotel has friendly English speaking staff who made us very welcome. The rooms were apartment like, minibar was free and restocked daily and bathroom was very good especially the shower. The breakfast was very good for continental standards - branded cereals. We didnt use the leisure facilities so cannot conment. The downside to this hotel is there is no on site restaurant = no room service. Local restaurants and cafes close early around 9pm, and the neighbour can be 'rough'. The location is far from central Rome, 30 min bus journey to Metro station, then 20 min metro journey. Bus stop is right outside which is good. Would still highly recommend if prepared to travel on public transport on a daily basis.

The hotel looks new and rooms are very neat and clean. Free WIFI, free mini bar are nice. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast is nice.
The only negative point is that the traffic is not very convenient. You need to take a bus for 20 minutes, then get to the subway. Subway around 9 stops to central Roma.

Nice simple, clean hotel. Good for business conferences but as it is a 20 minute bus journey and 15 minutes on the tube to the centre of Rome, not ideal for a short sightseeing break. Lacks many facilities that should be included in a 4 star hotel such as a bar, restaurant/cafe to use in the day. Pool access was denied for the majority of the day as it is actual a public pool. Would not recommend.

Best choice of hotel in case of bad weather....

Unfortunately, we had really bad weather in May and could not spend as much time out as we wanted. this great hotels gives you access to their fitness club next door as well as sauna and swimming pool. The room is a bit small but very pleasant with very unusual but decorative interior (boutique hotel like). But the best of all: If you are lucky and have Daniela at the reception you will fall in love with this charming and warm-hearted young lady. This was our best hotel stay in the whole holiday in Italy. Enjoy and best regards to Daniela! PS:

Great personalized service, but make sure you have a car

All time Relais is a modern, european hotel. It features free, high-speed (gigabit) internet access and satellite TV. The staff is capable and eager to ensure every guest need is met. The gym an pool facilities are beyond what you'd find at a similar hotel.

Unfortunately, there are no dining facilities on the property. The selection of nearby restaurants was severely limited, necessitating the use of a taxi or walking quite a distance to find a meal.

the hotel itself was nice, though it was obviously a business hotel. the breakfasts were lovely, the biggest disappointment, however, was that THERE WAS NO BAR IN THE HOTEL! Also, the restaurant (cafe) only served food until 7.30pm which wasnt acceptable. Do not go to this hotel if your holiday plan is to eat, drink, or see rome, as it takes a very unreliable bus service AND a metro to get into the centre of rome. Overall, nice hotel, though no alcohol, but stuck in the middle of nowhere.

viaggio spesso a Roma é questo é sicuramente tra gli Hotel che mi sento di raccomandare, stanza pulita, personale cortese pronto ad esaudire le richieste degli ospiti, complimenti a tutti coloro che lavorano in questa struttura, per concludere la colazione é davvero ben fornita.

camera fredda con nessuna possibilita di accensione allo spalti con temperatura riscaldata perche centralizzato e fino a novembre non cambiano modalità.

Revoir le déjeuné d urgence pour cette hotel,revoir hygiène chambre mur sale, drap avec des trous et mêmes le rideaux, salle de bain pas assez de lumières pour se maquiller, prévoir une location voiture car transport en commun difficile pour rejoindre la plage ou centre ville de rome, attention aux moustiques et les addictions des restaurants a Rome, bref il vont pas 4 etoiles.

albergo posto in una sona molto verde di Roma, tranquilla e comodo se hai necessità di stare in zona Eur…un po’ scomodo per andare in centro ma nel complesso struttura molto valida per famiglie. Ottima la colazione.

체그아웃시 추가결재있었고 지금 이중결재가 아닌지 확인중임.
역시 글로벌한 숙박시설에 갈 필요성을 느낌

Zona tranquilla vicino a tutti i servizi. Hotel principalmente business. Ottimo il fatto di avere il parcheggio, cosa rara a Roma. Personale in reception cordiale. Caldo atroce in camera con aria spenta, non si e' risolto nemmeno con aria condizionata accesa, anzi...
Le pulizie iniziano la mattina molto presto, e sembra che entrino nelle stanze con i trattori, suggerirei di essere un po' piu' delicati, perche' forse c'e' anche chi prova a riposare.

Vi ville ha ett extra täcke då dubbel säng bara har ett stort, vi fick det aldrig utan fick ta ett själva i förrådet och städerskan tog det TRE gånger av oss fast vi sa till att vi ville ha det.
Väldigt otrevligt bemötande av receptionen när vi påpekade detta
Frukosten är mest kakor och bullar, äggen är kalla och gröna
Kaffet får du inte ta själv
Vi köpte en vaskrens för ert blev stop i handfatet, den snodde städerskan
Poolen stängde för dåligt väder, regnade på morgonen men sen 30 grader och sol men stängd hela dagen och då hotellet är uppdelat i hotell och spa område så finns det ingenstans att vara och sola på hotell området då vi inte heller hade balkong vi bytte till detta pga pool.
Närmsta affär 1 km, transport till rom stad är krångligt går ingen rak buss
Lyhört, tvn hade ljud till och från
Är ett tomt område hotellet ligger i med övergivna byggnader
Poolområdet är allmänt för alla och man måste ha badmössa i poolen

Plus för spa delen som är fin och bra gym, se bara till att ni valt till det innan annars kostar det extra
