The staff were fantastic, except one day they forgot to clean the room. The AC never worked properly, my shower was full of ants one morning (and no, I wasn't eating an ice cream while showering!), the pool was down the entire time and that was the reason I chose this hotel, for their beautiful big pool. The place was dilapidated and is in need of major renovations. It was, at best, a 2 star establishment.

Their service was amazing. The host that host (male) we met there on the night of July 12th made us dinner even though everything was closed at we arrived after midnight. What a classy guy and what a classy establishment. We will already look at staying there next year when we visit Rome next year..

Horrible, we were eaten alive by Mozzy’s, the website says bus to the airport but this is only available in daily hours. Booked a taxi and the hotel took a cut, and over charged us. Dirt all up the walls

Need updates badly.

The hotel was properly was nice when it first opened up, but it is very outdated now. There was a leak from the toilet and the beds were not comfortable. There was cobwebs in the ceiling.

One good thing is the breakfast and the soccer games played by the players that were staying at the property.

This is an old property which would need lots of maintenance and renovation.
Wi-fi connection was not available for the outbuilding and it was impossible to get things fixed for the entire week.
The pool is a nice place where enjoying sun, but it is open to external users, therefore can be crowded and noisy.
Strongly not recommended to have dinner at the hotel's restaurant, very expensive and poor quality.

It’s a cool unique property that caters to soccer teams three pools you can only use two, gym is very old and outdated, resteraunt on site very expensive so so food, ac barley works in the rooms👎, entire place needs updating, cab rides downtown or anywhere of interest are a minimum of $50 both ways, this is on the outskirts of town .... definitely not a 4 star hotel or anywhere close, if you are American and want ac find a 4/5 star hotel closer to downtown where you can walk places

The property has everything what we need, free parking, free breakfast, free Wi-Fi, and also standard size swimming pool , gym, and restaurant! Plus, the front desk gentleman was very very nice and friendly who guided us to the room and kindly helped us to switch to another room, provided very helpful information about dinning and others. The only issue is that some rooms may need upgrade. Overall, it was a good and relax staying here.

Night before flying out from Fiumicino

We drove to this hotel and spent the night before our flight. We chose it because of parking , free WiFi and free breakfast. Nice hotel with lots of summer outdoor activities ( nice pool , soccer field and tennis courts). We had a 4 people room . Was nice size and had 2 full bathrooms. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Good choice for breakfast in the morning . There is a restaurant in the premises . Would go back and would recommend to friends and family .

Good hotel at good price.

Stayed for a soccer combine. Fields are right at hotel so very convenient and price was great. Not a new hotel but it was clean and comfortable. The food at restaurant was good. Front desk very helpful. Not much around, quiet. About 30 min. from FCO.
Taxi is about 40 euro. Not sure how close to all the attractions in Rome, though.
If going to see Rome attractions you would want to stay where you can walk to everything.

Not a visitor friendly stay

when we arrived a mens soccer team was at the hotel. It was clear right from the start we were unwelcome at the hotel. Almost an inconvenience feeling. They placed us as far away from everything as possible. Wasn't a great place to stay!

Struttura vecchia sicuramente da ristrutturare. Ho chiesto di cambiare la prima camera che ci avevano assegnato perché era fredda e il water perdeva acqua da sotto e il grado di pulizia era scadente. La seconda camera più comoda ma un forte odore di fogna si percepiva dentro il bagno. La colazione davvero deludente. Cornetti non freschi ma decongelati, varietà dei cibi scarsa. Il sabato sera ho avuto difficoltà a parcheggiare l’auto perché i posti occupati dai clienti del ristorante aperto anche al pubblico esterno. Sicuramente non tornerò in questa struttura.

Très agréable hotel à quelques kilomètres du centre de Rome. Lieu au calme avec des espaces verts et des piscines pour rendre l'air moins chaud. Chambre spacieuse, calme, très confortable, même si un petit rafraichissement serait bien venu. Le petit déjeuner est un point qu'il faudrait revoir compte tenu du prix.

Siamo stati nella struttura glicine, bella stanza al primo piano, pulita, con lenzuola e asciugamani cambiati ogni giorno e, in generale, la sensazione di entrare in una stanza in cui viene dedicato del tempo alla pulizia ogni giorno. La struttura nel complesso meriterebbe un po’ più di cura nei piccoli ciuffi d’erba che crescono alla base dei muri, ma è comunque una piccolezza solo estetica rispetto ad un personale davvero gentile e disponibile, ad un hotel con colazione abbondante e di qualità, ristorante buono, palestra, piscina e anche campo da calcio. Parcheggio comodo e che consente a tutti di parcheggiare tranquillamente, zona super silenziosa.

La struttura ha moltissimo potenziale. É dotata di palestra piscina e campi di calcio. Dovrebbe migliorare la manutenzione perché la camera aveva la porta dell'armadio rotta e il gancio della tenda staccato dal muro. Anche le prese di corrente erano in cattivo stato e alcune non funzionanti. Per il resto la mia recensione é positiva perché la camera era grande e il letto comodo. La camera era dotata di televisione satellitare. Il personale é gentilissimo e il servizio di colazione buono. Con un po' di manutenzione sarebbe una struttura favolosa

La struttura molto carina, se effettuano molta più manutenzione alla struttura meriterebbe molto di più. Le stanze (come tutta la struttura) hanno bisogno di essere pittate e rimesse apposto, stanze non pulite benissimo, colazione buona. Personale cordiale. Da un hotel 4 stelle ci saremmo aspettati qualcosa di più e sicuramente uno stato di conservazione più adeguato. Necessità sicuramente di una soddisfacente ristrutturazione e una maggiore attenzione nei particolari (come, ad esempio, l'impianto idraulico del bagno - vedi foto). Ritengo che non bastino frigobar e pacchetto SKY per giustificare una classificazione con 4 stelle.

In viaggio con famiglia, ero già stato in passato in questo hotel e devo ammettere che c'eravamo trovati molto bene, per cui ho deciso di prenotare nuovamente per una notte.
Purtroppo con mio rammarico, non ho trovato la stessa cordialità e soprattutto la stessa stanza... che si è mostrata sporca e con macchie di muffa in bagno.

All arrivo televisore non funziona manca il telecomando, ci assicurano che al rientro ci sarebbe stato il telecomando ma noi siamo rientrati alle 23,30 ma il telecomando non c' era abbiamo dovuto aspettare il portiere di notte che dopo un po e' arrivato con un telecomando ma le reti rai non siamo riuscite a vederle.
Il letto pessimo presentava dei 2 buchi sull imbottitura davvero pessimo, in 1 hotel a 2 stelle sarebbe stato tutto nella norma ma in 4 stelle e' vergognoso camera G24

Viaje de vacaciones, con la familia, ultimo dia en Roma, el hotel esta en malas condiciones, el cuarto estaba a medio limpiar, encontramos periodico debajo de la cama y pedazos de pan por la ventana, lo unico conveniente es que esta cerca del aereopuerto y ofrecen desayuno y parqueo de lo contrario esta muy lejos del centro de Roma y si no tienes auto no puedes transportate facilmente.

Struttura fatiscente e mal gestita, in camera coperta con buco e porta finestra che dava sull’esterno al piano terra che non si chiudeva, luce centrale della stanza non funzionante (solo quelle dei comodini), materassi di una scomodità mia vista prima, colazione di base e di scarsa qualità.
L’unica cosa positiva è stata la grande e ben tenuta piscina.

Vi ville ha ett hotell nära flygplatsen då vi landade sent. Lite svårt att hitta i mörkret och inga trevliga kvarter att köra runt i på natten. Väldigt trång parkering. Poolen verkade schysst men vi hann inte nyttja den. Väldigt serviceinriktad personal som utan knot fixade ett par mackor runt midnatt för en överkomlig slant. Frukosten var ganska urplockad men inte sämre än många andra hotell vi bott på. Omodernt men rent. Privat fest (som det verkade) i trädgården men det störde inte oss på rummet, snarare bara ett trevligt inslag.

Aspettative deluse. Camera collocata a piano terra senza serrande ai vetri con luci esterne che illuminavano la camera a giorno. Appena intiepidita e senza reale riscaldamenti. Colazione improponibile, scarsa quantità e qualità.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel. La chambre était correcte. La piscine est super. Par contre le petit déjeuner est plutôt 2 étoiles que 4 étoiles. Et la taxe de séjour est exhorbitante : 36 euros pour 3 nuits pour 2 adultes.
L'hôtel est un peu loin du métro, 30 minutes le 1er matin pour le rejoindre en voiture, beaucoup de bouchon, puis trouver un stationnement n'est pas facile. En décalant l'horaire le 2eme jour c'était mieux. Rome est magnifique
