Room is very clean, decent size with the money I paid. Staff is very friendly. Dafne helped me with my checking-in, checking out, smooth, quick. She also helped me packing breakfast while we were on a rush to tour. I didn’t pay attention on the shops nearby, but the location is only 2 or 3 minutes away. They have free breakfast with fresh squeezed juice. It would take less than 15 minutes to get to La Rambla.

It was great until I saw a cockroach. I guess it's to be expected near a subway when there's food in the units? But other than that, it was really clean. Other issues: The people in the unit next to me had a house party one night, that was loud. And the hotel charged me for a coffee that I took away in my own disposable cup right after I finished breakfast that I had paid for. The only reason I took the coffee was because I had to check out and I didn't have time to sit there and drink it! As it was, I checked out 30 min late. It had been a noisy night...

We chose this hotel because it offers the benefits of a small apartment - especially a kitchen. It turned out to be excellent as a hotel in every respect. Plus, it's in a great, not-too-touristy neighborhood with lots of options for dining and shopping. (We ate at four different tapas bars all within a few blocks and we got great take-home pastries for breakfast at the shop on the corner.) Plus, it's very convenient in terms of transportation with lots of buses and a subway stop at the corner.

It was our last three nights in Spain, and Aparthotel couldn't have been a better way to end our vacation. It was clean, with a perfect location for sightseeing. We love to walk, so we explored everywhere, including the ocean, Sagrada Família, and Park Güell. It was clean and very comfortable. The cozy entrance with a sitting garden was great for relaxing after a long day. Grocery store.s and shopping nearby. The goodbye chocolates were the perfect touch! Highly recommend this hotel.

What I liked: Location, location, location. It's within walking distance to the train station, walking distance to downtown historic sites. Many places to eat close by. Behind the hotel you can find Gaudi's Vicens House. Unknown to me, I wished I've known about it earlier. Definitely front desk staff are very kind, but they do not volunteer information. It rained buckets when we were there, the hotel lends you umbrellas, which is very handy. The hotel is clean. There's a locker where you can store your luggage for a few hours.
What I didn't like: cumbersome communication via email, they don't acknowledge emails sent via Expedia. It's hard to know when you are traveling if a random email you get is indeed from a reliable source. The room was tiny, walls are thin (you can hear your neighbors, unless you fall asleep very tired from exploring, then, who cares?), our first floor room allowed us to hear too well the partying people on the street (see earlier comment), the bathroom was sooo small, towels very, very worn, and you must ask every day for clean towels otherwise you won't get any. Just FYI, keep the bathroom door closed because it's an echo chamber and you'll hear amplified conversations from your neighbors. You can get an espresso from a machine in the lobby at 2 euros each, water refills next to the elevator are free. I will stay again, just with minimum luggage and the knowledge of how to navigate the place.

This hotel is in a great location. It’s a very walkable neighborhood with Fontana (L3) metro stop at the end of the street and Gaudi’s Casa Vicens literally feet/meters away. We enjoyed the pastry shop at the corner and a few other local restaurants in the area during our 6 night stay. The hotel itself was clean and efficient with a professional and friendly staff. As first-time visitors to Europe from the U.S., we felt very comfortable and safe.

The room was way too small. The hotel in its description mentions they have Air Conditioning but we were there in 1st week of December and they had shut off the cooling feature for the entire property.
Since the room was very hot around 26-27 degree Celsius, on reaching out to the front desk, the gave us a small table fan.
The kitchenette is a scam ! There is absolutely no room to keep anything because of the counter space. Also the property doesn’t have a self serve washer / dryer facility.

The place is quite convenient. But you can hear the next door clearly as it is not good sound insulation. City tax is excluded from the hotel charging, so be aware you need to pay extra when checkout. We paid €22extra for two nights city tax.

Great location in a neighborhood. Grocery stores, pastry shops and restaurants nearby. The Casa Vincens Museum is around the corner (a Gaudi desined home, his first). The room was small, but it had a little kitchen area with fridge and a table along with dishes, etc. We didn’t try the breakfast preferring to have coffee and pastry nearby. The metro is a 5 minute walk and we used it to get around town. Very convenient.

Lovely modern apartment hotel a short walk from Fontana Metro station which is only 3 stops from Plaza Catalunya which is probably the centre of Barcelona as far as tourists would be concerned.
The rooms are modern and well equipped but a bit on the small side and I was staying alone I am not sure how two people would cope for 11 nights like I was there for.
The staff were excellent and helpful.
The Fontana area is a lovely residential area and within a few minutes walk are some lovely shops and a few small supermarkets to get anything you need during your stay.
The apartment could be serviced daily if you wanted at no additional cost but you had to let them know the night before that you wanted it done.
Overall a great apartment property in a fantastic location.
The only downside were the chairs in the room which were not the most comfortable to sit in and were really more like outdoor dining or garden chairs being aluminium I guess with a mesh seat and back.

1 min walk from the Metro in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Metro is a convenient line that takes you quickly to the main area. Rooms are big and clean. Groceries are just a couple minutes away with good coffee and bakery options. Great customer service and the staff gave us a gift of wine and chocolate for my wife's birthday. The only thing we didn't like was the hair dryer which didn't work well. Other than that, we highly recommend this place.

Great location, couple minutes from Metro Station and line L3. Friendly staff, clean room. We had a room facing an interior space, which made it very quiet. The shower was tiny, and not sure how the AC will manage hot temperatures. He hotel has a cute courtyard and a breakfast space. We did not order breakfast. You have to leave your key in the reception when you leave the hotel for the day, and i feel it was a little too simple to pick up a room key. The rooms had a safe. I will recommend the hotel .

The bathroom upon check in could have been cleaner as there was a small stain on toilet. The room did have a kitchenette which was a nice feature. The hotel is only about a block from metro which made it convenient to get around the city. Overall I would consider staying here again.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Aparthotel Silver. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and extremely helpful. My room was adjacent to a terrace with a wonderful view. The full kitchen made my stay very convenient. I was traveling with a mobility scooter which, unfortunately, would not fit into the small elevator on the property, but the staff made accommodations in the adjacent garage that made it possible for me to use it. The Gracia neighborhood is wonderful with a major subway station just minutes away and easy bus transportation, many restaurants and shops. I would certainly like to stay here again if coming to Barcelona.

I stayed in a garden view room with small kitchen, everything you need is there, great location with lots of supermarkets and bars nearby. Easy to walk almost everywhere. The staff are so friendly and will do anything. I lost count of the times they invited me behind reception to show me on the computer to where places I had asked about where. Has the feel of a family hotel with the professional touch of a large hotel. Would not hesitate to stay again.

I'll start off by saying the staff are excellent and this is not on them. They were very helpful.
Unfortunately the building and room were in rough shape. Not very clean in the washroom. The room was tiny, and not really usable, it made us claustrophobic.
Worse, you can literally hear conversations through the walls, and the ventilation does the Opposite of what the thermostat says, literally heating instead of cooling.

3rd time in Barcelona, 1st time staying in Gracia. I’ve always loved this zone and will be my spot for future visits.

We had a window to inside indoor courtyard. It was very noisy, we could hear all our neighbors. Breakfast is very limited selection. There was no Buffett but served to your table and there is no option for you to choose. Stayed for 3 nights and exact same breakfast. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

The property is well maintained, the room is large, the bed is big and the mattress is firm ( very comfortable to sleep on), the cooking facility is good and a foldaway dining table plus a writing desk are provided in addition to a sofa. The bathroom is big and clean. The wi-fi is fast. The location is excellent - quiet side street. Fontana metro station (which is on the Green line and only a couple of stations away from the city centre) and bus stations are only 100 metres away. Nearby are restaurants, a bakery and a convenience store. Above all, the staff is friendly, courteous and very helpful.

Great location but a little too warm.
I have stayed there multiple times in the past two years. It is always clean with a very friendly staff. This time the room was quite warm making it difficult to sleep. The front desk said it was because the AC system had been shut down for the season. Not a good idea as the customer should be able to control it to their own comfort level. Especially when it warms up substantially during the day. I did turn on the fan but it only improved the situation a bit.

This was a great hotel! I spent a whole week here every comfortably. The room had everything I need, and it was clean and modern and well managed. Although I was facing the street, the room was also very quiet and didn’t get very much street noise, however, I could hear my neighbours occasionally. That being said, the friendly staff and the good location means I would happily stay here again.
