Limited on kitchen appliances and toaster is broken. It will be nice to supply coffee/tea just first day so travelers doesn’t need to rush to get basic supplies

The space was big but the plumbing was backed up. The kitchen sink was slow to drain and the shower would overflow into the washroom area.
The tv is too small and old for 2026, very easy to replace and modernize a few things in these units.
The couch was a bit uncomfortable and the double beds next to each other instead of a queen sofa was annoying after a few days.
The kitchen was pretty good except for the slow plumbing. The combo LG laundry unit worked well.
Location was good, central to most things you will go and see.

Air climatisé fonctionnel et efficace durant tout notre séjour. Situé à 5 minutes de marche d’une station de métro. Nombreux Restaurants, cafés, marchés à proximité. Albert notre réceptionniste a su rendre simple l’accès à l’appartement et a pris le temps de nous répondre à toutes nos questions sans problème en anglais. Merci Albert. Je recommande.

Super friendly host, Albert, met us at the apartment to check us into the unit. The unit was clean and spacious. We planned to do laundry in Barcelona, but skipped it because the washer smelled strongly of old water. We took the metro many times to go to further parts of the city, but the gothic area and beach area were very walkable.

A huge factor in choosing this property was that it had a washing machine. I went to wash my clothes and the machine would just pile up water and soap but not doing anything else. Every 2 min the washing machine would overload the circuit board and I would have to go and find the circuit breaker to turn it back on. This was ongoing for a while and I don’t enjoy handling circuit breakers because of the dangers associated with them. After 3 hours I realized the washing machine wasn’t going to clean my clothes so I had to take the soaking wet and soapy clothes out and wash them by hand myself. Then I had hang them up to dry. What would’ve taken an hour with a properly working machine ended up taking me 5 hours and kept me up all night.

This was our little oasis in the beautiful city of Barcelona. In the comfortable Eixample neighborhood, but so close to the Metro and to the old city. Several grocery stores and many restaurants made this an ideal location for eating in our dining out. Albert was a very attentive and welcoming host.

The apartment was so close to the market and other tour attractions. You can walk for 15 min to see Arc de Triomf. The apartment manager, Albert, was so nice and very friendly. Two rooms were very clean. And, it is easy to get taxi from the apartment.

Excellent location, with some grocery stores and restaurants (must try the combined seafood dish of Pexi d'Or) nearby, also not far from the metro station, quiet and safe overall. Albert is very helpful and kind, he explained everything to us, and helped us with some issues about the kitchen during our stay, and always answer our messages quickly. Although not close to super famous tourist sites, it's still a worthwhile place to stay and enjoy Barcelona.

Lots of things were broken, missing light in bathroom with wires hanging out, outlet with no cover, rack in shower falling out. Lots of splatter on the walls/ceilings of all rooms. The second bedroom is so small that the door can't close at all.
We had to leave at 6am for the airport and were depending on wifi calling to call taxi. Woke up to no wifi and then the elevator wasn't working and worse yet the entire stairway and lobby had no lights, pitch dark. 6am climbing down 5 flights of stairs with tons of luggage while holding the flashlight on my phone.

The apartment looked exactly as it did in the photos advertised. It was in a quiet and safe area with no problems experienced. It was within a short walking distance of plenty of shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and the metro station. Albert was very accommodating and very communicative. There were no hidden fees, cleaning fees, or any of that nonsense and overall it was a wonderful stay.

There needs to be better communication with the guest as far checkin. Albert was off that day, his phone was turned off and we were just waiting outsislde in the chilly weather with a baby.
The bathroom needs a total overhaul. Our ceiling had major water damage, shower rod was broken. The fridge is NOT fullsize as advertised, we had a mini frige that didn't get too cold.
As I said, this apartment could use some renovations and it would be great because the location was good. Short walk to everything and its a good size.

The property is in a very bad condition. Floors (linoleum) are damaged in many places, kitchen is very old and the refrigerator is leaking. there are no vine glasses - shame on the owners!. The TV is too small (and antenna not working properly and only 2-3 stations are visible), air condition is weak.the water in the toilet is leaking/dropping. In the shower there is a huge brown/green mushroom on the ceiling-half square meter big-just above the head.Looks like there was a flood from upstairs some time ago.but it isn't fixed properly. Looks really awful.The fan in the toilet (which goes on when the lights are on) is kinda dying,making strange noise.possibly never cleaned.

The hotel staff (Albert) was fantastic in helping us get oriented to the hotel and everything nearby. The apartment was clean, very comfortable and as shown in the photos. The location - as many have said - is great. The air conditioning was fantastic, which isn’t as common in Europe as in the US.
Unfortunately the unit we stayed is in need of some rejuvenation. It was a fantastic apartment when first built but now is a bit worn. In some places, the veneer is coming off the floor or appliances. The doors to the clothes washer are damaged due to a prior flood. These issues didn’t affect our ability to enjoy the place, and everything was fully functional. But it takes what would have been a four star apartment into a three star range

Great location! It was easy to walk to several sites and only 2 blocks from the metro station. The area was quiet at night. The apartment was spacious and we appreciated having the washer, kitchen, and very comfortable beds. Some minor repairs are neede such as the kitchen faucet and shower that sprays in every direction. But still a great place to stay for a few days.

A very nice place to stay! Few tourist attraction is nearby foot. Metro and bus station is 5 mins walk from the apartment. Few Restaurants nearby like 2 mins walk. There’s no reception as it is apartment BUT there is a contact person 24/7 in case of any problem that occurs. We had a problem with the iron as we can’t go out without ironing our clothes, phoned Albert straightaway it was dealt with. Communication was brilliant! A very well recommended place to stay.

We got off to a rocky start, very rude gentleman on the phone when we arrived and rang to ask where we could leave our bags, which had been agreed via email. Same gentleman arrived to following day to sort local tax, had the same abrupt way about him, but this was clearly his way and he offered some great tips and advice for our stay in Barcelona! The apartment location was great, a few minute walk and your at the Metro, another few minutes walk and your at the Arc De Triomf! The apartment was clean and had everything we’d need during our stay. My only real grumble is the second bedroom for our children was tiny, tiny so much that the pull out beds position meant you couldn’t shut the bedroom door at all! Having said that, it wouldn’t stop me booking it again!

Had a great visit to Barcelona in the Arc de Triompf Apartments !! Short 10 minute walk to city center and tourist buses. Great location ! Rooms were clean and inside interior was new and well kept. The managers were very accommodating with my needs. I would have given 5 stars but only that I had to initiate contact the managers, nobody contacted me. I was under new management but a little confusing on who to contact. Once I contacted the right people, I was very well taken care of . Its just that I had to search for the right people when instead the managment should be contacting me prior to my arrival to coordinate everything rather than me trying to reach them. This was my only complaint, otherwise excellent stay !! Would stay again and highly recommended !!

The only issue is the check-in time especially if you are reaching in the morning as the apartment is available only from 3 pm, while our cruise ship arrived at port early in the morning and we were at the apartment by 11 am.

Apartment is in the perfect location, close to the city centre and metro. Also there are some coffee shops around the area. Flat itself had everything you might need, toiletries, towels,hair dryer, waching machine and iron , fully fitted kitchen. We had an amazing stay! By accident I left my watch after the check out, Alberto was so kind and helped to find it. Definitely recommended!

We had a family break. Overall we were happy with the apartment , apart from lack of mirror! Only mirror in bathroom was in bathroom. We needed another mirror preferably in the bedroom and the second bedroom was extremely tight when both beds were in use. I liked the little washing up pack.

Sia Albert il signore che ti aspetta al ceck in,sia i ragazzi al ceck out,sono stati splendidi(ci hanno pure prenotato un taxi per l'aeroporto).Insomma appartamenti PERFETTI se volete vivere Barcelona come si deve!

O espaço é exatamente como está nas fotos, amplo e bonito, muito confortável para três pessoas, fica próximo ao metrô arco do triunfo e a 15 minutos de caminhada da praça de catalunha. O apartamento é totalmente equipado, inclusive a cozinha e máquina de lavar. O atendimento do Albert foi excelente,, muito bom o custo benefício, porém atenção pois há a cobrança de uma taxa de limpeza de 45 euros no check-in. Gostamos muito! e amamos Barcelona!

Clean & cozy apartment; kitchen is well equipped for basic cooking. Comfy beds, yet 2nd bedroom is a bit small when using 2 beds. Bathroom is a bit old yet clean . Location is in quiet area, yet most of attractions are at close walking distance. There are 2 supermarkets next to apartment. Closest metro station is arc de triumph, you can get by metro from/to airport, please note you need special tickets from /to airport, but ticket called T10 ( multiple) is very affordable to use metro &buses in the city. Albert was very helpful & always approachable. Please note that you need to pay 45 euro for cleaning and 200 euro as deposit ( will be returned at check out).
