Friendly staff with useful response. But their office hour is from 10am-6pm. Really had kind of pressure to check in or collect the bug gage storage before 6pm

Our room has extra spacious toilet and shower - almost same size as rhe bedroom! Wish I could have a choice to select a spacious room rather than the wc

Perhaps this is the old Barcelona building, the water flow of the Wc from upper floor and some crackling sounds from the building was occasionally heard despite it appears to be recently decorated.

Loved our little apartment. It was cute, comfortable and the location was great. Easy walks to the metro, the bus, and a variety of dining options. Staff was helpful when I had questions about the microwave buttons, and they also stored our bags after check out until we needed them.

Will not be staying here again ☹️

Selected this because of the kitchen facilities but disappointing. Kitchen amenities are not maintained:
Coffee machine not working
No dish drying cloth or kitchen towels
1 wine glass fir an appt that sleeps 4
Dishes and plates are odd compilation
No bowls
If you offer a kitchen then it needs to fitted with all the amenities like other appartment hotels do

Room was cold as the heating was not working

WiFi was non existent - works for 5 mins then drops and stays in discoverable for 4-5 hours. Ended up using all my data on my phone

Shower was either boiling/scalding or freezing. Couldn’t control it . My colleague in his appartment had the same problem.

Hand soap was empty

The lighting in the shower is dark so when you are struggling with adjusting the tap for the water is not easy

To compound all of these problems there is no reception except btw 2-6 but even during these times there is no one visible to ask tho g to be fixed. The only time someone was there for us was when they needed to take the payment. When I shared Al the issues he said he will let the supervisor know but nothing happened in the 2 days out of the 3 day stay.
Great location and somewhat clean

If you are planning to stay in this appartment pls bring everything you would need from home including coffee, soap, kitchen towels etc

We arrived early from a cruise , reception was un attended . The manager was very curt ! We returned when she arrived she agreed to store bags for us but said we should have pre arranged, as we were on a cruise this was not possible due to coverage . We checked in , paid in full & were given. Access codes . When we returned to our room at 8:30pm we could not gain access as the code was incorrect we were locked out for 45mins until we received a call back & the door was opened automatically by computer . We were travelling with our two children . Other guests tried to assist us . All we received was a sorry ! Shower was very temperamental freezing then scolding !

The accommodation is basic & not overly clean , would need a good painting . But it did suffice for our stay ! I would not return to this accommodation, however I would return to the area as it’s a great location .

Super clean and modern hotel! The room and bathroom were spacious, and the front desk staff was super accommodating of early check-in and keeping bags after check-out. The air conditioning was powerful and reliable too. The walls are a bit thin so you may hear your neighbors.

It is an excellent location. The staff were very responsive. Easy to check in and the apartments provided information about airport pickup.
Couple of things to keep in mind if you are traveling with a family of 4 like we did.
An extra roll away bed will cost you 36 Euros/day.
Wi Fi is a little slow and streaming videos are not very smooth.
You don't get a cleaning service every day.
Reception is unmanned after 11 pm, one night an alarm went off at 3 am, and it took about an hour for this to be resolved.
Overall though very good value, all the staff members speak good English and are very helpful. And you cannot beat the location, right on Ave Diagonal.

El hotel está bien, lo que deben de mejorar tal vez es la limpieza del baño, había mucho polvo, en lugares donde se veía no limpiaban nunca, las sábanas un poco desgastadas, pero eso sí, tienen muy buen servicio a la hora de solicitarles cualquier cosa. En si mi habitación la 002, necesita ciertas mejorías y nos encontramos con la ventana del baño rota y el lavaplatos también, son pequeñas cosas que pueden mejorar. En sí tiene una ubicación excelente y muy buen servicio al huésped, y lo que nos importó más, es muy seguro!!

Nice b&b, clean and new. The staff was verry kind and helpful. It is far from the metrostation. There is one hudge problem-no hot water! Probably the hot water comes from boiler and is not enough for all the rooms and guests. Woke up in the morning-no hot water, came back in the evening, after all day walking-no hot water.
If you like taking a shower, do not go there...

We had a very pleasant and memorable stay. Thanks to Kiwi Destiny. The location is central and within shopping precints and restaurants. It's handy and easily accessible by public transports. The building has a historical but well maintained lift to get your lugagges up the building. The host was very friendly and helpful. We had strong free wifi. The room was very clean and had fruity smell. It was well decorated and colour coordinated. Thanks again Kiwi Destiny.

The service by the front desk people is outstanding. The location is great - walk to many restaurants which are not full of tourists. Short walk to hop on hop off busses as well as other transportation. Clean and attractive. My only negative was the specific room we had. We booked months in advance and paid a premium price - booked double with city view - which is what we received. The particular room had multiple negative issues for us. First, it is just inside the entrance to the front desk area so everyone coming in is just outside door - and everyone talking to front desk is talking right outside door - noisy. It is also right over entrance to the building so every time someone enters you hear the doors. The air conditioner is situated directly in front of the bed blowing into your face and on your head - if you turn it totally off gets hot and stuffy, even I f no cooling is on but fan is on the blow is on your head - whoever planned this should have to sleep there for a few nights. No light for the desk which could be solved with a lamp. On the other hand - the bed is comfortable and the shower is very nice. Room is pretty. If I were owner I’d look at the air conditioner for s fix and use this room as a last resort, not for a customer who booked far in advance.

The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was accommodating and answered any questions we had. The location was in a nice neighborhood with restuarants and businesses close by. The only thing that I did not care for, which may be a personal preference is that the shower is located in an open space in the bathroom it is not sectioned off, so the whole floor gets wet and water splashes all the way to the sink and toilet.

Nice room but so limited service and supplements:(

When we arrived there is no one in reception and we waited for more than 10 mins. The room was nice with excellent balcony. However, we stayed there for 4 days and the bath supplements and coffee are for one day stay definitely and you need to pay for more. I don't understand if so why not booking one day and one day separately.

We absolutely loves our stay. Every room is so clean and smells so good! The place is so modern and beautiful. The staff had all the answers. a bit far from everything but we still managed to walk everywhere. 30-60 minutes walking depending on the destination. The area was very safe also!

Very clean room. Hotel was close in proximity to everything. Very spacious! There was a kitchen-for people staying long although we didn't use it. The only part we had a little trouble with was using our key to get in the building at night, but it ended up working out.

Perfect for family with toddler

We loved our stay. We selected the hotel based on location, room options, and price and it was exactly as advertised. The crib and mattress they provided was perfect for our toddler and we enjoyed the full kitchen and enclosed outdoor patio. The staff was very friendly and made our stay easy and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Very Nice hotel in a good area

Really good location. About 5 blocks from a subway station. With the subway, all major tourist attractions are easily accessible. Located on a main street, with several really good restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is located on the second floor and our room window oversaw the main street. The combination of the new and old windows meant that the street noise was not a problem. It was actually nice to just open the window and let the fresh air in.
The only drawback was that the you could hear any conversations in the hallway. A couple of nights some person was walking in the hallway talking on his cell phone - you could hear him clearly!
Very good staff who were ready to help out in any situation - I had forgotten to print out tickets and they were nice enough to print them out for us.

Good for the price. Nice rooms. The fact they don't have a reception for the whole day is a drawback as if you have a problem (as I did) you'll have to live with it. There's no even emergency a phone to call to.

Comfortable and clean apartment

Beautiful area but still half hour walk to las ramblas and nearly hour to water front. But tube 10 mins away which is easy and cheap to use. Very comfortable bed with memory foam mattress and pillows. Very good bathroom and kitchen facilities. Front desk very nice and accommodating, however 50 euro late check in fee if arrive after 11pm.

Picked this hotel as we were looking for a reasonably priced hotel in this location, where we have stayed previously. Our room - kumquat, was modern with lots packed into a small space, though the room did not feel small. Air conditioning was very effective. A little noise from the adjoining room on the first night, but this was not noticed again so could have just been those particular guests.
Really comfy beds and good quality sheets so that was great.
A really great discovery - would really like to stay here again when we are back in Barcelona. Thoroughly recommended.

No 24 concierge - be warned!!

Be warned there is no 24hr concierge at this hotel. Tried to contact during the afternoon of my stay to say I would not arrive until after 12am. Could not get through on their number and no reply to emails. Arrived at the hotel after 11pm on the eve of my stay and there was no one around to had to find another place.

Great location, 10 minutes walk to main shopping street. Shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Taxis available outside the hotel and the tourist bus stop is about 5 minutes walk.
Lovely quirky room, very comfortable for a family of 4. Toiletries provided ok for an overnight stay. Check in and out painless.
Would definitely stay again.

Quaint hotel in a charming high end area in Barcelona. Beautiful suite nicely designed. Small but comfortable. Staff was very pleasant. They don't operate 24 hours but are available when needed. Wifi didn't work well in the evenings. Great value for the price. I would book this hotel again.

Warm and Cozy, but...

The good: The staff was very helpful and polite. The rooms were in top condition, clean and new. Hot Water and AC functioned very well.

The bad: the noise between rooms is badly isolated because we were talking at a moderate level, and the guest of the next room came to ours to polite ask us to talk quietly. We ended up whispering for the rest of the stay. To be fair, we could hear them talking as well.

Wifi was really slow, although I believe that's in all Barcelona and not the hotel.

Was absolutely perfect , the location was right in Barcelona central and it was easy to access all parts of Barcelona ! The room was absolutely perfect it was modern and clean and so much more than what I expected and I will 100% be staying again in this exact room!
The lighting was amazing in the room and all the little touches to the decor were much appreciated. It was right in the middle of the expensive shops such as Rolex , Michael Korrs so it wasn't overly busy ! Will be staying again !

The staff were very friendly, and the location was excellent. The area felt safe and convenient compared to other parts of Barcelona.

The heating was a bit weak, especially in the bathroom, and the sink had a small crack. Overall, with a few improvements, this would be a great apartment hotel.

Siamo stati 3 giorni per il ponte di fine aprile ottima sistemazione per famiglie l'appartemento è in zona tranquilla con diverse fermate bus a 100 m. ristoranti e bar in prossimità, è dotato di tutti gli accessori (pentole piatti caffetteria bollitore lavastoviglie) . unica pecca il divano-letto un pò rovinato. una struttura in cui tornerei volentieri.

Very clean and quiet facility. close to the major attractions. The bathroom is very spacious, but the light is too low, shaving or putting on makeup is a real challenge. The room is really small, but the worst thing is the position of the TV: on the side of the bed. basically you couldn't see from the bed, and there were no other places where 2 could stay.

A estadia foi tranquila. O quarto estava organizado e limpo. O pessoal da recepção é agradável e prestativo. Os únicos detalhes negativos da estadia foram o check in e a ausencia de sol. O acesso a recepção so acontece apos passar a porta principal. Pra receber o codigo de acesso, voce deve enviar seus dados com antecedência. Eu esqueci de fazer isso e só consegui entrar porque outra pessoa estava saindo. Quanto ao quarto em que eu estava, as janelas abriam para dentro do prédio e, por isso, nao havia incidência de sol. O quarto ficava sempre com cheiro de umido. Fora isso, recomendo a estadia! Ela é muito estrategica pois fica numa avenida com muitas opções de transporte, lojas e bons restaurantes.

Nos explico con detenimiento cada secreto de esta hermosa ciudad. Las instalaciones estaban en optimas condiciones ademas de ser muy cómodas y tener todo lo necesario para una estadía de una semana. Ambiente cálido y luminoso, personal servicial, excelente ubicación con todos los servicios de taxi y ómnibus en la puerta del edificio. Volveremos....

Nice location, nice and clean apartment with all needed but no WiFi. The only way to access Internet was to be very close to the main door or from the bathroom of the apartment. We asked more than once to have a different solution but this was not realized.

Positiv: Sehr schönes kleines Hotel, der Mann an der Rezeption war sehr nett, und die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war sehr gut.
Neutral: das Hotel liegt nicht so direkt im Zentrum wie man denkt, aber mit Bus kann man gut fahren.
Negativ: im Zimmer 3 hört man wie das Abwasser läuft und das Zimmer richt nach Abwasser.
Gibt es ein kleines Fenster, wenn es geöffnet wird, findet man die Abwasser Leitung, also kommz keinr frische Luft, sondern Lärm und Gestank.
Die Wändeind sehr dunn und hatten kein Lärmschutz deswegen hört man alles. Unsere nächste waren leider nicht ganz ruhig und beqem.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, neue Zimmer, super freundliches Personal und wirklich gute Betten!
Einzig der Fahrstuhl hinter unserem Zimmer war sehr laut, lässt sich aber nicht ändern (zwischen zwei Häusern). Man könnte das Sat-TV auf Englisch/Deutsch ausweiten
