Perfect location close by just about everything except the Eiffel Tower but fortunately there was a metro right outside the hotel line 10 that goes right next to it. Loved being close to the river but tucked away for the crowded streets. Would definitely come back I am recommending to my family as well.

This was a great place to stay! Very close to Notre Dame. Hotel provided list of restaurants nearby and we ate at 2 of them - fantastic meals. We did not take advantage of hotel breakfast but there are nearby cafes for coffee. Would definitely recommend.

I really enjoyed this hotel! I shared a superior room with my sister. The proximity to restaurants, pastry shops, chocolate shop and more was great - not too touristy. This hotel is a few blocks away from Notre Dame and we enjoyed exploring this part of the city. The staff was friendly and helpful. They had umbrellas for us to borrow when it was raining. In the espirit de france hotel group we were also permitted to stop at sister hotels for water, tea and use their bathrooms which was super helpful when shopping near the Louvre. Highly recommend! Super walkable.

Great location, wonderful staff, and our room was terrific—we did not expect a balcony; even in late December we loved being out there to see the neighborhood from above after a long day of enjoying all Paris has to offer. No matter how hard we tried, the bathroom floor was always wet after we showered. Also, the shower was in the tub which was long and narrow and only had a semblance of nonstick pads about 1/2 way back from the drain. No grab bar either. The room was small but typical for european hotels. The room was quiet which was nice, and the hotel was in a very nice location, just around the corner from a very old and beautiful church. And also it was close to a busy pedestrian area with tons of restaurants and souvenir shops. A main street was only a block away with many more restaurant. Metro stations were only 2-3 blocks away also. Notre Dame cathedral was a very short walk away over a bridge over the Seine.The TV in the room was not very large and did not get very many english language stations. Also in our room, it was in an awkward place for watching. The HVAC system was hard to figure out and even when I seemed to be able to change the temperature, it always seemed to default back to 20 degrees centigrade. The front desk staff was pleasant and all of them spoke English. Last comment, the price per night was quite high considering the size and amenities of the room.

The hotel staff was exceptional. Although the room rate was a bit pricey, the hotel was located in the Latin Qtr, where we wanted to be, close to restaurants and sight seeing. This hotel was a departure from are previous visits to Paris, where we stayed in a more residential area. However, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

On occasions we partook in their afternoon tea/ coffee time, where complementary drinks and pastries were available to the hotel guests. Who can resist a good cup of coffee and a croissant after a long day!?

The Hotel Parc Saint Séverin is a first class hotel. We recommend it and would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is reason enough to visit Paris

From the moment we arrived it was wonderful, the staff are articulate, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Whilst all of the staff were wonderful adam was particularly superb and an asset to the business. The room was lovely, mattress extremely comfortable, a nespresso machine and the codage products were fabulous.

Nothing was too much trouble and great restaurant recommendations. The location is excellent. This hotel alone is reason enough to revisit Paris

The room was comfy, staff were perfectly friendly and helpful, and the neighborhood is fantastic. I asked for an iron and board and found one outside my room the next morning. There are dozens of good restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk, including the charming Rocaille next door. The hotel’s breakfast buffet had all the meats, scrambled eggs, pastries, fruit, and coffee you could want in a hip but mellow lounge perfect for reading before sightseeing. Great value.

The staff were wonderful! The “welcome champagne” appertif was a nice touch and very much appreciated. The room was large; bed was comfortable; and bathroom was large with excellent amenities. The breakfast was good offering a full breakfast or just coffee and baked goods. The hotel is close to many of the sites - Notre Dame Cathedral is a short walk away and well worth a visit. There were a number of restaurants and bars in the area with numerous shopping opportunities. The area was close to the metro and RER B train to CDG Airport. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend. We will definitely stay here when we next visit Paris!

So glad we stayed here for our 4 nights in Paris! The staff was so friendly and helpful and the location of the hotel was perfect: super walkable, but close to metro and RER stops. The amenities and soundproofing in the room were great. The rooms were on the smaller side -- like all hotels in Paris -- but I thought it was bigger than others I have stayed in. Plus, there was great closet and shelving space for us to put our things out of the way. We cannot wait to stay here and at other Esprit de France properties in the future!

This is a lovely property with quality in service and products at its heart. The bed was very comfortable, the towels were lush and sizable. I enjoyed having a tea pot and cups to enjoy daily tea. My husband and I enjoyed eating a light meal on the balcony one evening.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, greeting us as we entered or left for the day, answering questions, offering help with our baggage.

The neighborhood is two blocks from the Cluny Museum, several blocks from Shakespeare and Company Bookstore, and the Cathedral of Notre Dame. It’s a great place to walk or take a Metro, with two stations nearby.

The restaurants in the immediate area cater to English speaking tourists, so for better food options, go to Boulevard Saint Germain. We enjoyed The Bistro des Lettres two nights in a row.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay and we would definitely stay at this same property upon a future trip to Paris.

Charming!

Charming little boutique hotel. Only challenge is the tiny elevator. Great location in the heart of the Latin Quarter, surrounded by many restaurants. Concierge made many reccomendations for us. Well located for all the tourist locations.

The staff was very nice. One of their staff Mr. Amir was the best. I have never seen such nice staff member in hospitality. He made the stay of our group of friends very memorable by providing the best service one can ask for. When our whole group will be back after our daily excursion, he will provide us complimentary, tea, wine, cakes and so many goodies.
However, very disappointed with the cleanliness, the towels that we left all the floor that need to changed were just picked up from floor, folded and kept back on racks and it was not in one room but happened with 2 other rooms in our friends group. We could find this as the my wife dropped drop of eyeliner and wife and it was still there in the new towels.

Perfect spot for a long weekend in Paris

My wife and I had a lovely stay in a room with a terrace. The staff was exceptional and provided great restaurant recommendations in the neighborhood that we wouldn’t have ended up at otherwise.

This hotel was incredibly well managed and a pleasure to stay in. Staff was helpful and very friendly. Bathrooms were very big for European standards and the products in the bathrooms worked and smelled great-- no need to pack shampoo and body wash! Beds were comfortable and the windows open to centuries-old churches and cafes. Like the picture of Paris you've always had in your head. Truly a dreamy experience!! Would recommend without reservation.

Our stay at Hotel Parc St Severin was wonderful. The location of the hotel is very close to Notre Dame, Musee Cluny, the Luxembourg gardens, the Pantheon, Sainte Chapelle and the Seine river walk. It's in the Latin quarter where you can wander one-way brick streets (very little car traffic), browse small shops and enjoy a drink in many small brasseries. The hotel staff is very welcoming and attentive. Our room was comfortable, very clean and on the corner of the building with views down three narrow streets and a wide alley which included historic, gothic-style St Severin church and 5 Severin brasserie. We had a perfect week.

Great option!

We stayed for 3 nights and the front desk staff all greeted us as if we were guests in their own homes. The room was very clean and surprisingly quiet (we were on the 3rd floor). This is a small hotel tucked away on a side street; maybe 20 or so guest rooms. It is a quick walk to the metro and to Notre Dame, and lots of shops surround the hotel in every direction. Breakfast each morning was great too: a wide variety of options and delicious. The front desk arranged for reliable transportion directly to the airport for us. We would absolutely choose this hotel again for a future visit!

Easy Place on the Left Bank

The staff was extraordinarily helpful and friendly. Each person we dealt with was exceptional in answering simple and complex questions and offering suggestions. For example, we were informed of a pending rail strike and ways to avoid delays without asking.

The location is very good near Notre Dame. The room was small and the bathroom was tiny with a \"deep tub shower\" (which I think are dangerous).

We would stay at Hotel Parc Saint Severin on our next Paris stop.

Best stay in Paris

I highly recommend this place in the Latin quarter. Close to Notredame cathedral. Louvre museum is at a walkable distance. Lively area for food and drinks. Our check in was seamless and perfect. Our stay was very comfortable. Hotel even provided us with free water and coca cola in our room. Staff are knowledgeable, prompt, and professional.

Nice hotel but if you call an Uber they cannot find the location. The street is blocked off when it is dark outside. I had my ride cancelled once and had to send many msgs another time to secure the location. Plus, the elevator barely fits two people. The lights in the room worked randomly. The staff was excellent. The metro close to the hotel was closed.

My husband and I really enjoyed our recent stay. The hotel is located in the Latin Quarter, just a short walk to Notre Dame and shopping along St Germaine. The metro is nearby which makes easy access to all the main attractions. The hotel is tucked away on a side street and provides a romantic, Parisian experience. The hotel was recently renovated and very comfortable. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast before heading out for the day and the staff were really nice and helpful with reservations and answering our questions. We recommend this hotel and look forward to returning again.

Bait and Switch

Really disappointed in this hotel and in hotels.com. This is NOT a four-star hotel. We booked a room with a king bed. The room was extremely small (expected in Paris) but the bed was a full-size/double bed. The concierge insisted that there was a \"bug\" with my booking and I actually received a queen room, and that my double bed was a \"french queen.\" They did not offer to make me whole in any way, and the best hotels.com would do for the false advertising was send a $20 coupon (for an $830+ 3 night stay).

The room was in poor condition, with peeling paint in the bathroom. On the third night when we were packing up to leave, I checked under the bed and found a rotting pear that had apparently been there since before our stay.

The service at the hotel was fine, but not four stars. Breakfast is not included and is $22 euro per person.

The location was very good in the heart of the Latin quarter, but be warned it's beside an historic church with very loud bells. The windows did not keep out much of the street noise.
