Staff was friendly and helpful. We had booked a double bedroom but upon arrival the staff suggested we look at a larger queen size bedroom. Thank goodness we did- we slept much better and had enough room to move around:) great blackout curtains, nice water pressure and plenty of hot water. Plus a hair dryer which was nice.

The room was very generous in size by Paris standards, with comfortable beds and a large bathroom. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, including looking after restaurant bookings and helping us when we left an item behind at a local cafe. Great location with air conditioning and a lift - would 100% stay again!

This property was very close to the train station to get to and from the airport very cheaply. As soon as we arrived the member of staff on the desk was very welcoming and gave us a free upgrade as we were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary. Whenever we asked staff questions they were super helpful. Room was very clean with fresh towels. This is a great positioned hotel a stones throw away from notre dame and walking distance from most of the main attractions. Its also a central hub in the latin quarter with great cafes and restaurants nearby with great atmosphere. Cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Staff was excellent and helpfull with one exeption - he did not seem to want to sit at his desk and was constantly outside making personal calls.

We loved hotel belloy. The location was fantastic with so many great stores, cafes, restaurants, and anything you can imagine within walking distance. Easy walk to Luxembourg gardens, Laduree, Les Deux Magot, Notre Dame, Louvre, Seine etc. The family room was perfect for my husband and I plus our 2 children because it was 2 rooms adjoining which meant also 2 bathrooms. Really cute and clean. Would stay here again.

Fantastic Location

Fantastic hotel in a great part of the city. Did not feel like a touristy part of the city; lots of locals walking about. The hotel is only a short walk to a Metro and RER line. Tons of great restaurants and bakeries in the area.

Everything was clean, staff were friendly, check in was especially helpful - only slight drawback was the size of 5he room - a wee bit wee (in Scots), just OK for one - two would have been climbing over each other. Excellent situation and remarkably soundproof . As a researcher of 18th century Paris, I found the artistic historical origins of the hotel very interesting.

Great boutique hotel in the Latin area of Paris. So close to Notre Dame and the metro stations. Really nice restaurants and small winding roads with shops and places to eat nearby. The Louvre was a 20 minute walk away too. The hotel is small as are the rooms, but it is clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend it.

It was a really close to so many shops, the metro, Norte dame/ louvre etc. there are many pros to this hotel. The only con is the rooms are bit small and thin walls. Other than that it’s safe the area is walkable and safe. Staff was very nice and friendly. Definitely will come back again!

The staff makes this hotel special. I would rate this hotel 2-stars. Lack of room in bedrooms, worn interior in places, beds are hard, some rooms have unusable tubs, drains don't close, difficult to twist body to wash hair-awkward placement of shower. Cleaning crew great, but schedules of noise cleaning rooms on all floors at once goes on with loud conversations for hours. Check out Forbes for ratings and AAA. I was disappointed, as I travel to Paris often- it was not remotely 4 stars in Paris as I am used to.

I had high hopes for this property but that didn't happen. The location is perfect. Loved this neighborhood. Close to everything. Monoprix is next door for a quick drink or snack. Many dining options within a few blocks.

Here is where the disappointment set in. The SMALLEST rooms i have ever stayed in. I have vistied Paris 8 times and NEVER stayed in a room this small. There is no walkable space in the room and i was climbing over the bed to get to the balcony. Absolutley no places to put luggage other than 1 rack. The toilet room was so small, you couldn't even turn around. The elevator was broken half the time. The breakfast had the worst croissants and pain au chocolate that were stale. How do you not have fresh bread in Paris! Our a/c was barely working and would shut off while we cooked in the tiny box of a room. 3 times I reported it to the front desk and 3 times they told me it was fixed. Nope! Let's talk about the front desk. There was one man with a beard at the desk who was so rude and condescending every interaction we had with him. The other gentleman at the desk with glasses was very lovely and so apologetic. Please, go elsewhere and don't stay at this hotel. I will never be back there again.

A quaint boutique hotel. The staff was the best part, the hotel vibes were retro which was cool. My only negative would be to replace the carpet in the guest room because stains are visible as well as the stool for the desk. Also make sure the room phone is working because we had to always call the front desk with our cell. Everything else was wonderful!

Charming little Hotel in a fantastic area. A friend in Paris recommended the St Germain area and I loved it. The Hotel is small, but very charming. My room was compsct but had decent closet space, a safe, a comfy bed, nice bathroom with a large shower. The room even had a little balcony with a chair! You can walk to all types of restaurants, stores, the Metro and RER (with service to CDG or Orly airports). Notre Dame is only a few blocks away!

We loved our triple room. Cozy with a balcony. The staff were helpful and kind. Breakfast was perfect for us to get ready for our daily adventures. The neighborhood is great. Everything is in walking distance and all sorts of transportation is nearby. We would definitely stay again.
Just one suggestion to get more lighting in the bathroom. It was difficult for applying makeup.

The hotel is in a great location and that’s the only positive note about our stay. Booked a superior room and according to front desk got upgraded to a deluxe room, our room was so small, smaller than a cruise cabin, no room to move around, plus the window opened to an inside wall, basically a wall, I complained but by the time I got an answer from them. It was too late to move and their offer wasn’t going to be a better room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Breakfast choices were very limited. The hotel needs total upgrading, carpet and furniture is so old.

Hotel Bellroy is a small boutique hotel steeped in French culture and tradition. It was a meeting place of poets in the 19th century, most notably the world renowned poet Rimbaud.

We stayed in a one bedroom with 3 floor to ceiling windows which integrate the clean and cozy interior with the verdant surrounding of the famed St Germain du Prés neighborhood on the Left Bank. Even the bathroom is in itself “a room with a view” as it has a window overlooking the hustle and bustle of Boulevard St Michel and the Latin Quarter - with the university of Sorbonne in plain sight . What impeccable and thoroughly thought out interior design!

During our 10 day sojourn in Paris, we repeatedly enlisted the services of the front desk and received incredible assistance from every single staff. The staff (including the cleaning staff) was highly professional, courteous, and hospitable. In particular, Morgan was very patient and meticulous in helping us plan our daily itinerary in terms of transportation, travel directions and tips as well as addressing our mobility concerns. We consider him a most stellar ambassador of France!

We were pleasantly surprised at stumbling upon such a find and on a scale of 5, the hotel and staff deserve 5 thumbs up!

The temperature in the hotel was too hot! And unfortunately you don’t have much control in the room on your personal temperature. When we complained it was too hot in the room, they suggested opening the windows which led to a mosquito infestation. I would not recommend this hotel especially if you run warm!

The only thing is the room is quite small for american standards so we were a bit surprised.
In whole, it was alright since this was only for sleeping, but the price versus the room is a bit expensive to my experience (nyc, london, canada)

We just got home after spending two weeks in London and Paris. We are a family of four with 2 tween children. We could not have been happier with our stay at the Belloy. The staff was very friendly and the accommodations were a solid value. The rooms were a comfortable size for Paris. We arrived understanding that Paris rooms would be smaller. We booked two separate rooms which was a better value than locating a large enough suite at a reasonable price in Paris. The location was perfect. Plenty of restaurants, the metro was a block away. Small supermarket next door for toiletries and sandwiches, small public laundry around the corner. Walking distance to Luxembourg Gardens and Notre Dame. Easy access to all sites via the Big Bus hop-on hop-off service that picks up at Notre Dame. Disney was easily accessible via metro. We had an amazing time and would definitely stay at the Hotel Belloy for our next visit.

Everything was very good with just a couple of minor suggestions: The duvet on the bed was very heavy and I was too hot. I repeated woke up in a sweat, feeling overheated although I had the air conditioning set to 20. Also the bed pillows were too small for my preference. Finally the breakfast buffet is limited in choices for the price. Staff are great, room is otherwise comfortable, great location.

Our only issue was first room had a leaky faucet, but they moved us immediately to a different room.
