Even though I raised up the temperature of the air conditioning, it was somewhat cold at night. The location was very good as it was close to tourist attractions and the subway station. The staff were very friendly.

When I booked this hotel shortly before my travels there was no mention of the construction and renovation happening. I was supposed to receive free breakfast but instead got only a coupon for a place that only served crepes that were not safe. and was not open when I went. I also had a lot of trouble with the wifi - inconsistent and after 3 days I needed a new code which was not mentioned until I had no access to my wifi. My room was lovely but there was a lot of noise at night (not street noise some kind of rumbling). It was a nice hotel and had I known BEFORE booking about things or received a discount I would have enjoyed my stay better

The hotel did not meet the expectations. No notice of construction occurring on site, items fell apart as you touched them. Staff occupy the elevator and guest are forced to ie the stairs. Mattress felt like a sleeping bag filled with stuffing.
Low budget lipstick on a pig.
Only good thing is the location.

Great location! Within walking distance to a lot of places! Room was fantastic and the staff were great! We were really disappointed with the breakfast. We booked this hotel because of the breakfast. We arrive and find out the hotel is under construction and no breakfast. They gave us coupons for another place, but it wasn't breakfast. They didn't even open until 11AM. What they gave for the breakfast issue was not enough, not even close!

I genuinely like this hotel, just they are on major construction on lobby and restaurant, we were not informed before our arrival. But the room was pretty and spacious given usual Paris hotel rm size. I would live to re visit when they finish their construction. I was not able to see any properties other than rooms. Supermarket is nearby, 3 major subways stations are not far from it. Nice location.

1. The hotel entrance/lobby is in renovations. This wasn’t mentioned before booking in a notable way.
2. Due to that, there was no breakfast service, so instead of the one free breakfast to status holders, they provide vouchers to a creperie outside. Nice effort but not the same
3. The staff was friendly but all in all feels like they are not into the effort of hospitality. One day the cleaning staff did not leave any toilet pape. In another day we came back after midnight and the door was locked. We rang three times with no answer so I called by phone and the night guy came and claimed we didn’t ring the bell because “you need to push the button a few seconds”. We asked for late check out, they gave us one hour and were willing to give 2 more hours for 60 euros. All though the hotel seemed pretty empty that time. No disasters, just the feeling that the hotel is aiming for the minimum. Sorry guys.

What a gorgeous hotel! Very spacious for a European hotel and absolutely lovely staff. We had arrived and our room wasn’t ready yet but we were able to go to a room and brush our teeth. We were so grateful!
There’s also a wonderful little Mediterranean restaurant next door and the people there were amazing. They were near closed and still welcomed us in. Really great location, close to trains and popular spots. I will definitely be staying there again!

Our stay at LLB was a great stay! Close to everything and lots of shopping and dining options close by. The metro was also very accessible and it’s walkable to the Notre Dame and Luxembourg Garden. The only downside here is that the hallway kind of smells like bird poop lol but the rooms are nice.

The room needs some real thorough cleaning, including the grouts in the shower which shows age and molds.
We were SUPRISED when we learned that the breakfast room is under renovation and we had to walk to a nearby restaurant to get our prepaid breakfast.
Highly inconvenient.
Unfortunately, next door there was/is a construction going on and all they the jackhammer noise was more than annoying.
Saturday night one of the neighbor had a party till midnight with ear-piercing loud music.
The staff was very nice. We stayed in this hotel a few years ago and really enjoyed it, not this time.
If I would know all of these issues in advance I would not stayed there.

Quelle déception ! Limite honteux.
Étant membre gold sur hotel com, je beneficiais de certains avantages comme arriver plus tôt, partir plus tard, un verre de coktail offert, un surclassement et le petit déjeuner offert. Je n'ai rien eu de cela.
Deux jours avant, je téléphone pour prévenir de mon arrivée.
Ici, le personnel n'a même pas anticipé les avantages et n'ont aucunement ajusté ceux-ci pour pallier à tous les manquements puisque je n'ai pu bénéficier d'aucun avantage, chose que font des hôtels concurrents par exemple. Évidemment, ces privilèges sont sous couverts de la disponibilité et il se peut que certains manquent mais là ! L'integralité ?

On nous avertit par mail, alors que J'avais telephoné la veille, que le petit déjeuner se prendra dans une crêperie située a 200 mètres où nous auront droit à une formule express avec en tout et pour tout 2 crêpes et une salade de fruits ou l'hôtesse des lieux ne parle pas français et où le menu nous est donné en anglais. Si nous voulions le petit déjeuner continental. 1 seulement était offert. Il nous faut rajouter 19 euros pour la personne numéro 2. La encore je pense qu'un geste aurait pu être fait.
Le personnel est poli, agréable mais peu professionnel au même titre que la direction.
En guise de coktail de bienvenue nous avons deux boissons offertes du minibar type eau pétillante ou soda et quand nous souhaitons prendre une demie bouteille de champagne il nous faut 4 appels pour au final ne rien obtenir

The room itself was comfortable and nice. Cannot fault the location. However, the shower was slightly weird as placed in the middle of the room.
Went to have a bath and the main rain shower drips as you have the bath flowing.
The hotel is under significant renovation. Felt like a CSI episode as the walls were covered in plastic due to painting ongoing. I’m sure it will be nice once renovation is finished, however I would not have stayed here if I’d known how much renovation was being done. I think the room should have been far cheaper in price considering the awkwardness of manoeuvring around workmen to get into your room everyday.
Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Oh, and there was no breakfast room either due to work being done

This is our second visit to this hotel. Room was lovely but small (previous time we had a larger room). Comfortable and clean.

We were disappointed with the breakfast and unlike previous visit, it was not provided in hotel breakfast room, and we were told to go to a cafe just up the road. It was shabby and bfast was not great. Not particularly clean either, we went twice then had breakfast out the next couple of days. Disappointing also that there were no English tv channels.
Would we go back - probably no, our sleep was disturbed with the sound and vibration of the metro. We had not that problem precious visit as we were on a higher floor.

The rooms were comfortable, and the area amazing. However, the hotel was under renovation when we checked in (we were not informed in advance of this) which meant an abbreviated check in area, and painting with plastic coverings on the floor of the room we were given. In addition, the paint smell was strong in the corridor, though the room was relatively ok. We would have appreciated a heads up about the renovations as we probably would have chosen a different hotel without some of these inconveniences. Thank you.

The location was great for easy access to shops, restaurants, and sites of interest. The desk concierges were responsive and helpful. Unfortunately, there was construction in and around the hotel. The one tiny elevator was used by cleaning staff, and workers blocked the stairwell. Overall, though, a beautiful boutique hotel. No AC, but the windows did open.

Amazing stay at Hotel La Lapin de Blanc! The hotel was clean, cozy, and very charming. The staff were outstanding—super friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Lia at the front desk who made check-out so smooth and kept our luggage safe. We also enjoyed a simple but delicious breakfast at Crêperie Elo & Coffee Shop, where the girl who served us was so nice and genuine. Truly a great experience, we’d definitely come back!

Solid hotel in need of improvments

This hotel used to be my favorite in Paris.
Unfortunately rooms are getting outdated and wear and tear is starting to show badly.
Also there's construction in the building so the main entrance looks abandonned frankly. Not the best first impression but i trust this can get better once construction is over.

Fantastic hotel in a perfect location. Hospital-clean rooms that are impeccably designed and well maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful. Small elevator is a bit of a challenge - and the room was on the small side as well, but design made it quite commodious. High quality linens and I really appreciated having a face-cloth. I do wish Europe would embrace bottom AND top sheets. No top sheet forces you to use the heavy comforter and that means turning the AC down very low.
