The hotel was incredibly accommodating. We arrived in the morning before our check-in time. They offered in the basement a lounge, restroom area for guest to use, as well as luggage service. As we head down to the lounge, the staff ran after us and informed us that our room is ready because they gave us an upgrade to a king size bed room! The hotel is beautifully decorated and conveniently located in St. Germaine near Notre Dame, but on a very quiet street. The breakfast buffet is also amazing with great spread, hot and cold, pastry, etc. We will definitely stay there again!

The room was clean with excellent air-conditioning. It had all the conveniences we needed. I didn't like being on the ground floor, would've prefered a higher floor. Staff were friendly and professional. It's not a 4 star hotel in my opinion. We stayed in a 3 star earlier during this trip to France in the 6th arr which we enjoyed more.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location!
This was our 2nd stay at this hotel. It's a lovely spot and conveniently located to the Metro, restaurants, shopping, etc. The staff is incredibly helpful, and will gladly make dinner reservations or book a taxi. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Paris and can't wait to return!

Do yourself a favor and skip this property. I arrived at the hotel and received bare help from the one staff person there at the time. I asked to extend my stay one more night and received confirmation that this was ok and all processed. Then on the morning before my original stay was set to end and after a lovely wedding ceremony I was in town for I awoke to slamming on my door from hotel staff. They said the hotel was fully booked and I had missed my check out time even after I protested and frantically tried to provide evidence that they had promised to extend my stay. As I tried to explain the situation I was met with unhelpful excuses (the staff person from my original check in was unavailable) which escalated to threats and culminated in the hotel manager trying to call the police while we frantically packed our bags. Aside from that the hotel facilities are non-existent. I’ve never left a review before but the despair and humiliation of my experience here motivated me to reach out. Run for your life before booking here

This was an amazing place for our final two nights in Europe. We stayed in a top-floor family suite with two comfortable, large beds accommodating parents + 1 child.
The air conditioning worked beautifully on the warm summer days we were there, and the wifi was excellent. The breakfast area was simply stunning, with exposed brick details in a historic-looking basement level, and the food was plentiful and delicious.
We were able to easily walk to public transportation, shops, restaurants, and sightseeing.
The staff were knowledgeable and friendly.
We have already recommended this hotel to multiple friends traveling to Paris and we hope to stay here again.

Ahead of our stay, the staff at the hotel helped us with some dinner reservations which was very appreciated given the busy time we were visiting. The bed was very comfortable and there was decent storage space for clothing.
The rooms are quite small which we don’t mind but it did make them very stuffy at night. Since we couldn’t lower the temperature on the a/c, it was a bit unpleasant on the hotter nights we were there. We also would have loved some more counter or storage space in the bathroom, we had to put a lot of our toiletries on the floor!

Great hotel located steps away from cafes and stores. On a quiet street so noise wasn’t a problem. The room was spacious for Europe standards and bed was very comfortable. Air conditioner worked well. Front desk staff were always pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic. There were hot options as well as French baked items! Just be aware it’s on a non-thorough street so taxis had problems finding it.

The breakfast was just average though, nothing special and the walls are paper thin so you can hear everything your neighbor is doing. No coffee machine in the room so you have to go to the lobby for an espresso and they charge you every time.

On a five-star scale, I wish I could give them 500 stars! We had the suite on the top floor, which was spacious, had a bed, a great sofa-bed, and a nice bathroom that had both a shower and a bathtub. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and just really pleasant to talk with. We have a special needs daughter in a wheelchair, and the wheelchair broke. They said to bring it down and leave it behind the front desk for a while, and they had their maintenance person fix it for us at no charge. OMG! That make a dramatic difference on the quality of our stay. THANK YOU! We would HIGHLY recommend staying here!

What a wonderful hidden gem that is full of character and whimsy. From the moment you walk in you are enveloped by the feeling of a garden and the staff is delightful and helpful at every turn. Had a short two night stay at Hotel Jardin de Cluny, and would definitely stay again! The property is clean, cute, and newly renovated. The room is slightly small, but expected for Europe. The air conditioner works well and the bed is pretty comfortable. Our air conditioner did make a rattling noise our first night, but staff was quick to get it taken care of. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Overall a good experience!

This is my new favorite spot to stay in Paris. It’s very clean, has chic decor, it’s quiet, the staff was very nice, and I loved the eco-friendly focus. The breakfast was great too! Just back from a long weekend with my husband and teenage son. This lovely hotel was just the ticket for a fab weekend in Paris; close enough to be able to walk everywhere, but a quiet oasis for a good nights sleep on extremely comfortable beds. The staff were really lovely, and the buffet breakfast was excellent. All was extremely clean, and nicely designed, with Nuxe products in the bathrooms and amazing waterfall showers. It was nice to have a leisurely checkout (12 noon as standard) plus breakfast served til 10.30am. Highly recommended.

Flatters to deceive
4-star hotel in a great position; how could you fail to be impressed? By spending 2 nights in a hotel with paper-thin walls. Both nights we were kept awake by hearing pretty much everything from pretty much everywhere. We have stayed in many hotels in Paris from cheap and awful to 3-star and comfortable. This was our first stay in a 4-star and how it got that rating is hard to fathom. Decor, staff, cleanliness and position were all good but paper thin walls spoiled our stay enormously. Pity. We will never go back.

Its a great value stay. My wife and I stayed for three nights and did really have any big issues. The hotel occupied an older building but the inside is very clean and relatively modern. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The location is the best part. Its very close to a metro stop and an RER stop. Only 10 minutes walk to notre-dame is a plus. Note that there isn't AC.

I had room 601 it was like an attic room with windows that did not open. We only had 3 to 4 channels in English and could not change the French channels to subtitles to be able to understand them. We paid them in advance for a taxi to the airport (60 Euros) the final morning on our final bill and credit card. But when the taxi arrived in the afternoon to take us to the airport, the taxi driver and the hotel staff person said we had NOT paid for the taxi.

Great location as it’s off a main road by a block so you could leave the windows open and it would sound peaceful no matter the time of day, walking distance to many Paris attractions and metro/RER lines.
