Be cautious choosing your room on travel sites. The room description for the same room was different on Expedia’s site vs the resorts website so we thought we had paid for and were getting beach view and instead we were put at the very back end of the resort with a view of the parking lot. Fortunately, there were lots of trees and birds to see, but this was disappointing.
We got certified at the dive shop on site, and were pleased with that experience. We were lucky to get an excellent instructor.

This was the only resort that looked as good as the pictures we saw on the web ever! It was clean, safe, well-maintained and very courteous staff. And compared to other places, it was quieter and more relaxing than most any other resort we went to. Loved being able to go from the pool to the ocean in less than two minutes! We will come back here!

Extremely beautiful property with wonderful staff. The location is on the beach in front of some of the most amazing snorkelling areas, especially at night. The daily breakfast was delicious and fresh with many options. The pools were clean. The restaurant was also good with quite a large menu, though food service was a little slow in the busier evening times. Housekeeping and desk staff were kind and quite efficient. We were unable to watch tv as the streaming connections weren’t available- this did not matter to us in the long run as we found out we didn’t have time to watch it anyway. Our room was spacious, truly comfortable and beautifully decorated. It was showing some signs of age and could use a few repairs as the vertical blinds would fall out as you walked by or barely touched them. We didn’t open and close them daily as putting them back together was not to be part of our vacation itinerary. We needed to run the water in the shower a while before it was warm enough to get in. It would be nice if there were some kind of policy in place regarding saving chairs and tables around the pool. Many days we saw several things reserved by placing personal items or resort towels on them, yet the chairs and/or tables were not used all day - like they were reserved just in case they felt like they may want to sit by the pool at some point during the day or evening- meanwhile denying use of it to anyone else all day. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Infinity Bay was absolutely beautiful. It is older....20 years approximately but well maintaned and reasonably priced. Right on beach and excellent snorkelling right out in front of the resort. You wont be disappointed!

Overall we had a great experience with our stay at Infinity Bay. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet offered many options to fit dietary restrictions. Pool area was relaxing and you can’t beat the snorkeling right in front of the resort. We also booked a few treatments at the spa, which were very relaxing. Only issue we faced was that our room wasn’t ready at check in time. Not a big deal because they could hold our bags and we could enjoy the pool/beach while waiting.

The room Hotels.com provided to me did not match the one they advertised and showed on their web page when I made (AND paid) for the reservation. It was 15% smaller and did not have all the amenities listed. This may seem like a minor deal, but not when you have rented a 2 bedroom condo and have 4 family members staying there (and you've made full payment up front).

Room 903 was not one we'd want again. It's dark but leaving balcony curtain open meant people on reception patio had a direct view into our room. Also our view was of reception drop off and delivery area. Both vans and trucks left vehicles running so the smell of diesel fuel meant we couldn't use balcony when they were there.

The resort is beautiful and the breakfast is phenomenal. The room was very comfortable and has many near by options for dinners.

All the staff is very friendly and willing to assist if they can. We were in unit 1301 which was a great location for us. Only negative was the limited kitchen cookware, glasses, utensils provided. Reception was able to find us a fry pan. The pots were a little large and there was only wine glasses, no regular water glasses. We made do... not a really big deal. The king bed, as well as the couch and loveseat were firm, which suited us.

A few minor misses- hot chocolate in the coffee room/library was not restocked for our full stay, rooms needed more shampoo/conditioner (only 1 teeny bottle for a whole family), pool was never really completely clean.
Our main disappointment was that our 5 day stay was cut short by 2 full days due to flight cancellations by airlines. We contacted Hotel immediately when they pulled us off our plane to let them know we would be late arriving. After repeated requests, they refused to refund or compensate us for something outside our control because it booking had no refunds. We understand this from the hotels perspective, but there was no understanding from the hotel. We simply wanted resort credit so we could stay longer since we didn't get to use our full reservation but they wouldn't consider it. They could have offered all inclusive upgrade for the remaining 3 days to soften the sting but they didn't do that either. This would have gone a long way with good customer service and likely a return visit for a future vacation.

Correct or they leave it up and still says the afternoon special? They didn’t communicate with the guest at all. Kind of ticked me off. I paid premium and got less than premium service, not thinking of the guest needs at all.
To summarize, we loved the landscaping and our room but food and communication lacking!

Check in was single worst experience in a well travelled life. Approx 4 hrs to get into room. Clerk declared 201 was 2nd floor near ocean side. Others going to rooms for entire time but us. Got in room - was 1st Floor!. Roach crawling on counter. Freezer broken, an open bag of ice in freezer...
We were not told about free breakfast, no one tried to sell us on prepay services. Room was in a busy corridor for staff from 6a to 9p. This was a horrible experience for us.

We spent a week at a dive resort with limited amenities about 30 minutes away prior to staying one night at Infinity Beach. We much prefer a less commercialized, crowded experience. Also, we would recommend going out in town for dining as what was available at the resort was overpriced and only decent, nothing spectacular.
