No A/C is kinda unacceptable in 2025 in a city where during late September had 30 degrees and the sun was hitting our room from 2-3pm. But apart from this, the floor was just poorly vacuumed, no mopped as well. Cleaning could be definitely to better standards.
Another issue was with the check-in process. While I like the self-check in, when you arrive with 2 kids, taking passport details from everyone is a bit excessive. We stayed in K-Apart in Stuttgart as well, and it was the same.
Lastly, breakfast was kinda confusing. The restaurant wouldn’t even let us take still water up the room, the lady in the morning was pretty rude as well (probably cause we were foreigners) and the food quality was at best “poor” - 2 boiled eggs half an hour before breakfast was ending, a somewhat cold omelette and 1 piece of bacon chopped. Paying 27€ for this is pretty bad. Either offer real breakfast, with decent coffee from a machine or do not.

Arriving at the property we were a little unsure about the booking as it seemed to be in a bit of an industrial area. However, once we saw the main buildings and checked in, we were extremely happy. This was a fantastic room! It was huge with a nice saddle up bar in the kitchenette area and had a nice balcony to soak up some German summer sun.
Being outside of downtown Cologne was a big plus as it was super quiet overnight. Getting to Cologne was easy using the fantastic DB train system. The gentleman at reception/check-in went above and beyond by helping us figure out how to use the train system app and where/how to get tickets and get on the train. This was one of the best customer service experiences we had while in Germany.
If you are planning to visit Cologne I highly recommend this property as it gives you a quiet and comfortable accommodation while being a quick and easy train ride from downtown and old town Cologne.

Schönes grosses Zimmer und auch Bett. Dusche war sauber und in Ordnung nur die Handbrause bräuchte einen vernünftigen Duschkopf. Gegend etwas abgelegen vom Zentrum aber nach an den EMG Studios. check in auch digital möglich. Personal Hürther Wirtshaus wo ist die Kölner Frohnatur niemand kann was dafuer dass ihr arbeiten müsst.

Extended my stay as I was too comfortable to leave. Breakfast was absolutely perfect with eggs, meats, cheese, bacon, coffee, fruit, yogurt (13.50€). Perfect display. Ok, why has nobody reviewed the gym. I didn’t even know it existed until I was walking back from bus and found it by accident in the hotels second bldg area on my second day. Fantastic gym you guys!!! Everything you need and I’m a professional bodybuilder so I’ve been to a lot of gyms. The walk to trams, buses and train are about 15minutes realistically and there are lots of steps for the train area so carrying luggage was very difficult keep in mind. The staff was very lovely and the place was impeccable. The room thermostat is adjustable by guest as well. I had a keurig and refrigerator as well. Enjoy!!!!

Bargain for a hotel only 15 mins away on the train to Cologne city centre. Rooms are very spacious. We stayed in one with a patio which was lovely. Lots of transport links within a 10-12 minute walk. Very convenient to get to Phantasialand too, roughly 20 minutes on public transport.

L’hôtel est bien situé à proximité de Phantasialand. Par contre, la température dans la chambre quand nous sommes arrivés (19h) était très très chaude, beaucoup trop (il faisait au moins 26 ou 27 dans la chambre, encore plus dans la salle de bains. De plus les deux lits d’appoint (nous étions 4) 1 personne, était d’un inconfort total, donc nuit pourrie dans la chaleur et sur un matelas qui n’en avait que le nom pour deux d’entre nous.

Nice hotel, good rooms and an elevator. It was about a 6 min walk to the metro/train station, which made getting into cologne nice and easy. It is also outside the Cologne low emission zone.

We arrived on Wednesday. Staff were quick to help with any issues. The property was extremely clean and everything was fresh. The luxury apartment came with everything you need, cups, plates, kettle, fridge, 2 fans, 2 TVs one in the main room and one in the bedroom, bathroom was big and extremely clean.

I Liked the hotel, but just know it's a bit out of the way. If you don't have a car I can't recommend the place. The room was just find although the mechanical shades didn't work and the shower drain was slow. I paid about $133 a night and I'd say that was a fine price for this location and what you get. The bonus here is the 8min walk to the train station that can get you to day tripping.

Schönes modernes Hotel im Industriegebiet
Neues Hotel, wo leider keine Klimaanlage oder zumindest eine Lüftung verbaut wurde. Daher muss man leider mit Fenster offen schlafen, da das Zimmer auf Grund des Neubaus sehr Luftdicht ist! Problem ist aber, dass man nicht vor 23 Uhr die Fenster aufmachen kann, da der fettige Küchengeruch des Wirtshauses in der Luft liegt!
Ansonsten ist es aber ein sehr schönes modernes Hotel im Industriegebiet.

Great stay for business trip
Very practical hotel for business trip, easy to find. Great free parking on site. The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. The staff is very helpful and nice. The gym is very complete and is better than stand alone gym with great and plenty of equipement. The breakfast is ok, could have had more choices. It is a shame that the restaurant of the hotel is closed on Monday as it is quite a good one.

A very nice and quiet little block of apartments. The apartment had everything one needs, including a small but exceptionally convenient fridge, a little cooker, a microwave and a hairdryer. By far the best designed apartment I've ever stayed in, with little things like hooks etc in the right places. There are also motorised blinds, which were handy in hot weather, and our apartment had a roof patio. The staff were very friendly and helpful, although very little interaction with them is required. Parking was also not an issue, although I imagine we stayed at a time when people were still afraid of travelling. The village of Huerth is a few minutes drive away, and people there were friendly, there are a couple of supermarkets, a few restaurants and bakeries. The view may not be very exciting, the hotel is located on the border of a village and an industrial zone, but somehow this was not a big deal outweighed by the rest of the factors.

Fantastic Service & Great Rooom as advertised
Stay was really good. I needed to extend my stay very last minute and they accommodated it no problems, even shuffling around to keep me in the same room! The room itself was spot on - comfy bed, modern spacious bathroom, heating, and desk. Would book again in a heat back. Car parking is not an issue either, and if you have a car then the location is perfect, with easy access in all directions. Simply awesome!

This place was a little out of the way and our GSP didn't quite get us there, but we made it. We checked in after 8, which is as late as reception is open but they sent us an e-mail with detailed instructions on how to find the key and enter the building.
We were not he third floor with a cool rooftop deck area we didn't use, but pretty neat. The room was pretty nice. Two sides, one with bed and TV and other with pull-out couch and TV. Small kitchen area with fridge. My only issue with this property was that this room with it's high ceilings amplified every single little sound. I forgot my earplugs and so I was constantly up all night whenever anyone else rolled over and ruffled the sheets. My husband, who isn't a light sleeper of course had no issues.

Outstanding hotel, room and staff. The room didn't have an air conditioner nor a fan so it was difficult to sleep. We opened the balcony french doors fully to allow in cool air and finally made it to sleep.

Overall a quite positive experience. Nice and helpful receptionist. Easy parking. Nice room with lots of space. However, restaurant is lacking attention to detail. Menu has allergens listed with each dish but more often than not they are not accurate (e.g. many dishes containing gluten don’t have them listed). Therefore relying on this information without questioning could be a major health risk!

Geweldig mooie kamer. Lekker luxe. Heerlijk bed en fijne douche. Balkon, koelkastje en airco ook heel fijn. Auto makkelijk parkeren en 12 minuten lopen naar Stadtbahn. Bij de Stadtbahn is ook een P+R terrein. Makkelijk om in Keulen te komen. Ik heb genoten van mijn solo trip en kamer met veel privacy. Ontbijt heb ik er niet bijgenomen en kan ik niet beoordelen.

El hotel es muy bonito y la habitación está increíble. No me gusto que por tener todo automatizado se vuelve complejo cuando tienes preguntas. No hay nada cerca, por lo que sería conveniente que tengan algo donde poder adquirir bebida y comida fuera de las horas del restaurante.

Im gesamten war es ein sehr schönes und Sauberes Hotel . Wir hatten ein Maxi Appartement mit kleiner Küchenzeile und Kühlschrank, was perfekt war . Das personal war sehr freundlich. Das einzigste was man wissen sollte bei diesem Zimmer , ist das es direkt zur Straße bzw einem Kreisverkehr liegt und eine schnellstraße direkt am Hotel liegt. Dadurch war die Geräusckulisse etwas lauter bis spät Abends. Dadurch hatten wir die Fenster die meiste Zeit geschlossen, wodurch ses jedoch ziemlich schnell warm wurde im Zimmer. Ansonsten war es ein Top Hotel und ein schöner Aufenthalt. Entfernung zum Phantasialand waren ca 20min.

Sehr gutes diskretes Hotel. Wir waren mit unserem 2 jährigen Sohn 5 Nächte da. Täglich wird jedes Zimmer geputzt auf Wunsch. Toiletten WC sehr sauber. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Einziges Manko war das Kinderbett.. es war eine Schraube halb locker welches gefährlich war.
Wir werden beim nächsten Köln besuch definitiv nochmals hier buchen :)

Nous avons adorés, l'endroit etait bien situé, à 15 minutes de phantasialand et 22 minutes du centre pour profiter du nouvel an. Tout était parfait, propre et magnifiquement decoré. Pour un couple et un enfant, il y a ce qu'il faut, je recommande!
