The building itself is nice. I booked a room with a private jaccuzzi on the patio because my wife has muscle issues and we were walking alot. When we checked in the jacuzzi water temp was about 32c. I turned it up to 38c where ours is at home. We went out for an hour or so and looked forward to a warmer jacuzzi. It was 31c. I went to the desk and she came back with me. She made a call to the mgr. He said it was in eco mode and had her fix it. We had dinner and came back later with hopes of a warmer jacuzzi again. It was 30c. Went back to the desk and she called the mgr ,he said give it till the morning. Morning it was 29c. Went back to the desk. The manager was busy but would look at it. Went out for a little while and coming back the lady at the desk said after looking at it the manager said it was broken and they had to order a part which could take a week. I asked for some kind of a partial refund due to that and she called the mgr again. He was coming back in about 2 hours and would talk to me. Met him back at the room and he said it was working fine , and that 30c was normal . I asked about the part he ordered and he said that was just incase but it was not broken. All in all instead of treating my wife to a nice hotel with a private jaccuzzi it was a big let down for her.

Amazing place, we as family loved it!
Quiet & lovely hotel.
Close enough to few restaurants on the beach with different cuisines!
Middle of the village has good restaurants & lovely bakery.
Amazing place close enough to go to Ballos.
The port is just 5 minutes away.

The property was the cleanest place I have ever stayed at. The breakfast was so good the first time I ate eggs made from someone else I only eat eggs cooked from myself. No comments if I ever go back won’t doubt to go back there again.

Great stay! Beautiful, clean rooms with gorgeous views. Friendly staff. Perfect base for easily exploring the West side. We stayed ten nights and it was a very peaceful hotel with a lovely pool. Beach out front is OK for swimming, but there many other beaches easily found in close proximity that are better. Definitely rent a car to be able to fully explore the West side.

Great 11 Day holiday at good hotel

Very clean, friendly hotel, right on the beach. Close to loads of very good restaurants (pixida was our favourite). Just short walk to great beach, to west of hotel around 200 yards. Staff very friendly, basic food available all day. Breakfast OK, but not too our taste. Breakfast Coffee only complaint, it was awful, but coffee from bar good (extra charge). We will return to the hotel next year.

Beach across the street is rocky, filled with garbage and a bad looking surf. We requested a double bed but instead got two twins squished together with their own superstar blankets. Beds were super uncomfortable and woke up with back pain and neck pain everyday. Breakfast was mediocre to say the least. Hard boiled ages and a few more things jut overall very disappointed. Staff were very friendly and pleasant so the only star I would give this hotel is based on the staff. Would not stay here again.

We stayed for one night at the end of a yoga holiday in Kissamos and had a very relaxing stay. Check in was very easy, the room was comfortable, clean and tidy and the bed was also comfortable. We paid 7 euros for a very nice continental breakfast before our check out. The hotel is next to the sea and close to traditional Cretan restaurants in a quiet area. We would totally recommend it and will use it again

Christina Beach Hotel was awesome. Reception was awesome, friendly, helpful. Lobby was beautiful with a beautiful view. Room was quite nice with a patio and amazing view. We really enjoyed the stay and area.

Great hotel right near the beach with a nice pool, excellent staff, and comfortable rooms. The beach right in front of the hotel is rocky, but we went to other beautiful beaches nearby easily and it was fun to explore. There is a nice strip of restaurants nearby along the water, and we never had to go into town. Would definitely go back!

Staff was very friendly and the cleanliness was very good. Room was comfortable, bed and shower very good with a large balcony overlooking the sea. Wifi by pool was good but very weak or nil in our rooms. The hotel explained there was Wifi in common areas but Expedia did not specify this, so perhaps no fault of the hotel. Breakfast was very disappointing. A location between Elafonisi and Kissamos would have better suited our needs.

I stayed at Christina Beach Hotel 7 Nights. I can recomend this hotel for famlies and older people. My stay was pleasnt and I would choose hotel again if I was back in Kissamos. Staff was Nice and specials thanks for M.E, she was very helpfull and made the best frape ever :)

Welcoming family owned hotel on sea front

Excellent stay at Maria Christina, made to feel very welcome by friendly and efficient staff.

Beach immediately in front of the hotel is unappealing, but very nice beach 5 minutes walk along the seafront; and wonderful selection of eating places very close by.

On the sea front with good sandy beaches within a couple of minutes walk, the hotel also has a good sized pool with loungers and a pool bar which opens into the evening.
A good selection of very good restaurants along the sea front. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Lovely friendly staff. Good location for visiting some of the best beaches on Crete

Convenient and located just off the main beach in Kastelli. This was our base to go to the incredible Balos Bay and Elafonissi Beaches. breakfast was good. Basic rooms for great value. The balcony view was awesome. Facing the ocean.

Lovely spot. Totally relaxed atmosphere. Christina was a delight. The hotel was brand new and spotlessly clean. The beach just 5 mins walk to the left as you come out of the hotel is blue flag. Lovely for swimming or relaxing. Sun loungers there if you want them- buy a drink from the taverna. Best restaurants along the beach to the right - the Cellar is the best. Will return.

Nicest hotel I've ever been to

I stayed with my partner here for 5 nights and we regretted from the first second that we didn't booked for more nights. The hosts are all adorable, very attentive and always smiling. When we were presented with our room, our jaws dropped, we had a great view to the gulf of Kissamos, our balcony was literally 20 meters away from the sea. The room was modern and comfortable, absolutely spotless (the room is cleaned daily). You even have a small kitchenette in case you want to cook something and enjoy it on the balcony. The pool & bar area is lovely too and the breakfast is more than you can ask - not too expensive and you have a big range of hot and cold meals you can choose from. We are clearly gonna be back here, already thinking of next year holidays!

Vietimme perhelomaa kolmen sukupolven kera Christina Beach hotellissa.
Sijainti oli todella loistava, rannan välittömässä läheisyydessä ja lähellä rantakadun ravintoloita.
Hotellin ympäristö oli todella rauhallista, ei liikennettä tms.
Lähelle oli iso Synka supermarket n. 300 metrin päässä.
Majoituimme hotellissa 15 yötä. Aluksi meillä oli kahden makuuhuoneen huoneisto kaupunkinäkymällä ja loppuloma merinäköalalla.
Molemmat huoneistot oli todella suuret ja hyvin varusteltu, jopa astiankuivaus kaapit!
Kaappi tilaa, hyllyjä ja naulakoita olisi saanut enemmän.
Kaikkialla hotellissa oli puhdasta ja huoneet siivottiin päivittäin.
Aamupala oli todella monipuolinen ja ihana asia oli, että se tarjoiltiin klo 11 saakka.
Oli ihana nukkua lomalla pidempään ja päästä vielä aamupalalle.
Meillä oli auto koko loman ajan ja sen sai aina hotellin välittömään läheisyyteen parkkiin.

Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällinen ja hoitivat viat ja puutteet välittömästi.

We booked this nice hotel for a few days in kissamos and were not disappointed.

Rooms were clean and big enough, we had a whirlpool and also a public pool. Service was also very nice and everything went well without problems.

Il nostro soggiorno è stato a dir poco fantastico. Sin dal primo momento, siamo rimasti colpiti dalla pulizia delle stanze, che brillavano. Comoda anche la piccola cucina dotata anche di microonde ed un frigo piccolo ma funzionante benissimo. L'attenzione ai dettagli si è estesa anche alla piscina, tenuta molto bene e mai troppo affollata, permettendoci di rilassarci in totale tranquillità.
Un altro punto di forza è stata la vista mozzafiato sul mare della sala da pranzo. È stato un modo perfetto per iniziare la giornata. A rendere tutto ancora più piacevole è stato lo staff, sempre disponibile, presente e pronto a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. La loro professionalità e gentilezza hanno contribuito a rendere il soggiorno un'esperienza davvero speciale.
Relax e benessere
Il vero fiore all'occhiello per noi è stato l'idromassaggio. Non c'è niente di meglio che immergersi nelle sue bolle dopo una giornata di sole e mare. È stato il nostro rituale serale preferito e ha reso la nostra vacanza ancora più rilassante.

Hôtel très bien situé (à 3min des restos en bord de mer). Literie confortable. Chambre propre. Le balcon est un plus vraiment agréable. La piscine est top pour enfants comme pour adultes !
Personnel réactif, on a eu un soucis avec notre frigo ils sont de suite allés régler le problème.

Le seul problème : le wifi qui fonctionne très très mal.

Ottima struttura posizionata davanti al mare. Vicinissima al centro, con lungomare pieno di ristoranti e piccoli negozi. È presente all'interno una piscina aperta tutto il giorno fino alle 21. La stanza è molto spaziosa con cucina provvista di tutto il necessario. È presente anche un frigorifero spazioso. Presente il parcheggio libero davanti l'hotel. Staff molto disponibile e cordiale. Comodo anche il terrazzo con piccolo stendino. Presente il condizionatore. Non ci sono zanzariere ma la struttura fornisce all'interno della stanza una antizanzare liquido da collegare alla corrente. Un po' scomodo il letto ma tutto sommato sopportabile.

Really nice location and personal there was very friendly. We had a sea view family appartment which is on north side of building. So no sun during whole day shining direct in the room which was perfect as it was hot during wholy day :-). Also roll tops were available to darken room.
As hotel is on the beach you also have a lot of bars/restaurants within 5 min walk.
We enjoyed our stay there.

Only problem is the beach as it´s a mixed one of sand and stones. As we had a car our favorite was falassarna beach which really looks like to be in caribic. ;-)

La chambre était très poussiéreuse et les meubles un peu désuets...

Good service and attentive staff. The room was well decorated. There were all the tools for cooking. There were conditioner to cool the room because it is very hot outside. Our room had a balcony, good for sitting and watching the sunset. The hotel is situated near the beach and has a beautiful pool with bar. Near the hotel you have a lot of shops, restaurants, bars and supermarkets are situated nearby as well. We stayed in Kissamos and also visited Chania, Balos Beach, Falasarna Beach and Elafonisi Beach. Amazing experience here. Relaxation. We will definitely be back to Crete and will stay again at Christina Beach Hotel.

Bra utgångspunkt o återhämtning mellan utflykterna i området. Själva stan kissamos e inte så stor. Bra service o god frukost. Ganska stor pool med solstolar o liten lekpark på hotells område. Skönt med massagefåtölj i lobby. Stor rum ( studio ) med bekväm säng.
