The apartment hotel was clean, comfortable and had a great bathroom and cozy beds and was the perfect size for our group of 5! It was close to everything. The host was very responsive to questions. The only thing that was less easy than a regular hotel was having them hold our bags the next morning after checkout. We had to wait awhile for staff to arrive in order to drop them off, where hotels have staffing 24 hours. It was a great stay, nonetheless and we'd recommend it to anyone with a larger group!

The room heater and hair dryer were not functioning during my stay, and the issue was reported but never resolved. Sleeping in extreme cold (12°F) was very uncomfortable. This stay did not meet the basic amenity standards expected.

Room was on a floor where we had to go through what seems like a maze of cement, bare corridors with very low ceilings and stepping through multiple doors and down and and up stairs. Seriously felt like a cell block and kind of scary. The rooms itself was much smaller than what appeared in the photos; I know photos are taken in a way to show things off as best as possoble but again it just felt like a an upscale cell with beds. There didn't see to be any circulation in the room and I was honestly worried abut air quality. The towels in the bathroom were thin and worn (looked to be clean) and there were was only enough for two people (barely) and not three as clear on our reservation. It also appears that each floor or set of floors were under contract to different \"hotel\" services and the \"front\" desk was basically a guy handing out keys based in prenames enevelopes.and very grudging with other questions. We ended up leaving and booking in another hotel. Admit got pulled.im by the price but I've spent same or less at other places which were far nicer.

While the staff was good, check-in was easy, room was clean, my only problem is the constant slamming of doors by other guests and loud talking in the halls all night and all morning and it’s no way to avoid hearing it if you are a light sleeper. Checkout was easy also. But the hotel served it’s purpose

Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with 3 double beds for 5 of us. The rooms were clean and good facilities with microwave, hob cooker and fridge freezer. Would have been nice to have a kettle, however we improvised and used a saucepan to boil water for tea and coffee.

Friendly staff. Great communication and location- right off 34th street which has so many subway trains and also close to Penn Station if you take the NJ railroad in like we did. Good price for midtown manhattan (booked a year early). Loved that there was a security guard in the lobby. Good water pressure. Good temp in room with AC unit in late October but not sure how it would fare in summer. We were able to leave luggage for a few hours for free at the office during day which was nice.

The room was perfect for the New York trip I took with my wife. It was not the most glamorous, but it had everything we needed. Having a small kitchen was a bonus, it allowed us to save money by cooking dinner instead of going out.

There were shops nearby with a wide variety of items. For an older hotel it was very clean and well kept. The staff provided clear direction and areas to go for interest and shopping. They were able to answer all of our request. My family loved that there was a lot of space in our room for movement and a lot of finishing touches like small plants and great views from all windows. The room was in terrible condition. When we arrived, we immediately noticed several strands of hair on the linens, which clearly hadn’t been cleaned. The pillows had yellow stains, and the bathroom had mold and a strong mildew odor. To make matters worse, we saw roaches crawling near the sink. We ended up leaving the room at 1 a.m. because we couldn’t even stay for a full night. When we went to drop off the keys at the front desk, the staff member on duty had bloodshot red eyes. After we explained everything that had happened, he didn’t ask any questions or seem concerned—he just continued scrolling on his phone.

Stayed with 2 friends and loved it. They kept our bags before and after we checked in/out, which was a huge bonus. We were a little worried when our room was next to the elevator but we didn’t hear it. The room was clean and comfortable. It’s a small space, so there are no chairs to sit but the beds were comfortable. We appreciate the fridge, microwave and dishes. Henry was phenomenal with communication- including how long water might take to warm up, etc. I would stay here again with my friends and family.

Check in was fast and easy as was check out, and the hotel offered to hold our bags at no extra cost.The first night was rough with other guests being loud beginning at 2 or 3 a.m., and on the second night there was loud traffic noise until around midnight. This hotel was a great choice for our family of 5 trying to find a space to fit us all that was reasonably priced. The room was exceptionally clean, updated bathroom, and overall nice decor. Everything was as advertised in the pictures. We have three children (between ages of 8-14), and while the space was fairly small, we were able to be in the room with 5 suitcases plus other bags and still move around comfortably. Henry, our host,was friendly and easy to communicate with. We arrived after hours but had clear instructions for check in with the security desk which went smoothly. Location is perfect - subway, shopping, restaurants, and Empire State building just a couple blocks away. We would stay here again!
