Bad experience - no hand soap
Room does not look like the pictures at all, dirty walls and no hand soap! When asked the reception advised we can use the soap in the shower - which was not accessible unless stepping in in the bath ! Never seen this before.

Wouldn’t stay again, made reservation year in advance, told them a few weeks in advance that I’d be showing up a day later than I booked for, it was nonrefundable and I told them that was fine, told them many times I’d arrive Sunday and not Saturday, but this is not unusual as some people book the night before to have their room ready for whenever they show up, on the Sunday they message me saying I need to call to give my credit card (told them already I’m from out of country and can’t call) for late check In (told them multiple times I’d be there before 8pm) then said they technically could take my room away as I didn’t show up the Saturday ( even though I told them multiple times id b showing up Sunday and they said it was fine) super stressful and frustrating to be dealing with on a travel day. Only good thing was walking distance from the stadium, other than that I’d never stay again, we then had some lady yelling at us and on the phone we were trying to check out, not sure if she works there or what but she was yelling at us in French and asking what we were doing there when we were simply standing in the lobby with our luggage waiting for our Uber.

The hotel is located well outside the city, so a car is essential. Rooms are adequate, bathroom clean, beds clean but lack of wardrobe space. Reception is unmanned

15 mins from stadium and easy tram ride from main station. Hotel good, staff friendly and helpful. The checkin is between 3pm -9pm but need to just contact them outside these hours to get in. Room clean comfy and air con which is much appreciated as very hot whilst there. Basic amenities but comfy bed. Restaurant attached with bar though. Enjoyed stay so came back for next game. Would think about taxi if walking difficult, with a lot of luggage or children though.

Plus points, clean room friendly staff nice shower comfy bed and air con especially as it was a heatwave when there. Restuarant next door very good. 15 mins walk from tram station and 10 mins to groupma stadium. Minus points, it's a 15 min walk to get to the hotel over a big roundabout that can get very busy as it has the off/on ramps of a motorway equivalent road. The surface isnt easy for wheelie suitcases but backpack ok.. might be worth getting a taxi if don't fancy the walk. If driving perfect position outside of Lyon, but with public transport option.. last thing is got email to say check in is 3pm -9pm but just let them know so they can arrange for someone to be there. Would definately stay again as lovely room and happy to do the walk, as it was good weather.

perfect location for attending the womens world cup finals being held at the olympic lyonnaisse stadium. All the staff were extremley friendly and helpful. So much so that I have already recommended the hotel to friends.

Property was located next to Lyon stadium. The staff was very helpful when making sure my room was prepared. There was a breakfast option available. The only drawback was the hotel is located in a pretty remote part of Lyon so there were very few food options.

nous réservons une chambre avec baignoire, celle ci est confirmée par mail. a notre arrivée, nous avons la chambre 23.Pas de baignoire, retour réception. Apres négociation, nous avons la chambre 43. La chambre 43 a des bagages a l intérieur donc occupée et ca c est très grave. Retour réception. La réceptionniste nous dit qu' elle nous avez surclassé.... ???? Dans une chambre standard, je vois pas le surclassement. On veut pas être surclassé, on veut une baignoire. Coup de fil au responsable, rien a faire l hôtel est complet. Retour chambre 23 en espérant qu' elle ne soit pas relouer a notre retour de soirée. Petit dej convenable pour le prix. Un petit geste commercial aurait été le bienvenue pour la déception de notre séjour. Mais non rien . D'autres hôtels aux alentours, nous y descendront certainement pour un prochain séjour.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel a été très gentil et accueillant. J’ai pu avoir ma chambre avant l’heure prévue et ils ont également accepté de garder ma valise, ce qui a été très pratique. La chambre était propre, spacieuse et agréable. Je viens souvent y séjourner pour le travail. Toujours aussi satisfaite le personnel est très accueillant l’hôtel est propre ainsi que les chambres. Et surtout point fort : la localisation, tout est à proximité c’est top !

Needed a hotel for a quick stay.
Thought it was just another low-price no-service and no-soul hotel. But we were wrong… The room was brand new without anything extraordinary, but worked perfectly and with very good bed.
Tiffan in the reception was awesome and super friendly and made us feel welcome right away. She recommended a few places to eat.
Breakfast was great - and the hotel owner / manager was circulating around the guests asking if we were satisfied - that is very rare but highly appreciated.

Hôtel très propre, au calme, très bien situé pour assister à un concert à la salle Aréna qui est située à 15 minutes à pieds. Possibilité de laisser la voiture à l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner pas trop cher et copieux.

C’était notre deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel. Très bon accueil : la jeune femme de l’accueil, très sympathique, nous a reconnu, après notre précédent séjour qui datait de plus d’un an. La chambre était grande, avec un très grand lit, très confortable.

The staff was very friendly, but this hotel is in a very poor state.
The bed, wifi and airconditioning are ok.
The bathroom is horrible, water is leaking everywhere which caused damage to the wooden parts and makes it look awful. Floor covered in water, floor mat fully wet with toen wooden parts coming off on it. Toilet roll holder is broken.
Tv is not working correctly, disturbed signal.
Parking is available, small places and no fence.
Gym is closed. No breakfast possibility on monday.
Tv could not be repaired during our 2 night stay. We were told 30 bathrooms needed renovation. Staff apologised.
