The staff are incredible. So professional and they take real pride in their work.

I had a wonderful stay at Kempinski, and this being my third visit this year says it all.

Irene at the front desk was welcoming and efficient, Frantz, Alvin, and Moses from guest support were consistently attentive, and Ruth at the Balcony Bar delivered excellent service.

The strong leadership of GM Hakiki is clearly reflected in the team. Exceptional service throughout — I’ll definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was beautiful and had such an easy, relaxing feel to it. The staff were incredibly friendly and thoughtful — they paid attention to the little things, and it really showed. Breakfast was amazing, especially the buffet. Everything was fresh and delicious, and the service was excellent.
Our room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a short getaway. I honestly wish we had stayed longer. Definitely a place I’d choose again on our next trip. Thank you for the great experience!

Magnifique hôtel. Nous avons testé le service “ concierge”. Il a résolut nos problèmes de billets d avions en appelant plusieurs fois l Europe, sans frais pour nous. Nous avons demandé deux espresso en chambre, on nous à installé une machine Nespresso avec capsules à volonté. Le breakfast est TOP ! Le repas dans restaurant TOP ! Les employés ont le sourire. Le fitness est moderne avec Patrick le coach qui donne de super conseils. Service limousine pour l aéroport. Sauna, aman, piscine… literie top… rapport qualité/prix imbattable. Vous l avez compris, on vous le recommande fortement.

Staff were very good, hotel is very impressive. Alas, the noise from the traffic is loud, the rooms would benefit from a significant upgrade to the double-glazed patio doors to the balconies, if I stayed again, then I would book a smaller room facing away from the expressway.

To the restaurant team — Basweti, Christine, Catherine, Sylvia, and Meshack — thank you for your outstanding service and attention to detail. Each meal was beautifully presented and served with heart.

Hotel was just amazing, better than any 5 star I’d stayed in. A home away from home. Didn’t want to leave. Nicely laid out and in tip top shape. The room given was newly renovated in which I found no defects. The breakfast choices were plentiful and delicious. The staff was top notch, everyone is treated as royalty. This hotel definitely stands out. Whenever I mentioned its name everyone knew of it. Other food choices and bars were just around the corner in the mini mail . Streets are very safe. Westlands is just 10mins away.

Minor point but they were rigid about reversing my with breakfast booking ( they argued I had a no cancellation booking), even though I had requested for change within 10mins of booking. But breakfast was lovely so not too important, but felt rather cheated by the poor service there.

The Villa Rose Kempinski is truly one of the best, if not the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The rooms are lovely and spotlessly clean, the beds, super comfortable and the shower so warm and comforting. Really not a bad word to say about the hotel. However, what makes the hotel what it is, is the staff. They are an absolute joy - the provide personalized service, they know you by name and they remember your preferences all while smiling and genuinely caring for your comfort during your stay. This level of personal service is rare and amazing. My stay would not have been what it was without the amazing staff. My thanks to EACH and EVERY one of you. Special thanks to Jane (your omelettes were the best!! :-D) and Janet at Cafe Villa Rosa, James and Anne at the front desk, Evans who assisted me with my baggage and the drivers - Frans, David, Ben and the team. Beyond amazing - No words!

Absolutely amazing - beyond words. I could write about how beautiful the hotel was, how great the room was, how clean the bathroom was or about the wonderful breakfast spread or delicious options. However, although all these are 100% present and beyond expectation, the things that truly stood out were the staff. Their friendliness and personal service was amazing - from reception the staff who cleaned my room to the waiters and waitresses, to everyone in between. Your personal service, your genuine caring did not go unnoticed and meant so much. Even the gentleman who collected my laundry wanted to know how I slept the night before - and it was genuine care! What more can I say - you won't be disappointed at Villa Rosa Kempinski. Thanks to each and every one of you.

It was very bad experience unaccepted and surprised me can not believe with Kempinski. All toiletries was Chinese unbranded products like street c class hotels. Even mattress was so bad got backache badly. Full waste of my money name of Kempinski never had experience like that before with Kempinski. I felt they use that kind of room for Hotels.com Expedia booking. So in future I have to think twice use your platform to book my future booking.

When staying in Nairobi, your location matters especially given the amount of traffic in the city and how the transport network operates. So staying in a location that is central to the airport as well as the business district along with the necessary dining facilities and amenities was critical. The hotel is 5* has incredible facilities for eating, wellness etc. and is safe and secure for both business and pleasure.
