La réceptionniste a essayé de nous soutirer 19 euros en prétendant que les petits déjeuners étaient en supplément, après et \"longue vérification\" (j'avais moi même accès au prétendu code de réservation), il s'est avéré que le règlement avait été effectué dès la réservation ; sans un mot d'excuse, sans même rougir de cette tentative d'escroquerie, la réceptionniste a argué d'une erreur commise par son \"collègue\". Je vous invite à tenter l'expérience auprès de cet établissement dont la procédure semble usuelle.

We chose this hotel as our overnight stop from driving back to the UK from Spain. The hotel was about a 10 hour drive from Alicante. It was easily situated just off the main motorway and is perfect if you are just looking for somewhere to rest your head.
The hotel room was clean and tidy but the bunk bed was not made and I had to spend time putting sheets on that bed so that my child could go to sleep. There was no plug for the sink in the room which meant that we couldn't fill the sink for a wash.
Toiletries were provided and the shower and toilet were clean. The toilet and shower were all together in a wet room so you needed to be careful of slippage when using the toilet straight after a shower.
The breakfast was reasonable at around 6 euros per person, although the breakfast area was quite small and everything appeared to be squashed in. There was an adequate selection available of toast, croissants, cheese and yoghurts as well as fresh fruit juice and condiments. A coffee machine was available to dispense hot drinks including hot chocolate.
The staff we came across were pleasant and friendly but did not speak English.

Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Imm Gegensatz zu anderen ibis budget Hotels gab es eine richtige Dusche und Toilette und nicht nur eine Box im Stil einer Dixie-Toilette! :-)
Für Reisende sehr angenehm, dass es Frühstück ab 05:30 Uhr gibt.
Das einzige negative: unser Zimmer war direkt neben der Rezeption und abends standen einige Personen (auch Kinder dabei) an der Rezeption und unterhielten sich lange und ziemlich laut.
Dies hat uns etwas gestört, aber ich denke in anderen Zimmern ist dies nicht so problematisch.
Alles in Allem ist das Hotel sehr empfehlenswert!

Personalmente me encuentro a gusto con los Ibis Budget, pero este en concreto sólo tiene de Ibis Budget el cartel, porque las instalaciones no se corresponden con las que se encuentran en los demás hoteles de la cadena. No está insonorizado, las puertas son finas y se abren con un sistema vetusto de tarjetas perforadas (si hay suerte, porque una de las habitaciones que me dieron no se abría de ninguna forma salvo con la llave del conserje), no hay lámparas de techo en ninguna habitación, el olor de las habitaciones resulta repugnante (parte de él se debe al tabaco), el estado de mantenimiento es deplorable (interruptores rotos, los botones del ascensor pegados con cinta adhesiva), y la limpieza es casi nula.
