They over book and move you to a terrible resort overpriced and slow service never want to come back. The resort we got moved to was not good. They lie and say it’s maintenance yet it is because they’re useless and over book.

This resort had lots of fun things for kids to do. Good buffet breakfast with champagne. A/C in rooms is extra cold which is good but we had to turn it off to thaw out. Massage price was very reasonable. Beautiful resort. Pina Coladas were very good but weren't ready. Kept telling us the machine needed 10 more minutes. They have a small ice cream stand by the pool. Every hotel employee was extra nice. We had to ask for towels a couple times. The Nadi Town was worth the money. Really liked the stop at Jack's to get souvenirs. The temple was beautiful but they don't let you take pics inside. We had a washer/dryer in our unit and small kitchen with coffee maker, microwave and fridge. There's a Fiji Airways desk inside the lobby. You can check in for your flight then hit the pool.

I think what makes this stay great is the attention the staff give to everyone and how welcoming they are. Would love to thank everyone for making this stay feel like home, but more in specifically Vriscila, Ana, Jese, Solo, Lita and Sam. One thing I also loved, is how great they are with kids and always have activities with the kids and that’s something I look forward to coming back when my wife and I have kids of our own.

Staff super friendly and resort was nice. Lots of kids so if that bothers you consider somewhere else. Biggest disappointment was the quality of food both meals we had at the Radisson Blu and Thai restaurants were fair to average and not particularly cheap. Looks like they’re catering for more family groups and diets. Overall good but not great at least in my opinion.

We loved the friendly local staff and hospitality. Breakfast was okay. Room was okay but shower barely worked. Prefer adults only resorts. Way too many kids for our liking and pool wasn't very good for adults. Nowhere near big enough. Music blaring constantly making it hard to have some peace and quiet.

the menu was fresh and there was plenty of choice at the buffet breakfast , all the restaurants had great menus and the food was delicious. Extremely friendly staff always willing to help. Always ready with a smile and a 'Bula!' Room was comfortable and well serviced by the cleaning staff. Just wish we had a queen size bed not double. Overall the stay at the resort was an amazing experience, very relaxing, and we will return to this property in the future

We had the most amazing Easter weekend at Radisson Blu Resort Fiji Denarau Island and can’t wait to go back!

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome with their warm Fijian hospitality. Check-in was smooth, and the welcome drinks set the perfect tone for a relaxing getaway.

The resort itself is stunning — beautifully maintained gardens, gorgeous lagoon-style pools, and plenty of space so it never felt crowded even during a busy holiday weekend. We loved spending our days poolside and taking peaceful walks around the property.

Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The bed was super cozy and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.Breakfast was fantastic with a huge variety of options, and the restaurants offered delicious food and great service throughout our stay.

Overall, this resort delivered the perfect mix of relaxation, fun, and genuine hospitality. Highly recommend for couples and families alike — already dreaming about our next trip back! 🌴💙

Overall stay was satisfactory; the food was good, we enjoyed the fire dance show. It is nice to connect with other hotels, large area for a walk. Pools are good, activities host was great. Beds are comfortable. Cons: the room was stinky with damp and drain smell; there was a concrete mixer doing work right outside of our room for the day, very noisy; sound proofing was not great, can hear the people/staffs talking during the day as well, just be mindful when you have a baby who naps during the day

We had a wonderful stay at the Raddison - the swim up bar makes for a great time. The pool is wonderful and one of the only pools in the area with a good amount of shade sails over it which makes a huge difference when you’re spending hours of your day in it! The breakfast buffet had a great selection of food and the Italian restaurant on site was a highlight. The only downside of this place is the beds in the rooms are doubles not queens, but that wouldn’t stop me staying again.

We recently stayed at Radisson Blu Fiji as a family of four. Overall we had a nice stay, but there were a few areas that were disappointing compared to other resorts we’ve stayed at in Fiji.
On arrival the experience felt a little underwhelming. We noticed other guests being offered welcome drinks and cold towels, but we were not, which didn’t make for the warm welcome we expected.
The pool facilities are fantastic and definitely a highlight of the resort. The activities team were wonderful and really took the time to engage with the kids, and the water sports crew were great fun.
Unfortunately, the food was underwhelming, especially after previously staying at the InterContinental Fiji where the dining was far superior.
We also experienced confusion around the 20% discount we were told about at check-in for food, beverages and spa treatments. It wasn’t clearly explained that this only applied to certain items, and when we queried our bill we received different information from different staff members. Based on our calculations we should have received around $100 FJD back but were only refunded $50 FJD.
Another disappointment was returning to our room at 8:30pm one evening to find it hadn’t been serviced. We were offered for someone to come at that time but there wasn’t really an apology.
While the resort has great facilities and excellent activity staff, clearer communication and more consistent service would have made the stay much better.

The first night we arrived we had no power and it did not get resolved until 11:30pm, the next morning we woke to no power agin and they decided to change our room

Bathroom shower and sink blockage, water doesn’t drain properly so you have dirty water staying in the sink/shower while using it.

I was very disappointed with my stay and do not believe this hotel deserves a 5-star rating. At best, it felt like a 3-star property.

The room was not clean. There was mold in the shower, dust on the ceiling fan, and worn furniture. I stayed during January/February (rainy season), and the balcony did not drain properly, leaving standing water and making it unusable.

The food was bland and lacked flavor, far below what’s expected from a luxury hotel. Amenities overall were underwhelming. I found myself going out to other hotels for food rather than dining at the hotel.

The hotel is clearly catered to families with small children, with multiple play areas, and is not ideal for guests seeking peace and quiet. The layout also requires a lot of walking and stairs. Rooms are not soundproof at all. Noise from neighboring units, including conversations, toilets, and showers, was clearly audible due to loud plumbing and thin walls.

Overall I would not recommend staying here if you are looking for an adult-friendly vacation. If you have small children, this might be more for you.

It should be noted that the staff are incredible and super helpful when requesting assistance.

Staff were great and enjoyed the nanny’s. Food at the resort was terrible and cocktails had no taste just tasted like alcohol. We ended up drinking and eating elsewhere.
Not enough staff at the bars and restaurants. Rooms were dusty, could be cleaner but they were huge and had great ammenities. Included washer and dryer was a bonus.

We waited for 1 hour plus for our room to be ready. We were given complimentary drinks from the bar to make up for it. When our room was ready the porter showed us our room and I can see that it is a different room(STANDARD ROOM) and not the SUPERIOR ROOM, LAGOON VIEW that I purchased on Expedia(I SAW THE PHOTO OF THE SUPERIOR ROOM, LAGOON VIEW ON EXPEDIA AND THAT IS THE REASON WHY I PURCHASED THE ROOM)
We were given a $150 resort credit for use during the stay and a bottle of wine.
We were tired from the 3 hours jetski safari and they gave us a different room 1 hr 30 mins after checkin opens.
But we really enjoyed our night at Radison. The dinner at Chantara restaurant was awesome and the breakfast buffet was awesome. We’l definitely go back to Radison in the future.

The most recent refurbishment of the room was of a very poor standard. The paint job was shocking.
Maintenance appears to have been cut back. Not unusual for a remote corporate. The room telephone was disconnected and despite reporting this several times it took 4 days to get the phone reconnected. In the meantime, contacting room service was a pain.
I booked a 3am wakeup call for the day we left, today. The call came through with an apology at 4.10am.
Food preparation in the bar & grill restaurant was of a much lower standard compared to our previous stay at Radisson Blue 4 years ago. Easy to see that cost reduction has taken priority over quality, despite in house dining being very expensive although I regarded the $85/head quote given to me at the front desk as reasonable, but back at the restaurant it was $95/ head. No apology just pay up. Inspection of our room account on the TV as advertised, would have been useful, but guess what it was out of service and not available. Our 8-day stay was a disappointment. We will not go back, and I will not recommend this resort to anyone. Looks like it's back to the Sheraton. Equally expensive but better quality and friendlier staff.
