I had accidentally booked for the night after (as arrived in at 1am). I had realised this in advance and had messaged.
The staff were extremely rude and showed no sympathy. With just a message of “IT WILL BE AN EXTRA NIGHT”. I understand I was in the wrong, but kind words do not cost anything.

The free shuttle to the hotel was good though, a sign for the pick up from the airport would be helpful. The price is very good. It is basic and perfect for a lay over. I like this hotel, the staff was very friendly and professional. There are food options. There is nothing really around the property. A taxi ride to the city is a must if there is time.

Huge Vaping Problem

The staff was very nice, but there is a huge vaping problem going on here. It's coming through the air conditioner and air vents. The first two rooms I walked into, I was punched in the face by the smell. The third was a little better, but it was clear, every room was plagued by it. I have asthma and a serious allergy to the stuff. It makes my ears pop painfully, and it's so frustrating to book at a smoke free hotel just to find that there is such a heavy amount of vape going on that it destroys the stay.

It's good but there are other options too

Highlights were service and breakfast.. It's now a little farther away from the new airport compared to the old one, so not as convenient as it used to be..
There are newer hotels on Yas Island which are about the same distance.
However it's still very good.

This place was a real, last-minute bargain. I liked the shuttle idea, though the schedule did not fit my needs. My room may have had a very faint scent of residual smoke from a smoker, but it did not bother me (and I am easily bothered by such things). If near the airport, I would definitely stay again.

Check-in was relatively quick.
Room was basic, not the cleanest, but ok. However, the TV had dozens of channels listed, but would only show Premier Inn adverts. The shower over the bath didn't work properly, as you had to hold the switch continually to get water out of the shower head.
Since the new terminal opened in Abu Dhabi airport, the Premier Inn is no longer convenient, having to get their shuttle bus there and bus. At the airport there are no signs to say where the shuttle bus stop is. Then getting to the airport, you can't reserve a seat at a given time on the shuttle bus, as it's on first come basis, considering its a small bus, is a bit risky especially if you've left your Check-in a bit late.
Breakfast is very good at the hotel.
Unfortunately, having stayed at the hotel a number of times previously, due to the location of the new terminal, i doubt I'll be returning.

Perfect for our long connection needs

It's not our first and certainly is not our last time in this cozy hotel.
We already have another booking to visit in April.
Located 10 minutes away from the airport, this hotel is the perfect affordable solution for a long connection.
The airport shuttle is very convenient taking you to and from the hotel.
Rooms are clean, basic, but that's all you need.

Close to the airport, with a free bus transfer

Fantastic option, located near to the airport. The free bus pick up is where the main bus pick up point is - and is easy to find. The hotel offers a great stay, with good facilities and a restaurant and coffee shop in-built. The staff were very welcoming.

I stayed here overnight for a long layover and I cannot say enough positive things about th bye stay. The free shuttle was so convenient, and to my surprise...they also offer a free shuttle to a few amazing spots. I was able to take the shuttle to see the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque at sunset and it was phenomenal! Coming back to the hotel restaurant was also a treat, the restaurant offers and amazing buffet and also a room service menu with food options for most all dietary needs. I opted for room service and the experience was perfect. Thank you for such a pleasant stay where att my needs were met and much more.

Booked a family room for an overnight layover and it was perfect. Staff were very accommodating, room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary airport shuttle was a big plus for us. Will definitely come back and recommend!

The access from airport was from a shuttle, run down and had no A/C.
The distance from airport seemed very close, it was definitely not.

The bathroom needed some renovation.
Pool area smelled with food being prepared, not the most common thing.

Requesting an uber isn't an options. The app keeps identifying the hotel part of the airport therefore all uber accept the ride and cancel it after 2 min.

It was great service. We thougtt they would serve breakfast, but they dint. It was mentioned on the website as well. It would be better to have a pantry area with some snacks and necessities, a microwave to use.
