I have called the hotel a day before my stay to get a confirmation because I have never received one like any other hotels would do. However, the lady who answered my call was very rude and refused to give me any confirmation and asked me to communicate with Expedia instead.
I was shocked when they told me that the hotel is self service hotel so no help with the luggage unless there's more than one person at the reception so one of them can offer some help.
The food was terrible and I would never consider to have breakfast included with my stay. Same food everyday with few options which make you feel overwhelmed.

Hotel is very close to exhibition centre and is not possible to access by taxi during exhibitions. Staff dont seem to have any knowledge of this. Prices in restaurant inflated for exhibition (I was told this by staff!)
Didn't have a good customer focused feel to it.
Rooms are OK.

Bad service, no bell boy service, took the money and later said they don’t have the booked room, had to stay in another room which they gave ( didn’t have any option). Avoid if possible, though they are close to ADNEC Exhibition so in that way it might make sense.

The headboards were worn and peeling, and I had to drink an allergy tablet because there was mold in the room. Told the front desk staff and they said they'd have housekeeping look into it.

The management was disjointed. I have sent an email and spoke to someone when I called to say I was delayed a day due to weather. When I got there they had sold my room and we're going to send me to another property 10 mins drive. Then I extended to midnight on the 18th at a half rate, then they charged a full day. Disconnected.

The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. I love the fact that this hotel has a full size washer and dry for guests to use free of charge. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms have face towels, which are hard to find in this region!

Excellent staff and first class service, room cleaned every day and everyone of the staff were very helpful. Not much to do near the hotel but with plenty taxis about which were quite cheap then everywhere was within reach, we traveled to Yas Island for the f1 Grand Prix which was over 30 kilometres away and the return fare was about 110 aed, will definitely stay again when we go back to Abu Dhabi.

Hotel unable to cope with number of guests wanting to eat breakfast in the morning, response from restaurant staff we would like to offer you a complimentary lunch, it was a shame we were checking out, I would have liked to see if they could cope with 2 more for lunch.

Nice hotel, steps away from ADNEC

Very nice hotel, staff super nice and helpful.
Appreciated free shuttle to the airport and Yas Mall, fridge in room, help with electric plugs, willingness to extend check-out to 1pm, luggage storage and ability to change in the gym locker room for very late flight..

Visit for Abu Dhabi Grand prix

I was a bit disappointed to be advised by the receptionist there was a problem with our booking especially as we had received an e-mail stating that our reservation was confirmed and that there was nothing further to do on our part.
After explaining this to the receptionist they accepted our version of events.

Quick check in and free airport/Yas Island shuttle were major plus points. There is a 24hrs deli in the hotel and carrefour near by. Everything else is far. No concierge service. Room rather small but clean and comfortable. Cable reception poor at times

Excellent choice for the price. The staff was as helpful and the rooms as clean and comfortable as any five star hotel. It is scaled down luxury- but you can't beat what you get for the price.
It does not have a restaurant bar but is in close prison it's to one that does. You can also order prepared food 24 hours from the hotel deli.

The room offered good value for money. My only objection is that although at booking process my credit card was charged fo 203 AED the receipt I got from the hotel desk at checkout was for 158.33 AED. Please resolve this issue because I have to submit the receipt to my company for compensation. Thanks.

Centro capital is a very good hotel. Hotel management however needs to work out how guests are protected from MAWAQIF agents who issue tickets sporadically while guest try to check in. The hotel needs to warn guests by a simple sign. Remember, not everyone lives in Abu Dhabi.

One of the worst hotel we went. Flamingo was way better. No dental kits, lotion, vanity kit, can't have atleast extra water. Staffs are rude. First and last time to stay there.

I stayed at Centro for the weekend and was happy with everything. I didn't have any meals at the hotel though. The place was really nice, comfortable and good service at reception, my room was clean and very nice. The location was convenient for me to go to places I wanted. Overall I'm happy with everything.

Very convenient for Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre and not too far from the airport but otherwise not a very exciting area and far from Abu Dhabi centre. Nice room, very clean and comfortable. Probably the worst iron I've ever used. Pleasant roof top pool. 24 hour gym is ok but equipment quite old and treadmills have big fixed screens right in front so you can't enjoy the 20th floor view (which would otherwise be good)!

during my 4 nights stay reception customer service was good, no bell boy, i had to carry my own bags,one night they didn't give towels, i had to call. NEVER accept a connecting room specially if you have kids , i was able to hear everything from the other room very clearly.

DON'T STAY AT CENTRO CAPITAL CENTER

This hotel was awful. They served me raw beef. The breakfast staff was rude. Don't stay here. The rooms are tiny. They are not clean. Stay at the Aloft. It's much nicer, and there is more to do. Also, the Aloft has bigger rooms and it is the same price. These hotels are in walking distance from each other.

Brilliant stay. Staff were incredibly helpful... and professional. Check the location as I had to taxi everywhere. Having said that, taxis were always available. The hotel provides a limited bus service to the airport and mall. Great value for money.

Our experience at the Centro

Due to travel delays we arrived at the Centro very late. The Reception staff were welcoming and understanding.
We found our room and other services were of a very high standard throughout our stay. One night we arrived back at the hotel after 11 pm. The cafe/bistro was efficient and good hot food was provided quickly. Overall, this is a very good hotel.

Nice place to stay

Hotel is out of the main city centre but can be accessed by taxi or hire a car yourself. The hotel itself is brand new with nice fittings and was very clean and serviced well. Pool is located on the 20th floor and was clean and clear. The only down side to the hotel is its lack of knowledge of tours available for tourists. We had to end up hiring a car to get around and look at things (had to walk to another hotel not far away to arrange) and does have undercover carpark available for free. Also they weren't willing to allow us to shower later in afternoon before long flight back to Australia despite hotel in Dubai accommodating this. Staff were polite.

We came on holiday for our 25th wedding anniversary and had a wonderful time. sakib the house keeper gave us a nice surprise by making swans from towels and placing on the bed.
