We were all pleasantly surprised by the resort. During the time of the booking it wasn't easy to find enough information but the minute we checked in, I was reassured we had made the right choice. Everything from the rooms to the overall ambience and facilities of the resort and from the restaurants to the mall next door were of the highest quality. The whole team was very accommodating and supportive in all our needs Andalus is offering service and experience punching above it's weight

From the beginning to the end of our stay this resort was absolutely amazing, the staff from every section of the hotel were so attentive and helpful with me and my family.
We absolutely loved this Res, we thank you and this is definitely our favourite resort in Abu dhabi to date and most certainly will be back.

One bedroom was big. No \"in hotel\" restaurant as such, but restaurants on site. The Italian restaurant is where they do breakfast, but not until 7am which was too late for me. No bar, which was OK, unless you want an alcoholic beverage. There is a supermarket next door to buy breakfast things and food if needed. Kitchen utensils were limited. 2nd floor room had low water pressure for shower. But adequate. It was fine and I would stay again, but may not be first choice.

Good value to price for ADIPEC Conference. Free morning shuttle to Conference. On-site pool and gym is a plus.

Good selection of separately run resturants around hotel premesis.

Large sized rooms with reasonably comfortable bed, work desk, outside patio area. Rooms include sink and refriderator with kitchenette style counter space and cupboards.

Rooms are a bit dated and bathroom shower water pressure is \"loopy\", which is common in older hotels that lack regular maintenance, or knowledgable maintenance staff to check and correct boiler pressure balance valves or booster pumps. An inconvenience, but not major issue.

All around solid 3 stars considering the much higher cost of accomodations elsewhere during ADIPEC Conference. Should this hotel management spike pricing up to similar sky high prices during event, it's a definate pass. However in this case, at the value to price during ADIPEC it is an acceptable choice and hotel management is smart to keep prices reasonable during the event.

Surprised from quality of the hotel and room for the cheap price we paid! Located 20min drive from the airport, the resort is embedded in an outdoor mall that highly resembles a south European city (France/Italy). We received a free room upgrade that granted us a VERY huge apartment, better than a real house! We stayed only one night, so we cannot comment much, but the mall seemed vibrant and the pool very nice.

Terrible Spa Experience and Huge Vape Problem

I wanted to have a nice getaway at a resort for a couple days with a spa treatment or two, but it was a nightmare. I made sure to let them know ahead of time to keep me away from any smoking/vaping rooms, and they assured me that all rooms were non smoking. It's quite the opposite. There is vaping going on everywhere, and it was coming into the bathroom, through the air conditioner and through the kitchen area. The air was stale and unbreathable. I have a serious allergy to vape, and I have asthma, so saying a place is smoke free when it isn't is dangerous for some people. I don't need anything fancy in a room. I just require oxygen, which this places was lacking in abundance. I also encountered it at the spa when I went for a treatment. I had to change tables because the first one I laid in smelled like someone had been vaping into the head hole during a previous massage. The massage therapist also didn't seem to be well trained. This is the first time I've complained about a massage ever. She put all her weight on my back by crawling on me painfully. I asked her to stop, but she continued. Later on, she was bending my leg in such a way that it was causing me pain, so I asked her to just massage the muscles, and she tried to insist on doing the other side first. I had to snap at her to get her to stop. I have had sciatic and back pain for a week because of it. Also, most shops are vacant. There is not much resort at the resort. Terrible experience.

I had a wonderful stay at the Al Seef Resort. The hospitality was excellent and the staff were always willing to accommodate my request. The place itself was a surprising concept. A mini community of well furnished and extremely spacious apartments. It was like home away from home. The resort had various interesting amenities and dining options and an excellent shopping mall of really delightful shops. Children’s play areas, a library and swimming pool including a spa retreat centre were just a few of the delightful amenities available. A lovely oasis of harmony, tranquility and beauty that would appeal to groups as well as families with young kids and singles also. I will definitely be back to the Al Seef Resort. Thanks to the delightfully kind staff who made my stay exceptional especially Rasika, Rashid and Pyne Sone. Brilliant and warm hospitality from them all.

The hotel needs to be renovated super old and doesnt meet the standards of Abudhabi hotels.... the bathroom sink was not clean the lamp next to the bed sooooo old yellowish lighting of the room very bad theres no elevator so if u have a luggage it will be a hassle eventhough if theres someone that will carry ur luggage. The AC is in front of the bed even in a low fan u it will still hit ur face! There was a smell of humidity when I entered the room.

The mall next to it is so limited carrefour is the only good option. The area itself is far from the touristic places

Perfect for families

It's a nice find in the city. Convenient location, quiet, big gym, with several dining options around. There's even an Owl Cafe. The resort isn't posh, but the rooms are huuuuggge. I stayed in a one-bed and it had a large living room, kitchen and a private rooftop deck. Kitchen has all the amenities needed. This would make a great place to stay for long trips.

I had been considering this hotel for quite some time but was always on the fence. Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised.

Are they the nicest rooms in Abu Dhabi? No. But the room was clean and spacious (it was a full one-bedroom apartment with a massive terrace) - the staff was helpful and friendly. I will definitely book here again.

Great location and community; really pleasant and secure resort. Plenty of quality food and beverage options within the environs and the staff were really friendly. A super location for young families and the accommodation allows for 'breathing' space. If staying in Abu Dhabi - this is a great option and whilst not being in the heart of the city or Yas, it is conveniently located to get where you need to go.

We really enjoy staying at Al Seef Resort. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. A huge complaint is the communication with the Booking agents and the hotel are lacking and I had to battle to get my booking reinstated after it was cancelled by the hotel. Hey Them at the reception really went out of his way to assist me. The rooms are cleaned every day. The amenities eg cutlery and cooking utensils are scares but we still managed to prepare proper meals in the apartment. A suggestion are that they provide drying racks for the bigger apartments and more crockery and cutlery.
The staff at reception went out of their way to assist us with al the preparations to fly back home. They were also willing to help us with all the Covid-19 copies we had to provide at the airport and all our boarding passes.
Thank you for a wonderful time at the Resort.

The rooms were dated and needed to cleaned more thoroughly. We found 2 lizards in the kitchen. There was hair in the shower. Since the The bathrooms did not have enough towels, my son slipped on the wet floor as got out of the tub. After complaining and submitting an unfavorable review, I was offered free breakfast and asked to removedthe review. Since I did not remove the review, the offer was rescinded. I wonld not recommend these apartments until more changes are made.Nice location.

More than 30 minutes to check in as it seems the process with bookings through hotels.com is not clear, ended up in a room with no room lights, but two table lamps beside the bed. Don't expect a room with a decent condition and expect some delays in checking in and out. The resort itself is beautiful withblots of shops around and well serviced.

Good Hotel but they somehow look down on Asians.

Hotel was nice. But management dont treat guests as important people. They treat guests as a nuisance to their property which I think is ironic because thats what the hotel is all about. Swimming the lifeguard just goes around and keeps on counting and counting and tells people that your over limit, only 2 can go, only 5 can go. Manager comes to the room and just directly tells us. If you dont lower your volume we would check you out.

The stay was good however our booking with Hotels.com clearly says \"Studio with pool views\". when we arrived in the early hours in the morning looking out of the window was surprised there was NO POOL VIEW - querying with the hotel that morning we were told that there were no studios with pool view on the complex - very disappointing- Hotels.com need to be more careful with the statements on their bookings

The hotel told us they had no room for us when we arrived to check-in on the F1 weekend even though we had booked in advance through Expedia and had received no cancellation information from the hotel.
I immediately got on the phone to Expedia. After 1.5 hours the manager gave us a room.
This was a real shame because the hotel is very nice otherwise.
On checkout day we waited 15 minutes for a buggy to reception and then we ended up walking with our suitcases because the buggy hadn't arrived and we needed to head to our next destination.

The perfect stay at the Al Seef resort

I stayed at the Al Seef resort with friends for 6 nights whilst visiting Abu Dhabi for the Grand Prix. I found our apartment spacious and comfortable and would happily stay here again. The Alonsos were especially helpful and even gave us a ride to our room on a golf kart, as motorsport fans we loved this haha. The location was ideal with enough places to eat at for breakfast, and only costs around 50 AED to get to yas mall for shopping and more restaurants. The pool area was super relaxed and the perfect place to wind down at after a long day at the track. This was certainly value for money and can't wait to come back. Thank you!

This hotel and many others in Abu Dhabi overbooked causing me and many other people that booked in advance to not have a room when arriving on the scheduled date. We ended up having to go back and sleep overnight at the airport terminal. The hotel would not even assist us in trying to locate lodging for that night. Never Again. Now I have the fun pleasure of trying to get my money back out of Travelocity.

This was a horrible experience! We got to the hotel and waited 45 min in line only to be told our reservation was denied. The hotel was overbooked and we didn't get our room. Hotels.com sent me a confirmation 4 days prior saying looking forward to your stay. I had the reservation for months. Totally unacceptable, don't know who's fault it was but my guess it was Hotels.com not communicating with the hotel.

The hotel is in a nice neighborhood, everything looks perfect from the outside, but in the inside it looks totally different and faulty! One big comment is the hot water in the bathroom which is +55C per maintenance and engineering staff! I requested to be contacted via email about my inquiry for a long stay, and didn’t receive an email or call back until now as I’m writing this comment! Also, if you request something it will take forever or nevee! You might as well go down to the reception and do it yourself :) On a positive note, the staff and valet parkers are very friendly and make a positive environment for your stay

Short stop after travel to Spain and Portugal.

Very good property. Beautiful pools, especially one for toddlers and all had a shallow walk in area. Waterslide X2 also a grassed play space for the children.Streets within the resort had several casual dining restaurants to choose from also a supermarket in the mall next door. Our room was clean and tidy, however aircon was very noisy but necessary to sleep at night. The bed gave me a dreadful back ache but my husband thought it was fine. The small kitchenette lacked crockery and cutlery but this was quickly rectified on the morning of our request. Also had a fridge and microwave. Large deck off unit but mostly too hot to stay out for long. Decking tiles a little bit dirty. Resort was quite close to the mosque, the Emirates Palace and various other tourist attractions including the Louvre which was superb. Staff on reception were quick and helpful. Definitely stay here again but would request a room overlooking the pool or garden.
