Lovely clean accommodation, next to the congress centre (1 min walk!) which is great for business. Amazing gym, pool, sauna and stream room facilities. Only negatives were no alcohol served in the hotel, the bed was super hard and took a night to get used to. Also a slight damp smell in the room.

Overall Nice Hotel

I have visited the UAE many times , but had never stayed in ABu Dhabi so I wanted to switch things up a bit this time plus this was a part of the stop on my bday celebration as well. The hotel itself is very clean, the rooms are spacious, and the staff is friendly and very helpful. Plus the location is convenient for you getting to the market if needed. I only encountered one issue during check-in with being double charged for my booking. The issue was resolved as best as it could I just had to wait on the funds to return to my account. I was told the manager would reach out to me regarding the issue but they never did so I guess that's that... I definitely would recommend staying here just would advise travelers to pay attention when handing over your credit card.

Overall stay was good.
The breakfast could've been better as the options were minimal - but had the basics.
Bathroom amenities weren't replaced everytime - towels, cotton buds, gowns etc...

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING

Amazing place. Staff are excellent especially Winston at breakfast. All the staff from receptionists, valet guys, restaurant staff, the pool are all amazing. The rooms are clean and spacious, the atmosphere inside and outside the hotel was absolutely perfect for us.
It will be nice though if more English speaking channels are made available.
We enjoyed our stay so much that we are already planning to go back.

Location is great. Next to ADNEC with easy access to Khaleej Al Arabi freeway and Zayed Sports City. Facility relatively new and one of three co-located Rotana hotels. Room spacious and comfortable. An excellent value during summer months. Staff very helpful and courteous. Easy to use work desk and kitchen facility.
Only parking is free valet parking, so need to allow time time bring car up from underground parking when going places. A couple of times that took 10+ min due to trouble finding key or high traffic volume.
Other minor items were bathroom sink clogged and handicapped bathroom had features that made it inconvenient for use by non-handicapped patrons (no storage, open shower which allowed water to spread around room). Hotel staff did offer to relocate to different room.

Modern, upscale property. Room was excellent value. Room amenities excellent. Even provided user manuals for kitchen appliances. Iron provided was inexplicably cheap given the quality of everything else. Convenient location near ADNEC and Khaleej Al Arabi freeway.
Parking only by valet which is a problem if in a hurry or if making several short trips in a day.
Not much at breakfast for traditional Western tastes, so not a good value for me.
Daily room cleaning unusually late in day (as late at 4:30 pm). If out running errands or sightseeing during the day, that’s about the time people come back to change, clean up and get ready to go out for the evening. Would expect room to be serviced before then.

Staff is fantastic. Very helpful, speak fully English. Hotel and my hotel room was just perfect. The best shower ever. My room was huge, with the most comfortable bed. Fridge, microwave, cooker,all provided. Great hotel, would recommend very much and would definitely stay at again. Location wise, it is about 20 minutes walk to the Grand Mosque, which was the reason for me to visit Abu Dhabi, about 20 - 30 minutes in a taxi to the airport. Do not book taxi through the hotel, they charge you 150 Dirham, while on the meter in the taxi ( which you get easily in front of the hotel or at the airport ) it will cost you anything between 45 - 80 Dirham. Depending on the traffic.

It was a great experience, we had 2 booking at this hotel. During our first stay we were given a studio with an adapted bathroom for disability as there were no other rooms available. To compensate for this when we returned for our second stay we were given an upgraded one bed apartment with a bath tub. It was overall a great experience and very good customer service.

Extremely cooperative and accommodating to clients' requests.

My only comment is on bath room cleaning procedure. I found that the cleaner placed the floor towel on top of wash basin platform where the tooth brush and other personal sanitary items are normally placed. I instructed the cleaner about it and he immediately accepted the error and apologized.

I've stayed here a few times and I like the area and the hotel. The hotel is ideal because I'm able to prepare my own food thanks to a cooktop, microwave, and refrigerator. There's also a washing machine. I look forward to it after traveling. This time, when my room was cleaned nothing was restocked. No body wash, no tea or sugar and the trash under the sink was full but not emptied. I trust it's just an oversight because the many other times I've stayed everything was perfect. It is one of my favorite hotels so I will stay again.

This hotel has been suggested to me by a friend, and the stay was really good. The only unpleasant thing was a lot of fees added to the declared price (about 5 (!) added positions takes ~25% of the whole sum). So good hotel but unfair managers.

Awesome, spacious and very well planned studio layout with fantastic all amenities, including full kitchen & washing and drying m/c. Extremely modern with gadgets, led lights, flat panel TV and all glass shower. Nearby to grocery market & hyper market, 24 room dining service. Very near to diplomatic area, 20mins to airport, 25mins to Corniche Rd. Taxis always around.

Good and straightforward 4 star hotel

Stayed here for 23 days, hotel is clean, location more like nearby offices, courts, exhibition centre and some shops, less noisy and less traffic than city centre. Rooms have kitchen with washing-drying machine which is very useful. Hotel don't have alcohol bar although there are few in nearby hotels. For the four star hotel category this hotel is good. Staff are respectful and helpful.

Just a quick stopover while waiting for a flight but I wish it had been longer. The bed was super comfortable. Front desk staff very friendly. I wasn't there long enough to take full advantage of the hotel. I hope to stay longer next time. I was definitely impressed.

Nice hotel but when I asked room service to bring up ice had to call 3 times. Another time I ordered a caramel ice cream sundae the ice cream had ice crystals in it and there was no caramel syrup on it and the portion was tiny. Would probably stay there again but ignore room service.

AMAZING Hotel - definitely recommend

My wife and I stayed here for Christmas this year and loved our time here. The hotel is beautiful; the room is spacious and modern (and very clean), and the staff are phenomenal. The only thing I would recommend improving is to leave some soap and a cleaning sponge for washing dishes (we had an apartment room...and I think all or most of the rooms in this hotel are the same way...but there was no soap or sponge for washing dishes, so we had to go out and buy some soap and just use a washcloth to wash dishes...otherwise you have to wait and ask housecleaning to do it for you...which only works if you only eat in 1x per day).

Nice and clean hotel big room quiet and safe good price but unfortunately they have problem with car parking and you have to wait long time to receive or give them the car and you are not allowed to park your car by your self and they have one guy at the reception they need more staff coz big hotel and they didn’t give baby-cot they said we dont have now they asked me to wait for next day

This hotel is perfectly located for the exhibition center and the room facilities mean you can self cater if required. A supermarket is within a 3 minute walk. The pool area and gym were ideal. It can be a bit noisy at the moment due to the building works on one side of the building.

Camel racing a tv favourite with me

Our stay revolved around a cricket match at the cricket ground 20 km away. The appt. was fine once they repaired the electrics for two light which didn't work and also 5the huge curtain which continually got stuck on the rail. The service for any problem was met with an immediate response & dealt with professionally.As we were doing a lot of home cooking we had some rubbish and the bags were taken but rarely replaced. The swimming pool was never open owing to a heating problem,but allowed to use a small one on the roof in the main hotel which often had several young children in it making swimming a length impossible.On departure the reception charged us again for the stay as I did not have the original receipt from Hotels.com stating I had paid in full to hand but hopefully that will be refunded. A fine high class hotel with over 70 channels on the tv but no guide on our set! I just watched the 24 hour camel racing channel & my wife's still with me.No bath which was more of a problem for the lady of the house

Clean, spacious, good location(For me at least, I don't like to be in downtown and every where is within 30 minute ride), with cooking facilities, good service.
